I would give zero stars if the option was available. Terrible customer service and I can only comment on the taste of the chips and guacamole as it was they were the only items I received in the hour I was there. It was bland and I had to alter it by adding lime juice, salt, and salsa. The server was incompetent and the management slow to come to our table when requested. We were told an hour after ordering entrees that it would be ANOTHER hour before our food would be ready because they were preparing for a party that evening. If the kitchen staff is that incompetent and unorganized then the restaurant should have been closed for said party. Dont waste your time here.

Waitress was good when she wasnt busy talking to the other servers. As far as food goes, I had the Plato azteca, chili relano was terrible, the enchilada was fine but the sauce was very sweet, the tamal was undercooked. Other dishes at the table were just okay. I wouldnt recommend, I dont think I will return.

Very disappointed with the server. His name is Pedro, he asked to my friend and I if we could pay Cash. So we told him that we were going to pay with credit card. So he took the credit card, and he seat down to eat. And then came back 35 minutes later and say finally the Internet was slow.

Im in town from TX and is stay in Crystal City; I has been here twice. I ordered the salmon and pasta, surprising they both were excellent. I did not expect that coming from a Mexican style restaurant and the drink by far is never watered down not even happy hr drinks. Love this place.

Staff is friendly food is not expensive. Staff did not take long to take our order and the food came out hot and very quick. I was very skeptical from some of the other reviews but I would recommend eating here.

This place is really hidden unless your visiting the shops inside building. The service is good. Our waiter was polite and brang out more chips until the food was ready. I enjoyed a burger with fries and wings.

The lomo saltado and the asado puertoricanio are both amazingly good. The drinks arent the best, but the service is very friendly and attentive. A great hidden spot, one of my favorites in Crystal City.
