Okay, now this is my first review ever, and i usually dont feel the need to post a review. But this was byfar the worst dining experience i have ever had. The waiter was nice, but the food was awful! How can you mess up a simple cheeseburger? The burger had no flavor! All you could taste was the char on the outside of the burger! The fries were ok. So i asked if i could order something else, the waiter said sure, so i ordered a cheesesteak instead. It was nothing special, no toasted roll meat was still bland, the cheese helped flavor it the most. SO! assuming i didnt like the cheeseburger, and the cheesesteak was cheaper! i thought they would take the cheeseburger off of my order. But no, They said you ate some so you have to pay for it! This was never a problem at any of the 20 other diners ive been to! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE, AND I ADVISE YOU DONT EITHER BECAUSE THE FOOD SUCKS! and no matter how good the management is, that wont change how the food tastes!

They changed their menu recently and we had a very bad dining experience. The waitress was very short with us, told us if we were not ready to order right away, she would go wait on the next table! So unprofessional......I had just had surgery, so was walking with a cane and she sat my husband and I under an AC vent with ice cold air coming out. I asked her politely if we could be moved to another table and she told us that she could not turn it off because the rest of the restaurant would be hot! I told her I didnt want it off, just wanted to be away from the vent. It just all went downhill from there. It was morning, she only had a few tables, but she was acting very stressed out, so we just left. We will not return which is sad, because we really used to enjoy coming here.

Rising from the ashes of the Blue Fountain diner, The Langhorne Speedway diner sets the bar a lot higher and succeeds excellently. My wife and I have eaten there several times since the change in ownership, and our expectations were exceeded each time. The salad bar had all fresh and delicious items, such as several types of macaroni salads and potato salads, all of which we liked. The cinnamon rolls and cheese rolls were freshly baked and delicious. The main dishes were quite palatable and it was a plus that they came with dessert. The owner did pull up a seat to our table to chat with us quite a bit. I did not find this in any way to be interruptive or annoying.... in fact, I thought it was quite charming. I enjoyed hearing his story! We will definitely be regulars.

My experience at blue fountain diner was very good and the food was excellent, and our server, Tanya, was extremely polite and had a great attitude. The atmosphere of the environment was very home like and cozy. I would give this diner a complete 10/10. The only thing I would slightly complain about was the owner, Turk. He was confronting the customers and telling them about the new ownership and about all the changes in the diner, this was very unprofessional and this made me extremely uncomfortable. It blows my mind that someone can just interrupt someones meal like that, I couldnt really enjoy my meal much, or even talk to my spouse with a constant interruption. Im sure a lot of other customers dont enjoy that. other than that I have no other complaints.

Had what was supposed to be chicken scallops and shrimp in a light crema sauce. Shrimp and scallops overcooked and rubbery. Sauce would have been completely tasteless if not for the big chunks of RAW garlic in It. The soup was so thick you could stand the spoon up in It. Hubby Ordered a chicken kabob forget the skewer It was just one big mess on plate. My side was broccoli in cheese sauce which Im sure would have tasted better if they had drained off the water before putting cheese whiz on It and the potatos were cold, overall a completely forgetable experience. Waitress didnt even know the menú. If you are looking for a good meal do yourself a favor and Drive right past this place.

We had not been here in years. The new owner really made the place look nice and updated. The food was fresh and good, and the salad bar was fresh and had some interesting options. We were here pretty late, and our "specials" were very good, but a little dry. I would suggest more made to order type item or dine earlier when specials are more fresh. Everything had a good taste, the waitress was very attentive and the new owner made sure everyone was satisfied. Atmosphere was bright and cheery and place was very clean. We will be back

Great food and staff! Ate here for many years but when Gus sold quality went down dramatically! Tried several time but couldnt even finish it was so bad! Heard last week that new owner had taken over with new chef and quality food - I heard right. Had breakfast yesterday morning and dinner last night. Omelet was done perfectly and meat/potatoes cooked to order. Chicken parm and Lasagna were extremely delicious! You must forget the past two years and give this diner another try - Im sure you wont be disappointed.

I had one of the best turkey clubs in recent memory last night at the Speedway. It was so fresh and delicious, and piled so high, I had to eat it like Guy Fieri eats a sandwich. The staff has such a friendly and honest charm, it was so refreshing to be their guest. It was my first time here and defintely wont be my last. Living in NJ, I frequent lots of diners, but this one has a very special place on my GPS, its worth the 40 minute drive, and its very reasonably priced to boot. Highly recommended.

Ate dinner here on 5/13/17. Had a lasagna dish that was on special. I knew from the first bite it didnt taste quite right, but was so hungry I ate most of it anyway. Big mistake! Been sick now for several hours with what I can only attribute to minor food poisoning. Almost went to the ER with chest pain from gas so bad that it felt like a heart attack! I will never set foot inside this place again, and would never recommend them to anyone. Such a shame as they were good for many years.

Quick pleasant service. Delicious fresh food. Real food without the chi chi sauces or other ominous substances to cover the taste of unadulterated food. Salad bar..fresh baked banana bread and warm cheese bread and corn muffins. Simple, immaculate, with the feeling of the 1960s without stuffing it in your face. We have been coming here for years but new ownership has enhanced this diners original intention giving freshly cooked meals....deinitely NOT a greasy spoon!

If you havent tried the new Langhorne Speedway Diner you dont know what your missing. Salad bar has very fresh items with corn or banana bread and the dinners are not only delicious but you probably wont be able to finish. Dinners include soup and salad bar with deserts all included. Believe me, you wont be disappointed! And did I mention breakfast - $2.99 special for eggs, toast and potatoes with coffee included!
