Stopped by for lunch. Had the beef brisket combo. The meat was extremely tender...but not falling apart....slices were in tact. It was flavorful enough without sauce....but I enjoyed the non-spicy bbq sauce on the table. I had greens as a side...not a measly miniature cup...but a full cup of nicely spiced and cooked kale. The tea...though out of a machine...tasted as if it was freshly brewed. Unlimited quantities for eat ins. I had never heard of Halligans but it was tasty and if I should pass that way again, Ill stop back by. The only improvement would have been a steamed or toasted roll.

This place is alright. The bbq was good. I had the Texas Beef Brisket. It wasnt dry at all. Chilly wasnt too bad either. Its a small restaurant. There four or five tables. Thats why they call it am express. The only down fall is they really dont have anything for the young kids. All they really had to offer my two-year old was a hot dog. No chicken tenders or French fries. Im not faulting them for that. Still a good place.

I ordered from their catering menu for my 4th of July party. The food was fantastic, the delivery was on time, and the server was so sweet and helpful in getting us set up. They made some minor adjustments to their recipes for me to tone down the spice (lots of children and seniors at the party) and everything was still flavorful. I would certainly order from there again!

Halligan BBQ Express -- well named. Small shop with a couple cramped tables really seemingly meant to be a place for you to wait while your To Go order is being assembled. Love the brisket platter as it is tender and tasty. Kids like the spicy mac n cheese. Not the cheapest BBQ place around, but you do get what you pay for.

I had the Texas Brisket; baked beans,& handcut slaw.The service & meal were excellent. I cant wait to return to try some of theur other selections. I would highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys good barbecue.

My brisket was awesome! The sauce was really good but not needed. The meat had that wonderful smoke flavor! Our food was prepared very quick and I loved the service! We will be coming back!

This place is the best BBQ outside of NC. There is nothing bad on the menu & the sauces are awesome. The service is top notch too.
