Be VERY careful if you have food allergies and go here. I went and ordered pork dumplings; my friend ordered crab. Im allergic to crab and I specifically mentioned this to the waitress. When my dumplings came out, they looked identical to my friends. I asked her if they were pork and she said yes. The manager or chef then came out and also told me they had "NO shellfish". I ate one and sure enough it was crab inside. Fortunately I was able to spit it out and not go into full anaphylaxis, I just drank a bunch of Benadryl and felt rotten for an hour. I will certainly not be going back.

My friends and I had a great time at Kuma. We had a variety of tasty dishes that waitress recommended. Especially, DonKatsu and Ramen were so awesome. I was not used to eat the any kind of Ramen, but Ramen at the Kuma was tasty and the best one that I had ever have. . Also, Spicy Seafood Udon was very delicious. Overall, the service and price are satisfied. The interior of the restaurant make us comfort and enjoy to eat . I might come back to Kuma Soon:)

Went there for lunch, everything was delicious and it was easy to get to because there is a parking lot across the street. When I think food on the corner, I think extremely populated, but it was very quite for lunch and I cant see why! The food was amazing. The chicken noodles were amazing and my boyfriend loved his ramen and spider sushi. Totally worth it

I have eaten Sushi all over the US and this is by far the WORST Ive ever had. Grocery store sushi is even better than this. Im just sad I got it to go so I had to settle for throwing it away instead of sending it back to the kitchen. The rice was so stale it was hard, the rolls fell apart and the flavor was terrible. What a frustrating waste of money.

The sushi rolls and ramen were amazing! The owner is super friendly and made great recommendations as far as what to order. The drinks were awesome as well. Try the sake bombs if youre not beer shy. I will definitely be coming back, not only for the food, but because the owner made such a lasting impression!

For the food, I would have given this place 5 stars. Im giving it 3 because the owner was extremely rude to me, and persisted in being rude after I tried to exit the incredibly condescending conversation, in which I was treated like a small child in front of my adult peer and colleague.

Great noodles! Was here for the weekend and went twice---had stir fried udon and a fantastic shoyu ramen. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a noodle fix on the corner, and based on the freshness of the shrimp, I have no doubts they have great sushi too.

Many are reviewing the food, but I know this place as a karaoke bar and sake bomb spot. For those activities, it cannot be more highly recommended, particularly as a place to gather forces or regroup before, after, or during a visit to the Biltmore.

I wanted to like this place, as it seems to be the only sushi bar on the Corner now. Sadly, both times we were there, we were underwhelmed. The sushi were disappointing. Looked great, but tasted only so so.

Walked all over town for chicken noodle soup for sick patient. Found Kuma and owner made a special batch to order just for us. Fantastic people, quaint and clean. Would highly recommend!
