We ordered lunch for our office. After the delivery, we opened our boxes. The order was everything EXCEPT what I ordered. I called and spoke to the person who took the order. To her admission she apologized that she made a mistake on the order and ask if I would like to reorder or have this meal refunded . With my lunch time over by this time I requested to have the order refunded. The manager then came on the phone and told me he would refund the entire order. To my surprise I check my account and the order was not only processed...NO REFUND PRESENT. No Lunch out Money. WHAT A DEAL. Food May be OK but the SERVICE STINKS

Worst service Ive seen in a while from a pizza place. They didnt answer the phone for at least two minutes then after calling back we were put on hold. Once they finally took the order we were called back twice because they couldnt remember what we ordered. The second time we were called to verify we were given the incorrect order. We were told our order would be ready twenty minutes ago and still waiting. Im not even sure what our final order is going to turn out to be at this point. Update before I could post: Two more people came in while waiting and complained about their food being wrong.

I order delivery at least twice a week. Rarely do I ever have a problem. If I do Dan is always willing to fix a problem, however I found out that there are 2 owners Dan and Charlie ( not sure if name is correct), and when Dan is not there and the other owner is, he is very rude and could care less about his customers. I now find out if he is there before I order and dont order if he is. Seems like thats always when the food is cold and takes forever and if you call, its like oh well, we did the best we could. But if Dan is there this place is awesome, the food is all so good.

One of the owners is SUPER rude and NASTY! My elderly mother mistakenly went to the wrong pizza place to pick up my order. So he calls me on the phone NASTY as hell telling me the order hasnt been picked up. After he hangs up abruptly I figure out my mothers mistake. If he hadnt been so NASTY on the phone I would have paid for the order because my mother made an honest mistake. Wont give them anymore of my money.

Some friends and I decided since we where home on Easter we would get together and order dinner out we chose Manhattan Pizza and we loved our dinner the salads were very fresh and each of us loved our choice in spaghetti ,baked Ziti , lasagna. ..oh my it was delicious. ..we will be ordering again the service was excellent from the call to the delivery. ...Love this place...Thank you Dan and staff!!!

This was a surprise, they had lunch menu that is reasonable compared to other placed in warrenton. Only had lunch here once, but stopped in for a milk shake, got chocolate and it is quite good. I had a small pizza and it was good, the sauce was more then just tomato paste, and a good amount of topping were added to the pizza, service was fast and friendly. Nice place I will come back.

For the second time their delivery has taken over an hour to arrive. The food generally arrives cold no matter how long it takes. When you call to speak with the manager he doesnt give 2 $&@"s about any of it, and doesnt offer anything in return. What a jerk. I dont know how these idiots intend to stay in business like this.

I have never had a problem with literally anything from how long it takes o get here to the mouthwatering foods they have! Im getting ready to order once again.....cannot wait...oh yes best pizza by far. The steak sub is wonderful and the cheese cake is THE THICKEST AND CREAMIEST! Ive got to order, Im hungry!

Great Pizza! A nice thin crust, but not quite as soft/floppy as a Jersey slice. It is all order at the counter, so to go is just as quick as sitting inside. They have a nice selection of gelato/ice cream desserts available at the counter as well.

Their pizza crust has absolutely no taste, which makes their pizza taste nasty, however the vibe and style of this restaurant is cool, and their French fries are amazing. I dont go there for pizza, I go there for their sandwiches and fries.

We just ordered dinner, we realized once it was delivered that the order was wrong. I called, spoke to a manager " they were going to fix it and make it right" here we are an HOUR later and nothing has arrived.

I had chicken parmesan and it was the best I ever had. Im a caterer and I have eaten hundreds of restaurant chicken parmesan from the East to the West coast. This one is the best. You wont t be disappointed!!!
