I am a genuine fan of Ledos and supporting local restaurants, which is why I tried out this restaurant a couple times. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The manager is rude and disrespectful to his customers. The last time I was there, they erroneously charged me THREE times the amount of what I had actually ordered. Not only that, they have YET to apologize for the huge inconvenience this has caused me. I had a negative balance on my account because of this place, and they refused to pay me for my overdraft charge. The manager assured me the additional charges were just pending so it didnt matter anyways, and the charges would be removed automatically after two business days. It has been over a week, and my bank account is still unusable. Not only that, the manager is extremely disorganized with little priority over the quality of his services. He worked fast when working on the register, but was too disorganized to realize that my food had been ready over 20 minutes. By the time I took my food home, my pizza was soggy and cold. NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. Go the extra mile and locate the one off of Lee Highway. Anything is better than this place.

Placed a order from here on the the 6 of july because I was hoping this place got there act together but from the time I called in my phone order the young lady who answered the phone couldnt tell a cold cut from a pizza ( no business answering the phone ) and a few days later I look at my CC statement and while I have a receipt with one amount my CC was charged a totally different amount ( fishy and wrong on so many levels ) so it looks like this place is a no go from now on and Im gonna have to call my CC company as soon as I get a moment. Definetly a store that needs to shape up or just close down.

The pizzas are great, but anything else you order they cant even get it right. Ordered a calzone asked for no sausage, they put nothing but sausage in there. Also ordered a fettuccini bolognese and got chicken fettuccini. Completely wrong and on the phone I actualy had to say the fettuccini bolognese about 5 times because he kept saying other things. If he spoke english it would have been ok!

The manager doesnt have his act together but for how disorganized he is and how scarcely he is actually there, the staff does a great job picking up the slack that isnt their responsibility to begin with. Great food, seems like whatever bug problem they had is gone, and I was told that the building is about to be repainted. Ovetall, I think it has great potential.

An insult to the Ledo name. The cheese tasted like salted white paste. Undoubtedly a mixture of cheezit and milk would taste better than their disgusting cheese. Im not even sure what sort of meat was in their sausage, could be frozen dog meat smuggled in from China. A trip to this revolting place made me appreciate Pizza Hut so much more.

I have loved Ledos since I was a child. Worst pizza I have ever eaten at a Ledos. I should have sent it back. Ovvercooked & tasted like a leftover frozen pizza dinner. Waitress was poorly trained or not trained at all. I will try going again & hopefully this was just a bad day for the restaurant. Ledos has always been my favorite pizza.

Ambience was nice, family friendly, wait staff ok ... I love Ledos pizza and look for it everywhere I go. Unfortunately, this pizza was tasteless - didnt know that was even possible. My 14 year old son ordered a stromboli and said exactly the same thing. Food looked very appetizing though. However, not sure well be going back

My family really enjoys the thin crust pizza and calzones from Ledo. Weve tried other food and its good too, but we order almost every week due to their pizza. They usually have good coupons that make this a very good value. Most of the time we just order for take-out, but we also enjoy eating in too.

This is the worst ledos I have ever been too. The pizza was fine but the people that work here are just bad. We sat down and waited 30 mins. I had to stare at them to get there attention. I then asked for a separate to go order and the rang it up on another check.

I used to work here and the place is just filled with roaches. In the ice cubes, soda fountains, maybe in the food cooler. But if you dont want roaches, weird tasting pizza, dont come here. Just being a lookout for my fellow pizza goers

Fake cheese, toppings look store bought, very greasy. I asked for chicken parmigan and got a chicken patie with a slice of cheese on top. Indian owner is cutting corners and not providing good food. 0 stars.

I am unfamiliar with the service as the food was ordered and brought to our home by a friend, but the pizza itself was just ok. I will stick with Dominos which has better pizza at a lower price.
