WORST PHO PLACE, EVER....... My boyfriend and I were so excited to try this pho place since its close to home. We walked in around 5pm to a completely deserted restaurant. The menu was easy to read and it didnt take us a lot of time to figure out that we wanted the pho with beef only (no tripe). We also ordered the spring rolls, which came wrapped in rice paper with miniscule little shrimps inside. They were flavorless and really kinda gross... we dipped them in the Sirichiana (sp?) hot sauce to get them down. Then our pho came, we ordered large bowls and it looked delicious. However, the broth was very, very bland and there was much too much anise to the point of the broth tasting of only black licorice. We ate for a little bit (probably half the bowl) before we realized there were huge chunks of tripe in the broth. They appeared to look just like onions, however I pulled a piece out and examined it to be sure. Yup ,it was tripe. I had brought my boyfriend out for some Pho as a "thank you" to him since he has been helping me out a lot recently, so I didnt want to complain at the register. However, the guy tried to ring me up for $10.00 more! When I asked him to slow down and re-ring it again and tell me what every charge was for, he was trying to charge us for a $10.00 coffee. I know thats not how much it was on the menu.... It wound up costing me around $26.65 for two large bowls of pho, one soda, one iced tea and one order of spring rolls. This place is not only rude and un-sympathetic to peoples food requests, but they are also sheisty with the cash. I WILL NOT ever eat here again. They clearly need to understand how a successful business should be run instead of caring only of lining their pockets.

I decided to visit Pho Kim again for the first time in 2 years. and wow, I dont even know where to begin. No one sat me down. All the employees were sitting down eating. I didnt wanted to bother them so we sat ourselves down. No one came to give us the menu or drinks after 10 mins I just ordered a simple Tai Pho. Received the food and the first time i bite into was the meat. There was only 5 pieces of the meat first off, and had the most disgusting smell coming from the meat. So i asked the waitress what was wrong with the pho and she walked off and got more soup and meat. yet again, it smelled funky and weird. I just had to stop completely and just walk out. it was really disgusting.

Ive been here several times as it is very close to where I am living. I dearly wish it was a better restaurant, but alas it is not. I am a very big Pho fan and have eaten it at some of the most obscure holes in the wall as well as out of the kitchens of some very dear friends. This place does not come close to any of them. Slightly over priced, not exceptional of flavor, and the apparent unwillingness to serve their dishes any other ways than those that are the most profitable (ie the meatballs wont be whole, the bowls are relatively small, etc.). Will I go back? Sadly probably yes, but simply to placate my addition and for the nostalgia of better places.

I had one the PHO specialties on the menu, the broth has different then what i usually have but it was delicious. The service wasnt the greatest given that there was only two parties at the restaurant including us. We decided to try try the bubble tea at the after the meal and it was horrible. the worst i have ever tasted. we all threw it away. Conclusion: good PHO, bad bubble tea.

Horrible food, terrible service from a women who didnt even greet us or acted like she wanted us there. Found hair in my soup PLUS she ASKED for a bigger tip when I was leaving. First and last time Im coming here. Wouldnt recommend anyone to come here, I promise this isnt how Pho taste or how they treat customers at other Pho restaurants.

Worst place to eat. I love pho but this restaurant makes me want to hate pho. Bad service, the lady the served us had horrible costumer service. If they dont want to work why are they there, the lady must really hate her job. Save your money and time dont come here. Soup has no taste and no meat at all! STAY AWAY!!!!

I order take out from here at least once a month. I like the bun chay gio or the grilled shrimp. My sister always gets the pho tom and the fried spring rolls. The pho is pretty good, but if I specifically want pho, I go to another place. Its up the street from me and solid food for a reasonable price.

Broth was ok, had a lot of flavor however there was very little meat and noodles. Literally got 3 pieces of meat and a couple of noodles. Not worth $7.45. And no bubble tea! How can you not have bubble tea :( will not be coming back here.

Im a very picky eater and this is really great noodles and pho. I was surprised actually because I went in on a whim and the atmosphere is suspect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh and delicious food.

One of the worst pho I ever had. The only reason I keep going back is because its so close to my house, but the food is terrible. Their meat-on-rice dishes are not that bad but everything else is.

For those who like Pho this is a great option in the Kingstowne area. I totally recommend it. It is not fancy, but the soup is great and the rolls too!

Decent. Broth not as flavorful as other places. Any person who loves pho knows that broth is key. Would eat there again but only for convenience.

It give shame to Vietnamese food. Horrible pho, tasteless broth no beef smell and flavor. I do not recommend this restaurant to my enemy.
