We ate here on June 5, 2015. Very friendly service. Waitress described how the corned beef hash was made- basically with ingredients for a New England boiled dinner. Hash was excellent both in omelet and with poached eggs. Home fries definitely above average. Good coffee. We talked for over an hour while we ate. No pressure. Prices good! The diner car was moved to the site in 1952, It is classic and appears to be in original condition which is a plus if you like real diner decor and history. We are local and definitely will be back!

Waited 40+ minutes for a simple breakfast, watched several people who arrived anywhere between 10-30 minutes after us get served before us. We decided to leave after waiting for 40+ minutes for our food, and the waitress claimed she lost our slip... If that was the case, why wouldnt she come to tell us or get our order again? Its a small place and I made eye contact with the waitress several times while waiting. No reason to come here unless you are a preferred local customer or you want to leave hangry.

As a visitor to the area, i wished i was from here. This is one of the best diners I have ever been to. Honestly, there were nine of us, and we were loud. But the staff was so friendly and considerate, while still being sarcastic and a little abusive. I felt welcomed. Each of us loved the food, and I havent had such a good burger in so long. It was perfect. This is the perfect example of a true american diner. Its everything a diner should be. Go here.

A stereotypical non-renovated diner in a small town. Sitting on a drop off hill with Vermont mountains in the back, walked in to smiling and friendly faces and decor that hasnt been changed since it opened probably. A lot of locals who the waitresses know and conversate with. I personally loved the experience. Also all you can eat fish fry on Thursdays seems to be a hit.

Great food and great atmosphere! Been there for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and everything ive ordered ive loved. Love the waitresses service and funny mild badgering makes it better than other places where they are too serious and nice, makes me feel at home lol. Will always go back, i eat there at least once a week and its always so lively and a great experience.

The food was fine. BLT was stuffed, Turkey Croquettes were good. Service left a LOT to be desired. My drink was empty and at the end of the table less than half way through my meal. The waitress walked by at least 4 times. I could never get her attention. I finally got more to drink when she was cleaning the table after we were done eating.

The food was over done and very greasy. My family has tried this place several times hoping she would get better but it was all for not. I wish her father was still cooking. The Waite staff are amazing funny and definitely sassy.

It was okay diner. I hear people who think it is great, so maybe I caught it on a bad day. However, I have to say, the homemade hash was awful. It was actually gray and tasted like undressed coleslaw heated on the grill.

Beautifully preserved classic diner with an amazing stainless steel, tile, and wood interior. Good burger. They make their own fries which seems rare nowadays. They dont take credit cards.

Wow what a nice and cozy place. Got the cheeseburger and it was absolutely delicious. Service was great staff was very friendly. Facilities are quite clean. Cash only but they have an ATM
