Extremely poor customer service. Young woman who took order tried arguing about calling in an order when last time I tried the order was not started during the 20 minutes It took between call and arrival. Her attitude is poor and her customer service skills are even worse. Will not come back bc of her.

Went today to get to of The Smokehouse pizzas and this is what they look like come on really it would be nice if the toppings would actually meet the top of the crust. I will not be buying pizza from them again I will continue to buy it in Culpeper at least they know how to make a pizza.

Great pizza and very quick. A few times some people placed massive orders which caused huge backlogs. People coming in and getting there hot and ready instantaneously while the people with big orders were waiting etc. Not really the place for big orders though.

Great pizza at a great price!!! Friday nights are very busy, so big orders at that time does slow them down. It is best to order those before that rush. Lobby is extremely clean and it is clean from what you can see in back.
