We support our local community businesses, but will *never again* eat at this location, likely never again grace any HH with my dollars. 1. Arrival. Waitress is filling table condiments from a carry-all tote & cleaning tables. We are greeted warmly. Waitress asks for drink order and does not wash hands before filling drink orders. Handled glasses by the rim, with nasty hands. Using a straw today! 2. There is a blonde lady sitting at the counter, we later learn shes the district manager. 3. Takes a very long time to get our order taken. 15+ minutes, and we are the only customers in the whole place, except for a lady and newborn. 4. Takes 30 minutes to get food. Grits cold. How cold? soooo cold butter doesnt melt, grits lumpy and nasty. Toast not buttered. Rather waved around some butter with the hopes some butter would magically hop on? MVP missing waffle and bacon. Hash browns cold and greasy. Omelette was sitting on a plate of gloves for 20 minutes. Remake! Cook handled 2nd omelette with gloved hands, several times, then wiped hands on his clothing and apron, handled omelette again. Repeat. In some states, he would be legally obligated to marry my omelette. 5. During all this, the servers are getting some sort of paperwork from this district manager. They sit, read, sign. AND GO BACK TO PREPARING FOOD WITHOUT WASHING HANDS. 6. District manager lady seemed concerned with lack of nametags on employees, and 4ft long light bulbs. Not at all concerned with the family of 4 sitting within 3 feet of her, clearly unhappy. Note: parents are elderly, we speak loudly and clearly. We know this. We embrace this. 7. MVP waffle finally came, AFTER we asked "when will the waffle be done". But they had to turn ON the waffle maker first. *duh* 8. All food, except waffle, was lukewarm, at best. Well under safe food handling guidelines. 9. Waitress forgot parts of our order. Repeatedly. We kept asking for missing items. Repeatedly. 10. All of the servers look like they had meth for breakfast and then went to work on a diesel engine, before serving food. How hard can it be to hire folks who arent fresh from prison or drug rehab? 11. The blonde district manager sat and happily ate a lovely well presented green leafy salad with lovely chicken. How nice. Avoid this place like the pox and plague.

My family came out to the huddle house. Arriving we saw a very nice clean put together woman who happened to be the distract manager. While we ordered our food we noticed the severs walking around on there phones. Chilling with that manager lady.NOT DOING THIER JOB. When the food got there finally which seems to take forever my mother had cold grits. There gravy isnt to good either. We had to tell our sever not once, not twice but several times to get our food. After that our sever just sits down. Done eating at this place. So i just went to huddle house. I called in a order and was greeted with a very rude woman. When she took my order she asked me what do i want. Not how may i help you or anything pleasant. Once i told her what i wanted she acted like she didnt understand simple english. I mean damn. This place used to be awesome and now its just terrible. Last time i will ever go there.

Well, I think the folks at Huddle House could have done a better job tonight. I came in with a moderate size group (there were six of us) on a night that didnt seem particularly busy, but it still took over 40 minutes for us to receive our food. Because its Huddle House, you can see the staff pretty much all the time and get an idea what theyre doing to prepare your food, and tonight they stopped for a cigarette break when they shouldve been working on our orders. When the food came out, it was mostly okay. My bacon was burnt black (at one end of one strip) and I think one other member of our group had a little trouble, but overall it was fine.

Most disgusting place Ive ever been. Not only was our orders wrong, our food was cold. One of the emplyees was reaching over our food to refill condiments placed on table, while we were trying to eat. Another employee standing outside window blowing his nose (no tissue, just slinging snot). I stopped eating and told my husband "lets go." I just walked out while my husband went to complain and pay for our food we couldnt even finish eating. All they said was "Im sorry and charged us almost $30. I almost forgot, while I was waiting on my husband that same employee walked back inside and went staight to grill...NO WASHING HANDS!!!

Watched the dishwasher/table busser stick her hands down into those dirty dishes and had food all over her hands while preparing to wash the dishes and then I saw her cooking while going back and forth between the dirty dishes and cooking. I hope I dont get sick. Cook handling raw eggs and then buttering toast with unwashed hands.

Does a small Diner it wasnt bad the service was okay the girl that who took care of us she looks like shes so flustered but I treated her with respect and asked her how she was doing she said she was okay and overwhelmed because she was the only waitress there but overall the experience was okay

Stopped in on a road trip for my first ever visit to a Huddle House. The menu was much larger and better than Waffle House. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and fried pickles. The service was prompt and polite. If given the choice between HH and WH I would pick Huddle House first.

WTF they served me undercooked chicken and still charged me for it. I used to really love this place, but its gone down hill. Its hit and miss with this place, eat somewhere else. And anyway, what restaurant has the kitchen in the same room as the dining?

I would advice anyone to avoid eating at this restaurant. The floors were nasty and we saw a cockroach go up the wall. I am still very sick from my bad experience. Believe me do not waste your time or money on this restaurant.

It used to be a decent place. But now its hard to get service as the staff are busy entertaining male friends and watching to see whats going on at the hotel next door. What a shame. Rethink staffing issues please!

Is it that damn hard to fully cook an egg. I heard my server tell you over hard! Then you put onions on my biscuit that didnt even call for onions!! Please FIRE the blonde with the pony tail!!

Our waitress was very attentive and served us well even though they were swamped with customers from the night race at Bristol speedway. The food was delicious and a very good value.

Not very good at all. The server was very overbearing and trying too hard. The meal was in the worst Ive had the salad was not great I even gave the chili I ordered away.

Didnt greet for 7 mins exactly. I was a 1 top. They blamed it on shift change. Any explanation would have been better than just dancing in the kitchen.

The food is awesome and the waitress are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I give it a thumbs up!! A 5 STAR!!!!!
