You usually know what you are getting when you go to a Chick-fil-a. The name speaks for itself. At this particular Chickfilla the staff are friendly and its normally a good experience but some of the kids working there are such in a rush that they sometimes forget about the customer experience. Keep in mind the owner of this one is also the owner of the one near the Dulles Mall (Not in it) by Walmart. They also share employees sometimes between locations too. Important to note if you are comparing Chick-fil-a service in the area. I will say one negative is that this location tends to not cook the fries all the way through. There is usually a set time to keep them in the frier and it is clear they pull them out way too early. Frequently I leave with the appearance of cooked fries but they are either frozen in the in the center when biting down or just arent cooked enough that they remain in a greasy soggy state. Easy fix, dont take them out of fryer before the prescribed cook time even in a dining rush. Also I frequent Chickfilla and have been given one of their VIP cards, basically their rewards program. I frequently forget to swipe or use it. It would be nice to be asked at the register if I have one just like other establishments with rewards programs. In addition the rewards program is not linked to the Chick-fil-a app in any way. The whole program is a little confusing on how it is supposed to work. Those are my only negatives and beyond this menu is good, the chicken is like a drug I cant get off of, and the dipping sauces are something they should consider selling in stores, especially the Honey-Roasted BBQ packets which I wish they would convert to dipping sauce packets instead of their current format.

I use to eat here a lot, I recently returned and started going again however, the food is horrible, they forget to give me a straw and even forget to give me hash browns or fries sometimes. I ordered a number 1 breakfast meal and the biscuit was hard and chewy in some places, the chicken was over fried, it was really dry and hard to chew and they didnt give me hash browns. Bottom line is I paid $5.04 for a 1.50 meal therefore they made some money off of me this morning. I dont know if management has changed and this is the reason or if they have just gone down hill from complacency? Well, I believe today was my last day eating there good luck and hope things improve.

Im giving this place three stars because its Chick-fil-A. However, do not order anything that could be remotely different from the menu item. For example, if you ask for your chicken salad to have the Chicken on the side , you either will not get any chicken or your request will be completely ignored. Another example is, if you ask for extra dressing, that will also be confused. Should I ignore this request or add a completely different dressing. You then, will have to repeat this order 3 times to still get it messed up.

We are definitely fans of Chick-fil-A with their good food and their values. We had an unusual experience today, which is not the norm in most Chick-fil-A establishments, this one had full garbages, tables that needed wiping, and restrooms that needed tidying, yet the employees, though very friendly were just standing around with very few customers at that time we arrived. Some attention to housekeeping could go a long ways to make it a five-star experience

I ordered a chicken soup one large and one small, the lady in the speaker was too busy playing with a coworker that she didnt took my order correctly, i was at home hungry and i didnt have my chicken soup instead i had a tortilla soup (i dont like that soup at all) so i wasted my money paying for something that i didnt order just because the lady wasnt doing her job. Im not going back to this Chick-fil-A location.

Plus: Friendly, courteous employees who are generally respectful and polite. Minus: Location building can be a challenge to get out of and back onto the street. Even with a traffic light on the corner now, it doesnt prevent the steady flow of traffic that "turn right on red" making it difficult to turn left. *Overall: My experiences at this Chick-fil-A have been positive.

So when i got there a table had just been "cleaned". So when i sat there there was this big bug that was half dead half alive. I asked for an employee so kill it. After he went to the counter he started serving someone. Finally he came and was scared to kill it. He killed it and said sorry. I would never come again. I would rather go to McDonalds which is way cleaner.

they are really good. I go there a lot. They remember peoples faces and treat them like family. The employees are always super nice and the food is always great. I go there too much. Lol. Give it a try. They are better then the chick fils at the mall or sterling near walmart. If you had to choose. Just saying.

This is the local Chick-fil-A to pick for breakfast. It doesnt have the lines that the others have, yet it is super convent being just off of Rt 7 on Loudoun County Parkway. It can be a bit of a pain to get out of again, but nothing that makes it not worth stopping. Save yourself the lines.

Great location, great service, and great food. As a fan of Chic-Fil-A, this is indeed one of the better, albeit, newer locations within my area. The food is normally served fresh and hot, service is awesome, and the facility is clean. There is an indoor play area for children as well.

Road Work Crew shutdown entrance to your restaurant. Very frustrating to drive there in a rush and cant get service. Called and person said they have no idea for how long it will be closed. At the very least you guys should go out and talk to the crew so you can inform your customers.

Always extremely fast and friendly service. The sandwiches are always hot, and the salads are always fresh. Inside, it is always incredibly clean and the orders are always accurate. It is nice to go to a fast food place and not have to always check your bag.

Great food, very friendly and respectful staff. Can get super busy around lunchtime on weekdays but no more so than other options in the area. They have a play area for the kids. I never have trouble finding a parking spot despite its seemingly small lot.

Made an order using mobile app. That is the best way to go, as this place is usually busy. That way you avoid waiting. My order was complicated with a lot of items, but staff did a great job of not missing anything.

Great Chick-fil-A! Never as busy as some in the area and clean! They also do order areas and they bring it right to your table. I do this with my twin two year olds and it makes the outing that much easier:)
