When we first got there there was only one other person in the restaurant so we were seated and helped immediately. At first our waitress was amazing, super friendly and attentive. However, after we had finished eating our AMAZING dinner she came over and asked us if we needed to go boxes, we said yes and she said she would be right back with them. At this point it was fairly busy so she didnt get back right away, which was not a problem... however it became a problem when we waited over 10 minutes of patiently waiting, 15 minutes of us trying to flag her down and her making eye contact with us, and then another 5 when a different waitress who was helping the people next to us came over. She got us our boxes and check immediately and was super kind. I hope the first girl sees this so you know why we gave the tip to her and not you, she was the one who was attentive when we were ready to leave and you were the one who ignored us for 30 minutes. All 3 of us at the table work/ have worked with the public through retail and restaurant business so we know how it is, we understand that it got busy but you still could have come over and helped us after you said you would.

Things are going downhill. The server was nice but everything took so long to come out. The room was hot and the server took forever to get drinks out. The server also decided on her own that theyd hold our appetizer until all 4 were done which took like 30 minutes. We were worried our rolls would come out the same time but....no another 30 minutes for half...awkward eating in front of my friends. She never came by the table so we asked for a picture of soda and she tried to change us.... Needless to say were not going back.

Good sushi and good service. My family frequents this restaurant, and we havent had a bad experience yet. Sushi is always half price (which makes me wonder why they dont just cut the price on the menu). Sushi seems to be good quality considering that it is in the middle of Utah. *Edit 8/21/17 Server this evening hasnt been very attentive to the table. Drinks going empty and taking a long time to take order. Gave attitude when asked to refill drinks.... Not very personable. Kinda negatively influences the experience.

The sushi is great for Tooele. Their half off menu makes it more affordable, too. The rolls are yummy and there is quite a variety. I dont recommend going with people that dont like sushi. We took the kids the other night and paid $7 per kids meal of teriyaki chicken, steamed rice, and salad. We received about a scant half cup of chicken and a half cup of rice. Definitely not worth $7.00, especially since even before we left the kids announced they were starving and we had to grab a pizza on the way home.

It gets 4 stars for Tooele, but 3 stars compared to big cities. They put avocado on 96% of their rolls, which I find a bit strange. The sashimi is quite fresh and they serve you a healthy portion. The rice is typically overcooked and they press it too firmly which results in a pasty texture in your mouth. The servers are attentive and friendly. The prices are fair and the ambiance is inviting. The dress is casual and everyone seems to enjoy themselves.

This is a great restaurant for its location. Tooele is out of the way so you dont expect as much as you would in Salt Lake City, 30 minutes west. The rolls are really good, and the price is comparable if not lower than most Salt Lake sushi joints. If I did have a gripe it would be that the tuna is ground up and not whole like everywhere else. Highly recommended!

Im sitting in the restaurant right now and couldnt wait to say how impressed I was. This was REALLY good sushi. I was not expecting to be impressed but I absolutely was, and I have eaten at some of the best sushi places in Seattle and Portland. And they have BEER!!!!! TNT and NNY were especially great.

Had chicken teriyaki. The chicken had to have been at least a week old. It was terrible. i couldnt eat it they wanted me to pay for it any way. After some discussion they decided not to charge me for mine. I love Japanese but would not go back and i was so excited that they were in Tooele

Nice decor and service is pretty great. Some sushi is kind of expensive but they have a pretty decent half-off menu that includes sushi that is half price for the day. Wait time isnt too long but ordering a lot can take a while, so order in moderation.

Amazing food! But they do take for ever to get your order and bring you your order. And it understandable when its super busy but when its only 3 small groups of 2-3 people and there are 4 waitresses, thats a bit much. But other then that its good.

Im a big sushi snob, so I am pretty fussy with my sushi expectations. Osaka is a great option for lunch or dinner. I find the food to be above average and the staff are very friendly. Great prices too....just hope that they will stay open!

I go to Osaka regularly (perhaps a little to regularly) and they have yet to leave me feeling disheartened about my meal choice. While I have yet to try everything on the menu, I highly recommend the Vegas and Mexican Crunch rolls.

The sushi is really really good when you actually get it in your mouth. It falls apart usually. I always order the sunny and it had crab, cream cheese and mango. Sometimes they get a wild hair and put cucumbers in it...

Id give a zero if I could. The sushi was warm, the fish tasted fishy and we ended up with bathroom problems. The service was terrible and we waited over an hour after ordering our sushi before we got it.

Probably the best food in town in a city that does not have much to offer. They have 1/2 price sushi on Wednesday which is a heck of a deal. Also they have buy one get one free on Thursday.

Good food with reasonable prices. We live the honey, mars, and sunshine rolls. The avocado bomb is a must try. The do rewrite you call ahead for parties greater than 6

Absolutely love this place! Amazing sushi rolls, with fast and friendly service. Only downside is the size of the building and lack of table space.
