Super slow almost always rude even with no other people in line this place is sooooo.... slow..... my husband was mocked for asking for a double cup. We have tried this location numerous times same outcomes. Can i emphasize SLOW? I returned to this location and to my surprize an employee named Karl was both polite and speedy during my order process. He is the first one ever to accomplish both at this location. Karl has given me new faith in this location.

Went to grab a coffee before returning to my traveling and went thru the drive thru to be told they were closed. Chevked their websote to see it didnt close for another 15 minutes. However parked and discovered people inside so I went in. Waited longer than usual for a coffee. All while having to listening to the bartista talk about his boyfriend and not really listening to what i said cause my order was screwed up.

They forgot one of our coffees, and when I asked about it, I was told TWICE by the barista that she didnt do those, not offering to find out what happened or who did make them. Same person who said in front of customers "this is why I dont like Holiday traffic. It was just a very odd situation and lacked the customer service I am accustomed to in Starbucks.

It has all the nice qualities of a Starbucks but if you want your coffee this century, Id suggest ordering ahead of time or going through the drive through. Orders made inside the store seem to have the least amount of priority. We waited well over thirty minutes even though there wasnt a line when we placed our order.

Need to work smart not hard. A lady in front of me got charged incorrectly so they take time to refund rering which is fine. Why not take preorders while the line is forming? It took me total of 15mins from the time i walked in and out the door.

The tables and floors were filthy, the drink was just ok. It seemd like they were hurrying through making it and didnt bother to heat the milk to the correct temp. This was early afternoon and there may have been 2 other customers in the store.

First let me say the cashier didnt seem to care to be working here. Secondly the restroom was disgusting. And lastly they somehow skipped over our order and then had a unpleasant look on their face when they had to remake our order.

I had the misfortune of stopping at this branch on my way to DC Friday Jan 23rd. It took 20 minutes in an empty store to get a drink. the staff were very rude, i could hear them making crude jokes while i was in the bathroom.

Best Starbucks location EVER!!!! Luis, Zully and Jaci are the best Baristas.....the drinks are always perfect and they are the friendliest and really take the time to get to know you as a person and as a customer!

There are packages all over this place. Its like buying coffee in warehouse. Restroom is dirty as usually. At least coffee is good. Thats why deserved any star.
