The food is perhaps the best that a frozen Sysco food truck has to offer. The homefries are obviously prepackaged, the coffee is forgettable, hash is from a can, pancakes taste like ready to pour batter. The service varies from friendly to downright atrocious depending on the waitress and whether or not youre a regular (we waited 15 minutes with empty cups while our waitress chitchatted with her regulars.) The place has seriously gone downhill since the new owners took over. I recommend the 40 mile drive North to IHOP if you want an excellent meal with matching service.

WOW!! How rude can one be. Girl named Sarah could not have been any more RUDE!!! I will never go to this place again. I was stopping in about every week but this girl has changed my whole perception of the place. Guess she thinks just because her father owns the place she can treat customers any way she wants. Well she can, just not me................ Good luck with your diner.... At lease at Rosies I always get good service!!!

This morning comes with a new, but disappointing menu. Time to find a new place for breakfast as the usual two eggs, meat and toast are no longer on the menu. You have to have either home fries (chunks of potatoes), or hash (ugh!) if you want eggs at all. I think the prices are higher, that may be due to having to get something you dont want now in addition to the eggs, meat, and bread.

Weve been to The Diner a few times now and love it! The menu is varied and the flavor combinations tasty. Our servers have always been prompt, friendly and not too intrusive when inquiring about how our food is. The atmosphere is homey and familiar and feels as comforting as it always did during its previous incarnations, but spiffed up. We will continue to frequent The Diner.
