Food is average (breakfast). Staff operates like daycare staff, but its necessary. Bluehair haven...bless their hearts. Enjoyed listening/learning all about how their medicine isnt working, how 80 y.o. tractors run better than new ones, how the Indians (from India) are coming in & buying up everything, & how deep the snow gets in Joe Schitt, Michigan. No apologies for mashn on the patrons...these folks bitched & griped to each other about everything around them, the whole time I was there. It got old...

Stop in to this place {Lake Alfred Diner} this morning just to relax and life think. What a genuine nice and humble diner. It was like that "mayberry" USA feel. The waitress was fabulous, The food delicious and well prepared, Wow was that homemade biscuit was huge and tasty and the price. Hmm I got a humongous portion of grits, 3 hefty slices of bacon to match 3 eggs sunny side up, a huge biscuit, coffee and drink for 8 dollars. And the atmosphere "Peaceful" five stars

Very pleasant experience, my server Haley was very friendly and polite. The food was well-prepared generous portions and very reasonably priced. The rest of the staff was equally friendly, including that mean old manager.) To sum it up great food, great prices, friendly service you cant lose. I will definitely return again.

Excellent Service, and great food to match! Wow it is truly rare to find such the combination which we all search for but seldom encounter. I already thanked them for such an satisfying meal and service before I left but you should try this place yourself. I am coming back next visit to your city, see you in August.

The food is always good but me and my wife are a lot younger than the snow birds who are their usual clientele. Sometimes it takes forever to get our check as the older people tend to hang out longer but when Im done eating and my plate is empty and to the side of the table i expect the check promptly.

I had the displeasure of choosing this establishment for a Friday night dinner. My sister and brother in law are regulars, weekly. Not only was the food pathetic and cooked wrong, the server Haley was rude and nasty. The manager not much better, neither one even bothered with a sincere apology.

Service can be slow here. Especially after reading and waiting on the check. I realize most clientele come in and sit there for a while after they eat but you should at least be given the check when your food is pushed to the side with napkins on top. The food is good though.

Better than some of the other breakfast spots in Haines City and Winter Haven, lots of specials daily and food is so good that they sometimes run out of their specials. Can be crowded, but worth the wait if there is one.

Yes the food is very good. I could only give it a three-star rating because the owners need to upgrade the place. It may be clean, but it looks grungy. There are better places to eat good food in A good atmosphere.

The summer hours are until 3, look at the hours describing participation. The food is well prepared, service impeccable, whats not to like? Remember during the summer dont show up at six pm expecting to eat.
