Really nice restaurant! They have seating outside and calk boards in the entrance to keep yourself entertained while waiting. I just love the decor and art and even the outside of the building. Great atmosphere. They have a bar section and a dine in section. They have a wide variety of different combinations and choices to order from that you wont find any other restaurant offers. A lot of their drinks and sides are bottomless which means free refills! They have tvs to enjoy your game. Amazing staff and waiters and waitresses and really fast and excellent service! One of the very few restaurants that you pay for your order on an electronic device and is similar to the Alamo when you place in another order the device color turns blue and once youve paid it turns green. You dont even have to get the attention of your server because once youve finished your drink or anything else thats bottomless another will come right after without you even having to ask its really amazing! Truly great food, truly great service, and truly great happiness and a good time! :) <3

I used to come here quite often. They have great burgers, terrific veggie burgers- 2 types I like the morning star better than the Red Robin home made ones. The morning star choice is more firm where as the Red Robin veggie burger is mushy. I am addicted to their garlic fries- with fresh chopped garlic sprinkled on top. Not the jarred ones but freshly chopped huge difference! Lately I junk they are trying to avoid the free French fried refills and only give you a little at a time to limit the amount of fries thy give it which is annoying. Broccoli choice is a good substitute if you dont want fries but then just stay home if ur not getting fries. The sweet potato fries are also amazing!!! Try with their ranch ... buttermilk. Omg!!! Burgers are thin patties unless you get the 1/4 ones. Minus 1 star for slow service when getting refills and for not sticking up to their free refill potential and making it h comfortable at times. They also charge for substitutes on your burgers. Salads are ok - dont come here for salads.

Two words: Food Poisoning. I love Red Robins however this location did not meet our usual expectations. First, the hostess was quite unfriendly; myself and two companions all said hello and she mumbled a response then instead of placing our menus in front of us she tossed them in our general directions and left the table without another word. It was as if we were unwelcome there. Second, our server was decent however the food was not. My usual veggie burger wasnt warm enough and the taste was off. My companions thought the same about there meat burgers. We left the restaurant not at all satisfied with the meal and to top it off, an hour later the three of us were all sick. I wasnt as sick maybe because I only had the veggie burger however my two friends had the worst food poisoning; sick the entire night. RR definitely lost points in my book because of this locations staff and food quality. Someone may want to look in to how they prep the food in the kitchen.

Normally great experience at these. First time here. Waitress kinda had attitude. Burger was wrong. Wrong onions. Did not even as for temp. No fries, when ordered. Fry refill took forever. Salad had tomatoes. No lemon in water. She did not write order down, and acted cool about it, and I had specific requests. Blamed kitchen for most. Never comes back to see how I am doing.. on and on. Took some off bill, but..not sure what could have gone worse. Food was good though as usual.

Has an exclusive private feel to it. Like you were in the v.i.p. section of the restaurant. Employees are very friendly and customer service oriented. I havent had one bad item from the menu, prices are great for the quality and quantity of food you get, great selection of drinks, beer, wine and liquor. Good for single dining, group of friends and family. I wouldnt suggest bringing a date here but you could probably get away with it. Lol!!!!

Super amazing reataurant!! These burgers here are just fantastic! You have a wonderful selection of sides to choose from, and the burger selection is just out of this world. Personal references would have to be the Banzai Burger smothered in a teriyaki sause and topped with fried pineapple or their Whiskey River Burger marinated in an awesome sause with a thick layer of onion rings!

Horrible food, will never come back. My husband ordered a burger, but dont do their burgers any rarer than medium and then it comes out thin. I ordered a chicken wrap which was mostly lettuce and FAKE chicken pieces. Fries were stale but warm. We went in at around 9pm (closing time) and couldnt help but feel rushed. Not a good experience.

Very rewarding experience while visiting Red Robin restaurant in Chantilly, Virginia. Our waitress was very attentative, friendly. She checked with us several times to see if we needed any further assistance. She genuinely cared about us while we were in her care. We will definitely return to Red Robin again.

Terrible experience. Not only did my take out order not get filled properly but then the customer service experience was not to par. I love Red Robin, I work near the Chantilly location and had hoped it could be my go to for future take out lunches however I WILL NOT BE BACK to this location again.

Probably one of the best chain restraunts in the area. Special shout-out to the super friendly and very helpful staff. The food always comes out hot and have never had a messed up order here. Recommended if you want something familiar and consistent.

Poor service, ok food. Worst Red Robin ever. Our server took forever to get our food, forgot the toddlers order, forgot extra fries, forgot extra oranges, and then took forever with shakes to go. Never gave us a bill. Probably wont return.

Great place! My daughter has food allergies and they are very good about our order. The manager will always come out and check to make sure the food is correct. Really it is the only place that take food allergies seriously. Enjoy

Not bad. Would go again. Good drinks and excellent service. I like the Black and Bleu burger. Cooked the way I asked for it and they refill your fries. Walking distance to the hotel we were staying at. Open relatively late.

Its Red Robin. There is nothing out of the ordinary for this particular Red Robin. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. Its good for the whole family. Kids are treated well and the food comes as expected.

Best Red Robin Ive EVER been to. Ive been to others, none of them compare. Friendliest wait staff. Eric is the best and I can recommend the Royal Red Robin burger and Cookie Magic shake. Delicious every time.

Drink was great. Burger was juicy. Fries with dipping sauces was superb. Everything it was hyped up to be. This was my very 1st time and hopefully not the last. Unfortunately I live in Hawaii.
