This is quite possibly the worst BK Ive seen in my life. Im only pushing 40yo, but Ive traveled the country for business and pleasure quite a bit in the last 20 years. Im also basing this opinion on MULTIPLE visits to this location. The food always takes WAY too long to receive whether dining in or via drive-thru. Often when received, the food is not that good. Temperature, put together sloppily, wrong item, etc.. The employees do not carry themselves in a professional manner. The communication between staff is terrible. So disorganized. Restaurant cleanliness is spotty. This past weekend there were ants crawling on the table in dining room. I was not sitting near a door, window, or trash can. And the ants werent just at our table. They never cease to disappoint me. I still try again every few months with hope. Over the last 4.5-5 years theres been many faces come through the kitchen here. Nothing changes. It recently occurred to me that one face hasnt changed over the same span... The current GM. Thin female. Name starts with an "E". Id be willing to bet she is the problem. She seems like a nice woman. Its not personal. This is a fairly nice building. In a good location. A quality leader who knows the business could very likely do wonders for this stores numbers.

I visited this establishment today. Its been about 2 years since Ive eaten at a Burger King and decided to try their new mushroom swiss king. The burger was ok. I dont feel it warrants the price tag on it but thats my opinion. The main reason for this review... . I went through the Drive thru this visit and after being rushed to place my order I met the manager, Alexis, at the second window for payment. He then mumbled when asking me to wait in the parking lot for my food after receiving payment. I waited. And waited. After 10 minutes a drive thru employee came out of the building to see who was waiting for food. Her name is Yolanda and she was very apologetic and started the manager, Alexis, was new. She also started that he became upset with her for going out to check on the customers waiting. My husband at that point gotout of the truck and went into the building to get our food and receipt, which Alexis failed to provide at the window. The receipt received had missing info about the store so I am unable to leave a review with their corporate. I want to take this moment to thank Yolanda and I hippie she does not receive consequences for going above her position to provide great customer service. I would consider revisiting this location once under new management!

I went to the the drive thru for lunch, I ordered $28 worth of food (I had my brothers with me). First I ordered 2 sandwiches exactly alike, except I told the girl that I wanted jalapeños on 1 of them, she asked me "which one?" Thats when I thought to myself "wow really she just asked that, they are exactly the same just one with jalapeños". I ordered 2 more meals exactly alike with onion rings instead of fries. 2 cars were ahead of me just like everyone posted here they took forever. I pull up to the window and pay, a few more moments go by and a receive my order, the young black girl doesnt acknowledges me. Basically just opens the window hands me the bag, no thank you, so I dont leave the window until I check the bag. I got fries instead of the onion rings I ordered. The girl looks at me like Im stupid, I wave at her to get her attention, she ignores me. So finally she opens the window. I tell her about the mistake, she answers "youre good" and leaves the window. Instead of trying to fix the situation. So Im just frustrated and leave. Down the road my brother has 1 beef patty on a double whopper, ridiculous. All I have to say is that these are the idiots who are wanting 15$ an hour pay rates. LOL

Went there tonight. Sat at the window for 10 min. However, they neglected to give me a receipt, they only handed back my card. Get back from the West Orange Graduation at the Amway Center in the rain. Hungry. Finally, i get home open my sandwich and for damn near $8 i get two thin and small dollar quarter sized end cut tomatoes. Not to mention, the lettuce is old and looks like doodoo. Im not for complaining for as to I worked in fast food for two years and many many yrs experience in restaurant. What is advertised in the menu is what the buyer should get. So on top of being hungry because the whole shindig didnt have concession stands open or vending machines. Calling the store before this complaint was unsuccessful. I feel like that even though the dining area wasnt open doesnt mean that a manager cant pick up the phone. In my experience of Wendys for 2 yrs, dining room closed at ten. DT was open til 2am. My managers still answered the phone. Highly disappointed. Still hungry. Sweet tea is good, though.

Bad service, they can not run a drive through properly. With only 2 cars in front of me it took almost 10 minutes to be able to order & get my food. Of course when I got it was cold, The person working the drive through window would only work on the order of the person at the window rather than taking the order and getting it into the system. The worst part about that was when I got to the window to pay, it was actually the manager working the window. If she doesnt know how to run a drive through then know one will. Of course there were employees just standing around doing nothing behind her. The fries were old and Im pretty sure the fish patty had been sitting around for a little while under a heat lamp. Do not go through the drive through at this restaurant.

This burger king is the worst i ever been to.... I went abt 3 months ago when i moved to clermont and i went inside its dirty employees are not nice or helpful.... Also if u go late night they say they are 24 hr but after 12 always closed ... They tell u its a system update no matter what time you go... So i havent been back till today bc i wanted onion rings... Went thru drive there the employee was not friendly acted like she dont want her job talking under her breath... N on top of it my oinion rings n chicken nuggets were old not even hot.... Never will i go to this place again wendys n mcdonalds are near will go there management needs to rehire or retrain their employees .... This place giving burger king a bad name... Dont wast your time going here

The manager of this location should be FIRED!!!! As the other reviewers have stated its very slow! When you go through the drive though they handle one person at a time. Then take a order (drivethru) Instead of moving the line faster. Everytime I give this location a chance my car will over heat from sitting so long. Tonight I go and order food and time i get hme and sit down to eat. My order was wrong. When I was in the drive thru there were employees laughing and goofing off as the customer waits! I am all for a good atmosphere but this place is ridiculous!!!!! This manager needs to take a little pride in the location they are given to care for. Imagine the profit if you did your job!!!!!!
