Just found out about Moon Bakery... What a Delicious Find, an authentic Korean Bakery!! Being Gluten intolerant, I have found my new Favorite go-to place. The owner was very pleasant and helpful -- He explained and described the many pastries, breads, and cakes. I brought home, a mango roll cake, and a variety of doughnuts and pastries which were all a BIG HIT!! The taste and textures of all the samplings were delicious, not to sweet, just right, leaving you wanting more! AND made with No preservatives, Low Sugar, Low Sodium, Rice Flour, Dark Chocolate! A new healthier and delicious experience!

I can say their breads are Korean traditional kinds. I love it!! It reminds me my young old memories. My family orders a cake whenever one of my family members has a birthday party. The cake is my husbands favorite. Its not too sweet. It feels healthier than other American cakes.
