Im not one for reviews, but I worked at Starbucks for years so this location makes for a fascinating case study in what NOT to do. What finally prompted this today, was the barista with long blonde hair, who I watched quietly place drinks and food on the handoff counter like they were her own little secrets. Did not call out a single order, resulting in people grabbing other peoples drinks and food (I actually observed a woman throwing away someone elses breakfast), and forced everyone to hover around the handoff counter, just staring and waiting. Youre not a magician. Youre not a barista at some upscale and hushed cafe. Youre a barista at Starbucks and therefore somewhat of a cat herder. Call out the item loud and proud so we can swoop in, get our stuff, and get out of your way. When I asked if they stopped calling out orders, the barista looked at me like I had five heads and said "Not when were busy..." with a like, duh! expression. WHAT?! Hahahahah. "Not when were busy." Youd have thought I demanded her to pull it out of a hat or make up an accompanying song and dance that is in spirit with the item being announced. You dont need to dust off your trumpet hon, just use your words and dont be shy. So not only do they not know how to do their jobs, theyll staunchly defend their right to do (or not do) so. Long story short, nobody at this location has any sense. Do your blood pressure a favor and go to a different Starbucks.

Slowest Starbucks that Ive ever visited. Drive Thru: wait in line for 8-10 min then when you get to the window another 5 min wait. No exaggeration. Mobile ordering: hit or miss. Sometimes theyll have your order ready sometimes they dont. Sometimes they just forget to check the mobile order tickets and you have to sit there waiting for them to rush to make your order... which always results in sub-par drink. Walk-in: They typically have about 5-6 people behind the counter. There is someone ready at the register to take your order. I find when I go inside, I get my order faster than going the drive thru route. I wish Starbucks would open up another location near the hospital not just because of the below average service but also due to the not so great parking lot to drive thru configuration.

The reviews that describe this location as painfully slow are not exaggerating. Yesterday, I spent 27 minutes in the drive thru! Im fairly certain that they actually wait until each vehicle pulls up to the window to pay before they even begin to make that persons order. I have often spent between 10 and 20 minutes in the drive thru lane and the only reason I continue to patronize this location is because it is directly on my route to work. I have tried going inside in hopes of getting quicker service, but too many people have this same idea and the line is usually 8 people long and it takes at least 20 minutes from the time I order to get my drink. Ive basically just come to accept that if I want a Starbucks from this location, I should be prepared to spend 30 minutes waiting.

I dont normally complain on these things but I have to say it, there was some blonde chick working front register around 11-12, she was a total b****. I work at one in Houston, and when I greeted her, she acted as if I had just offended her ancestors, when I tried to give her my partner numbers, she acted like I just attempted robbery and got a major attitude with me. She needs to be talked to, because if thats how she treated me, I wonder how she treats other customers, and partners too. Other than her, everyone else was lovely, speedy service, especially for the time of day. I didnt get to talk to the other baristas much as some were being trained and I didnt want to bother them. Overall a good experience except for that one chick. Jeez.

The slowest most incompetent service I have ever had. After sitting in line for five minutes I get to the window. Im not acknowledged for approximately 3 minutes. And when I am its to say be with you in a moment. Two minutes later Im given my drink and I hand over my money only to wait another 2 minutes for my change. After that its another 2 minutes before I receive my sandwich. Which as I pull out turns out to be wrong. As a former employee that worked at several different Starbucks locations (never at this one) the standards that this location has are unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Always slow. They will make 10 drive-through drinks to every 1 counter service drink. The one time I did go through the drivethrough the kid spilled coffee all over me, all my clothes are dry clean only. Also it spilled inside my car which I take very seriously. They owe me about $300 in cleaning bills.

I love Starbucks coffee. Please keep your store clean. Its often dirty and with flies, especially around the condiment station. Its gross and unaccommodating. Management, please take charge and show pride in your store. The location is wonderful but I must switch to another store for sanitary reasons.

Too dark for my taste, enclosed except for front windows, parking is tricky, drive through is best with an advance order. Found it with google maps while visiting for a business meeting and in a hurry to get on the road. Have been there a couple of times, just underwhelmed.

Just purchased an ice coffee, hadnt even taken it off the pick up counter and accidentally spilled it. No one offered to clean it up. The blonde hair lady gave me an attitude. As I purchase another ice coffee to replace the one I dropped. Not one of 3 workers asked to help.

The service at this Starbucks is slow and terrible. They used to do a great job here, but lately its been extremely slow. Ive spent ten minutes in the drive through on several occasions. Inside the baristas are unfriendly and unknowledgable.

Dont bother with mobile orders here. Waited 20 minutes the last time as they proceeded with drive-through that waited less than five. Staff had to ask others how to make a simple frappecino that they were featuring.
