I have been here a few times, both by my self and with friends. I am a good tipper, but I enjoy coming here because I know that I will not have to spend unnecessary money on a tip, but still have a good selection of beer and food. Their food is great. My girlfriend likes the french dip sandwich and gets it every time we go. Their fries are the fresh cut style and are well seasoned, you can get them extra crispy if you ask, and they have a good fry sauce. I have really enjoyed all of the food I have gotten there, though I try to stay away from ordering anything that comes with a salad. Their salads are really good, I especially recommend their cob salad, but if you get a meal that comes with the salad then you will likely get it at the same time as your order. The last time we sat in a booth with my back to the bar, the waitress never came around, I found out later from my girlfriend that she would poke her head out of the back from the bar and smile and give my girlfriend a thumbs up and then pop back in the kitchen. My beer came in the wrong glass with the wrong garnish, my chicken got cold while I ate my salad. When I told my girlfriend that I left a $1 tip she said that was just fine, and that she will get tipped plenty by lonely men getting drunk. I still eat here as often as possible like I said the food is great and the drink selection is pretty good too.

We went here before a concert at the Maverick Center. We decided to go here so we could park for free by leaving our receipt on the dash of the car. FYI, you must have a receipt showing or they will have your car towed. Luckily we got there 2 hours before the concert started. I ordered the "ultimate nachos" and they came after about a 45 minute wait. They were cold, the chips were stale and chewy and I didnt see any cheese until we got to the bottom of the plate and saw a diluted cheese sauce. My husband ordered the chicken quesadilla and he never got it. I was kind of disappointed because I wanted to see what sorry excuse for cheese they use. It was very crowded but the service was horrible. The pitchers of beer were half full of foam so you didnt get what you ordered. I didnt hear a single person around me that was happy with their order or service. I will never, never, never go here again. Do yourself a favor and find another place to go, especially if you want something to eat before a concert or a full pitcher of beer.

Horrible experience. They actually denied entrance to 3 of my friends. I sat at a table with my girlfriend and saved 3 chairs for friends who were arriving shortly after us. They wouldnt let anyone in, even if a seat was reserved for them, for about 20 minutes. Then they only let people in who had a seat reserved by someone else. The servers were actually running from table to table and back to the bar. Youd think that their proximity to the Maverick center would have them prepared for a rush like this. Probably happens every day....but they were very unprepared. Then, the waitress forgot to put our order in, as folks who sat down much later than us got their food and left. Waters were empty, food was overcooked, and one order came out cold. No apology...even though 2 burgers took over an hour.

Ive eaten and enjoyed adult beverages in this location for the past 5 years. I usually sit at the corner of the bar 3 to 5 times a week. I can plug my lap top in there and work. It was a great stress reliever. About 4 months ago I sat at the bar in my usual spot and waited for 20 minutes for a bar tender to come and take my order. I finally left the bar and at a later date told the manager about my experience. Tonight I came in with my laptop and the Door man told me I cant bring it in anymore. I told him if that was their new policy I would never come back. He told me good and to get the Hell out! And they wonder why their loosing customers and money! Unbelievable.....

Overall Im very glad I tried this bar. We went in for dinner and decided it was too loud for us. It was really loud. So instead we ordered a drink and got dinner to go. It had ups and downs. The wings were fantastic. Im a wing gal, and I really liked them. Get them smoked with fire sauce. SO reported the garlic burger was also really good. We tried a pizza. It had great flavor, but was pretty limp. The fries were terrible. Each of us ate one and chucked the rest. They were soggy and way too salty. Like as salty as it was loud. All being said, it wasnt a place I would hang out, but the service was very good, and the food was good to try. I would eat from that kitchen again.

Worst service ever. We waited 15 minutes after we had to sit ourselves just for someone to acknowledge we were there. Ordered drinks and an appetizer and after waiting so long to get that we never even got our food after waiting over an hour and being told repeatedly it was almost done from our attitude filled waitress. We paid for what we got which was our drinks and appetizer. As we were leaving the waitress ran out and told us we were doing a "walk out" and that it was a misdemeanor and we were going to go to jail. The only good experience was the manager that helped make things right. We will never be back. Dont waste your time or money here.

We were sitting down for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. So a friend went to ask for a menu. She didnt even get a chance to say anything when the lady behind the bar barked that she would be over in a minute. A few minutes later she came and tossed the menus on the table and said Ill be back. She didnt even ask if we wanted a drink. We waited another 10 minutes and she never came back. So we got up and left and went to The Puck. When we got to The Puck we were immediately greater and talked with by the staff. They are wonderful over there. Go to The Puck instead.

I spent money here while a Hockey game was in progress; my car was towed when I walked to the arena to give keys to my sister. What I did not realize was Bout Time uses less than respectable towing companies like Legacy Towing who towed my car away. I went in and talked to the manager regarding eating there and my car being towed. He did not care; he said read the sign and call the towing company. I do have the recie[t for eating there; looks like Bout Time has one less patron. The towing was fee for less than two hurs was $278; ouch.

if you love great service, this is not the place. I order a beer and a shot and get a food menu. evidently you only get one chance to order food. after finishing my beer I went to the patio to smoke. when I came back, someone else is in my seat and my place was cleared. I should have just left but Im a masochist. .....9 minutes later Im asked if I want another beer. Im still waiting to place a food order. .... oh! just got asked! NO, its November and I need to be home by Christmas. 2 stars for having MNF on DIRECTV.
