One of my favorite parts of my day, is coming here. I get to sit here and write in peace and quiet. They do play the music, however with a set of ear buds, all is taken care of. There are times that I actually choose to listen to the music instead though, because they have such an eclectic choice. While I do want to one day order by computer/phone, I choose to go up to the register. I have never had any complaints about any of the cashiers or any of the staff for that matter. They are always friendly and I dont believe I have ever seen any of them not smile. In fact, I tipped one of the attendants behind the pickup window because I have always seen him there and every time, he has been smiling and very cheerful. You can order through your computer or phone while in the restaurant and after they finish making your food, they will bring it to you. The food here of course is always amazing. I usually get the pick two with the Italian sub and tomato soup (gotta dip it), and I have never been less then fully satisfied. The pastries you can order for a dollar are really amazing. The cinnamon roll and cookies are always my favorites. As far as cost goes, it is a little higher, but when you look at what your getting compared to other places, it is a lot cheaper. Specially since this is one of the few places that inhabit J.A.N.A.F. shopping center that offer outlets for computers and cellphones. The place is always clean, and the customers respect the noisy and quiet areas. There are more outlets here then anywhere near me. And for those that know the struggle, the bathroom, is ALWAYS clean and short wait time… I don’t think that there is a better place to do work or have a really delicious outing with others in the entire area. I could be wrong, but I choose not to be. They have made me a loyal customer for a very long time.

I work 12 hour shifts at a hospital. Since this has been my first day off since monday I did not feel like going out so we ordered delivery, when it arrived half the order was missing. Mistakes happen, so we called and the manager helped and sent out the other half of the order. When the other half of the order arrived we got the wrong items still so we call again to get it fixed and we are told by the same manager that he cant give us a refund for the incorrect items because we ordered online and he doesnt know when the items will be sent out because theyre really busy. This is not the first time that orders have been wrong from this particular location, however, in the past they were always fixed by the second time around. I will never give this panera bread location any more of my business. They treat customers poorly when theyve mucked things up.

2 stars today this is my first time dinning in and eating something other then breakfast at this location. I have had this soup ( broccoli cheddar ) and sandwich ( steak & cheese panini ) before which was my go to, but not anymore. The soup was most chedder soup and the sandwich was mostly onion & white chedder. I miss the broccoli smimming in my chedder. The last time I had this sandwich I could get enough and knew that I would be go to Paneras more often. This sandwich left me fighting myself to have to take other bite. I thought maybe I with scrap the onions off and take the other meater half home with me. Then after writing this with taste of the first half in my mouth decided it would be better off in the trash.

The service/quality control is pretty terrible here. We go to this location maybe twice a month at most and its gotten our order messed up in one way or another each time since 2017. This most recent time I ordered a whole Roasted Turkey Apple Cheddar sandwich for rapid pick up. The guy checked my order at the counter to ensure it was correct, marked it off, and handed it to me. When I got home and opened up the wrapping I found a plain Turkey w a slice of cheddar cheese on top. No apple-anything. Not roasted turkey. I paid $9+ for an ordinary turkey sandwich. Ive included a picture w the receipt for reference. I really dont know why we keep going to this location. By far the worst in a 10 mile radius.

We were very disappointed in this Panera. Have eaten in many but will not go back to this one. I love the chicken noodle soup, but this time it was mostly broth, few noodles and carrots. The turkey/cranberry flathead was almost empty! Some spinach and a smear of cranberry, but only two small pieces of turkey. The flathead was hard. My husband liked the potato soup and his sandwich was ok. We both LOVE Panera coffee, but not this time. I always drink the bold blend but there was none. My husband drinks it on ice. When there was none, he was directed to the iced coffee cold blend. It was awful. Nothing but old leftover coffee. We would not recommend this particular store.

After being put on hold for 10 minutes by the manager who was just supposed to be checking if they had souffles still available, I arrived to find the credit card machine at the register not working, had to use kiosk, I added a few items to my previous phone order, including honey walnut cream cheese, paid for everything, only to get home to find NO CREAM CHEESE!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN & Im spreading the word. It wasnt worth wasting any more time calling back to complain, probably wouldve just left me on hold again.

I just submitted a lunch order for rapid pickup. I ordered chips as a side instead of baguette. They gave me a baguette. I ordered avocado on my salad. They didnt put any avocado on it. I ordered extra dressing. There was no extra dressing in the box/bag. The lettuce in my salad was BROWN. I ordered a BOWL of French Onion soup and they gave me a CUP. Can they even freaking read???? And they want minimum wage to go up to $15 an hour. Despicable. I will never be returning to this Panera. Paid for extra things I never got.

I have always loved coming here... All of the other PBs in Norfolk stay nasty. Floors littered with trash, smelly bathrooms... But this one never disappoints. Well, thats what I used to think... until this night. I was shocked. Quality of food never disappoints however, they have to pay closer attention to their dining room. Im still a loyal PBer but... come on guys! Maybe you just had an off night? (sigh) Ill be back to see.

The service was horrible, i waited over 20 min for my bagels, they forgot about my order with one person in front of me, didnt toast my order, and gave me the wrong tubs of cream cheese,on top of that, i was late to work,and had untoasted bagels with the wrong cream cheese!! And to think i tipped them when i paid!! Rediculas!! Not to mention the manager was rite there and offered me no help!! Very poor service!!
