They are so friendly! Tonight was our first time going in there and trying it out. The guy asked if we have ever been there before, we told him no, so he explained about their meats (no preservatives) and their vegetables. Their descriptions for the sandwiches are very detailed so there isnt any questions on what you are getting on that sandwich. Now, if you want tomatoes, etc you do have to tell them exactly what you want on it. We were very impressed. Some people think their meat is dry, meat without preservatives is a little drier than normal lunch meat, so of course normal lunch meat like Subways meat is going not going to be dry, but you also dont know what you are putting in your body. Meat without preservatives, you know exactly what you are putting in your body! I am very picky on my coleslaw, theirs is truly awesome! I am also picky on certain meats, well, I left totally full and very impressed! You have to check this place out! They are really nice, they keep their place clean, and they are very detailed. OH! ask them about their membership (kind like a points club), it is free! I would suggest getting the combo, it is only $1 more and you get a drink and chips with your sandwich! Look, I am a penny pincher, this place is well worth the money. We will definitely be going back! THANKS YALL YOURE AWESOME!!

A sandwich shop for everyones taste buds. Vegetarian and vegan choices with no compromise in favor. The staff is very friendly and love to chat with you, makes for a very welcoming atmosphere. The sandwiches are phenomenal and loaded with flavor. Sides are also very good. Basic toppings to choose from are displayed but they have a lot more, would like to see all those choices. Didnt see anything with a fried egg on it either but I could have missed it from the thousands of choices. One downside is I dont think they have fries as a side option, again, theres so so many choices, I could be wrong, so dont quote me. Another downside is on some sub sandwiches the bread is really thick. Feels like trying to eat a football and can sometimes take away from the other flavors since youre biting into so much bread. All in all.. 5 stars, dont pass this place up because you wont find another sandwich shop like this around.

If you had any reason to visit the West Valley, in Goodyear, it would be to visit Sandwich Masterz. Since opening, lve tried a variety, and never had a bad experience. The meats are 100% natural. And they even have vegan options available. Today I enjoyed number 94 the "Prime Dipper" (pictured), and yes, I said "94"; they have almost 150 combinations of sandwiches displayed (possibly more). You can even come up with a custom requests. If you plan to embark on the 100 plus sandwich journey, they even have an awards program available. Let me list a few more for you: The Rubin, Peppercorn cheese steak (with prime rib), the BBQ roast beef, and Sandwich Police (a roast beef sandwich with a twist!) are just a few of my favorites.

This place is AMAZING! Super high quality sandwiches made with all natural meats. Their menu is huge, with something for everyone. If you are looking for a $5 foot long , this probably isnt the place for you. Their sizes are lunch and regular, which are probably equivalent to a 6 and 12 in sub respectively. Most regular subs are between $9 an $12. The difference between this place and the sandwich chains is night and day. Sandwich Masterz heaps on the meat and cheese. Did I mention the all natural meats? The taste difference is astounding. This place makes Subway taste like you are eating a dirty sock.

Great for vegans!! They have a whole vegan sandwich menu and vegan milkshakes!! Very friendly and attentive service. The owner/manager was checking on every customer, clean and the sandwich was soooo gooodd. Soft and fluffy bread and packed with tons of flavor. I got the "vegan treat", has meatless chicken and turkey, vegan mozzarella cheese, vegan mayo, lettuce, tomato and i added franks red hot, onions, and banana peppers. Ate the whole thing. Will come back to try the rest of the options!! Very happy, satisfied, and fulll.

Great sandwiches better than Subway! Coming from a person who hates sandwiches, WOW! they have delivered fresh ingredients. i had sandwiches in the past from California to Midwest and this is by far, its not just the sandwich itself. They have mastered the detail that you read in the menu into great sandwiches! I have gotten several different types and this place you would stick to one sandwich? Never fear of trying something new, every sandwich was great! No complaints! Five stars rating!!

This place is great, they use all natural meats. Staff is very friendly, and provides a personalized experience that you dont see to much. I will definitely return. I decided to add to my original review, Ive been back about 20 more times. The service remains great and I havent had a sandwich I didnt like. If your a returning customer, try as many of their sandwiches as you can, theyre all so good. My wife also loves their sandwiches, and gets lunch here weekly.

Thought I would give ubereats a shot for the first time and saw Sandwich Masterz were listed in the delivery zone. I had seen ads for Sandwich Masterz and have been wanting to try so I thought, why not? My sandwich was really good. I had the cheesesteak but customized it to not include the mayo. I wish I would have left it as is because it was missing a sauce-- but thats my fault! I could tell they use quality ingredients and I will definitely be eating here again.

At first i thought this was just another sandwich shop, but now its THE sandwich shop. i cant get ENOUGH of it. The service is always great because they are able to answer my questions spot on, they always greet me when i enter the store, and they always get my food correct. The ingredients are always look and taste fresh and delicious. i wish i could rate them higher than 5 because they sure deserve better than 5/5. i WILL BE COMING BACK!

Okay, so I love sandwiches so much that my friends make fun of me! That being said, the sandwiches here are bursting with flavor and absolutely delicious! The staff is super-friendly and also helpful with suggestions since the menu is full of several tempting choices. After only recently discovering this place, I would already have to say these are some of the best sandwiches Ive ever had. Five stars well deserved!

This is seriously the best sandwich place in Arizona. I would rate this place ten stars if I could! We completely discontinued eating at Firehouse and Jimmy Johns after finding this rare gem. Russian Reuben, Big Italian, and Honey Pot are all EPIC! Ive eaten cheesesteaks from Pats and Genos in Philadelphia and Sandwich Masterz garlic peppercorn cheesesteak SMOKES them both. Hands down! No contest!

this place used to be good until the owner hired a bunch of special employees who are all creeps and talk trash about their customers behind the counter. They stare and snicker. I will never eat here again because of this reason. good help is hard to find but crack heads are not. and they for sure work here. Great food initially but no care of effort is given any longer.
