Your Tysons location is by far the WORST. They always forget stuff ranging from napkins to extra sauce or missing an item. Tonight in my way home around 12:35 am I went through your drive thru and asked fir extra sauce. Had to ask twice and got a look. Not a good look. Got home and 2 of the items ordered were missing. I ordered 2 beefy Frittos burrito , spicy potato soft taco and beef soft taco. I got home and there was no receipt , not spicy potato soft taco and no beef soft taco. Terrible service and stealing. If theres -5 stars for that store I would give it. I work in the restaurant business and never complained but you just hit lowest ground service and attitude, not to mention charging me for stuff I paid for and never received

I just returned, she forgot half my order (6 plain tacos was all, and Im missing 2), I had to repeat my order three times, and there was only one other person in the drive-thru so it wasnt like it was busy. Both employees I could see were too busy staring at who knows what to even greet me, and then to top it off, the woman running the register kept spitting into a sink right next to the window - she was in plain sight! Needless to say, Ill drive an extra few minutes to the Vienna location from now on. :(

First, I stopped to use the restroom. The toilet was clogged and was rather dirty. I fixed the toilet for them so that I could use it. I ordered my food and noticed that he rang up two of the wrong items. I notified him of this and he corrected it while they made it. While eating my food in my vehicle I discovered the rice was undercooked and very crunchy. To top it they were completely out of all sauces with the exception of mild. Not my best experience.

Horrible service. I was waiting in the lobby for 10 mins before i was helped. The employees in the back just looked at me as i was waiting for someone to come to the register. Took forever to get my food and the cashier that did take my order ( older hispanic lady) had an attitude and didnt hand me my change. Instead left it on the countertop to pick up myself. I WILL NOT be returning to this establishment again.

I dont comment often unless its either amazing or awful, guess which this is? Probably the worst taco bell in the area, go to the one down the street. Never open when I go there, it says open till 1 but Ive been there at 1130 and its closed, like now... 4th time Ive tried it and theyre closed. When it is open, it takes forever, typically rude when it doesnt call for it, and the order is usually wrong.

I come here 3-4 times a month when Im constipated and Im generally satisfied with everything (food and quickness) but I asked for some extra hot sauce and this grossly overweight lady always gives me like 2 packets. Why is she so stingy? Does she eat all that hot sauce? She always does this too.

Its good that they are so close to my house, makes it easy for me to go back because 95% of the time they always mess up something about my order, whether its forgetting to give me one of the things I ordered or giving me items I never ordered.

9:30 am Waited in Drive Thru area for a few minutes. No answer. Came inside and waited another minute before anyone noticed me. Workers just on their phones talking like theyre not working. Food came out fast though. So thats a plus.

Burrito so big but no chicken only rice and lettuce its shite restaurant and they charge The people for the catchup and combo is coming with drink but they charge separate the drink so funny two burrito with drink total is $17.68

Drive thru experience was good. The person in front of me was laughing and having a conversation with the employee handling the intercom, so it took a bit longer than I wouldve liked. They also forgot to put my sauce in the bag.

I found ROACH in my burrito!!!!! I told manager and all he can do is replace my burrito and hopefully this time roach will not be included. I ran out of here as soon as he told me that. Please, do not go to this Taco Bell.

Better than average Taco bell for sure. Lunch is usually a cluster, per usual, so nothing out of the ordinary there. Staff is very nice and Ive never had an order issue.
