I had never been here before, and thought I would give it a try. My son had the Mihami Vice, I had the French Toast, and my youngest child got the Turkey Sandwich kids meal. We also tried the Kettles and Queso. I did a to go order. Picked up the meals and started heading home. I had to turn around and go back because they had forgotten the chocolate milk for the kids meal. When I got back I checked the rest of my order, which Im glad I did. I asked for no cheese on my sons turkey sandwich, because he is lactose intolerant, (gets violently ill if he has dairy.) It took them quite a while to come to the counter to help fix the problems. I finally got the missing milk and the re-made sandwich, with never an apology. Got home, opened the sandwich and there was still cheese on it. I didnt bother going back a second time. I should have, since I dont think they are the cheapest sandwiches. I just threw his in the garbage and made him something at home. Now, my son that got the Mihami Vice, loved his sandwich, so no complaints there. I did enjoy the Kettles and Queso, but it didnt have much Queso on it. It definitely needed more. So Im torn on whether or not to go back, because I did enjoy the food, I just hate when my order is done wrong.

Even Stevens is one of our favorite spots in Salt Lake and we were thrilled they added a location up here in Ogden. They donate a sandwich for every one they make and they make really good sandwiches. I highly recommend the Do Gouda. Their tomato basil bisque is outstanding. All you can eat french toast for Sunday brunch! Great customer service. My fiancee was visibly upset today (we had to put our cat to sleep last night) and McKayla was kind enough to bring her a chocolate chip cookie. She didnt even know what was wrong. Just a great place to support.

Such a great place. My mom is the general manager of the ogden store, and I love helping her out when she needs it. The food is amazing! I would recommend the stuffed French toast anytime and also the turkey day. Very delicious. The staff is very friendly, and if you ever have a problem they will help you the best they can. The concept they have is great, even tho its a little pricey at least you know that your helping some one out from doing so. Best place.

Great food and great fun for a great cause! Their sandwiches are delish! I loved the tomato soup (a bisque maybe). Its making my mouth water just thinking about it! They have a great business model, donating a portion of every purchase to local shelters and community programs. And the live music on a Friday night was a huge bonus! I wish I could remember the performers name, but we ended up staying for her whole set because we were having such a great time.

Finally a sandwich place that has some good vegetarian/vegan options! I love the premise of Even Stevens - "Buy one, give one". Not only am I eating amazing food, but I can help someone in the process. Win-win. The tenant improvements were pretty impressive as well. Service was a little slow, especially considering how many people where in front of us. But all-in-all great place.

Good sandwiches, but I wish they werent constantly running out of ingredients. 1 out of 3 times I go there they are out of something for a particular sandwich, which is really frustrating. I dont know who is in charge of keeping the kitchen stocked up but theyre not on top of things. Really, Ill run to the grocery store for that missing ingredient, just make my sandwich! :(

Fresh, healthy, delicious! Lots of yummy options for vegans and vegetarians... easily my favorite lunch spot in downtown Ogden. The "Sloppy Tina" is my favorite. A vegan sloppy Joe made with veggies, not meat substitute. Update* The "Sloppy Tina" is no more!!! However they did add a pretty awesomesauce "Jackfruit Torta" ... heres a pic of that beauty below

I think most of the reviews on this one are planted. The staff was rude to me and my family, apparently if you dont have dreadlocks or dyed hair youre not worth their time. The food was cold and really gross, I feel sorry if they give a identical sandwich to someone needy. Honestly I found better food dumpster diving behind pizza hut when I was homeless.

Very good sandwiches. It seams a bit pricey at first glance but for every sandwich sold, they donate a second sandwich to local charities that assist people with obtaining safe housing, food, and employment. Over 65,000 sandwiches donated in.Ogden-Weber already. Its good to see a company sandwich up, rather than engage in hollow gestures.

Stopped here while visiting Ogden on a day off. Ive been to other Even Stevens before, but this has been my best experience so far. The food is the same as the others, that is to say, very good. However, the staff here are very friendly and fast. And this is the first one Ive been to with a freestyle machine, so bonus points.

LOVED the employees and the food is excellent as well as the decor of the place. There a few excellent vegetarian sandwiches, 2 of which are a caprese sandwich with presto and their sloppy Tina which is a vegetarian sloppy Joe made with mushrooms. Price is around $10 a sandwich with fries or a side salad.

Its a great charitable cause. Thats the only good thing to say here. Tiny, inconsistent portions. Slowwwwwwww service every time, despite never being busy or crowded. Frequently out of ingredients, or unable to prepare things due to strange circumstances. Rude cashiers and awkward vibes all over.

I only like the capreezy and every time I go to the Ogden location they are either out of pesto or out of mozzarella and I waste my time because I dont like any of the other vegetarian options. One time they did give me a free hummazing to make up for it. I dont really like that sandwich though.

Second time in here while passing through town. Sandwiches, salads, soup, service, prices and decor are all fantastic! Lucky for us and this visit, Sunday brunch includes live music! If we lived here, this would be our go-to place for all of the above or for coffee and wifi.

Fantastic food with a chill atmosphere, good live music, and TASTY GLUTEN FREE BREAD!! The bread was soft, didnt taste like paste or leave an after taste! Yay!! I recommend the Sprang Chicken and Reuben! Dining area was clean, spacious and staff was helpful and polite!

I had such high expectations for this place. I feel really let down. Ive wanted to eat here for the past year. Never had the chance until today. Dont think Ill be back. It just ordinary, I can find a better Cubano and Ruben elsewhere. Sorry Evan Stevens.

Even Stevens is quite new in Ogden, but it quickly earned a place on my regulars list. The sandwiches are very unique and made from superior ingredients. The flavors are strong, too. I just wish they offered fries instead of chips, but thats personal opinion.

Tried the Reuben my first visit and it was amazing. Trying their breakfast for my second visit and Im sure I wont be disappointed. They have a 2 for 1 concept meaning for every sandwich purchased they donate a sandwich to a local charity. A must try place.
