I have never been so disappointed in a Harmons location. I came to this store to get some soup cause it was a chilly day the first thing I notice is that not one of the soups have a lid, therefore they have all created a film over the top that really makes you lose your apatite, given Ive worked in a kitchen though I know this doesnt really hurt it so I proceeded to find something yummy. First thing I saw was the tomato soup thinking how good it would be with some bread. When I went to scoop it out it was all chunky, and not just tomatoes. There should be some more time spent on puree there. I finally decided on a soup and went to the deli to get just A SMALL SCOOP of sour cream. Given they have done this for me multiple times I thought nothing of it. Until the cashier asks a deli manager if thats okay, the deli manager proceeds to roll her eyes and then the cashier says "you can go buy some." So flustered I said okay and walked to the bakery to get some bread for my soup and its ALL BURNT!! I will never return to this location. I always told my co-workers other locations quality of products were so much better, unfortunately your location is the closest to my job, but now I will just go elsewhere. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS HARMONS.

Every couple of years we do a price survey of around 75 items including grocery and consumables like toilet paper. The last survey said Harmons charges (approximately) 20% more than Winco, 10% more than Smiths and 15% more than Walmart for the same stuff. Now you have to have a fricking Foodie card to get the gas discounts! We used to shop at Harmons all the time before we did a real price comparison and realized we could save $2000 a year shopping at Walmart, Target or Winco. We buy meat from Costco because often Harmons meat and fish prices are ridiculous. As an example in May, Harmons was charging $32 a pound for King Crab. Costcos King Crab is $19 a pound. The meat prices are similar. Since Harmons quit giving out fuel discounts without a foodie card, we buy our gas at Costco also. Foodie card--really! We stopped shopping at Smiths when they made us carry around a Smiths card. You pay more without Smiths card. What a jerk thing to do. There are simply too many idiots running companies today. They are out of touch with customers. They never talk to customers. Its sad.

The store is nice but Im finding that theyre stocking more expensive "natural or organic" foods and sometimes I wish theyd display more of the Western family brand. I also miss the quick cashier when you walk into the store, as going out you may see items youd like to buy but have to go in line again to purchase them. I also think their bakery line is getting expensive. You can serve yourself for bagels but not for doughnuts. That said, their meats are very good, and so is their produce.I also like the friendliness if their employees and usually quick lines at the cashiers. I think theyre catering though to more upscale customers via the cheeses and specialized products. So sadly enough Im beginning to buy everyday items from the discount stores as I cant use or afford their higher end things. Been shopping there for years, and I really miss the old layout and reasonable prices.

Not only does this store have one of the best delis..one of the cleanest stores I have seen in forever, organized, floors shining, smiling staff. ..we were in a bind and needed a corsage and bootineer for Sweethearts, at the last minute the kids found out they were going to go ...I called up explained what the situation was ...and the floral department made it happen. They are amazing ...way way better than I have bought anywhere else. The flowers are fresh, they took my order over the phone, very kind and helpful. They have a YES! Attitude, as a business owner myself , it takes a lot for me to write a review. They have a customer for life. I have closer Harmons store to me, but this store has one of the most greeting, atmospheres and you can tell they were glad you were there and to serve you .

DONT ORDER FROM THE BAKERY! BAD THANKSGIVING EXPERIENCE! I pre-ordered an entire Thanksgiving dinner two weeks ahead of time to be picked up at 10:30 am. When I got there nothing was ready and there was a line out the door. I waited 2 hours for them to fulfill the order only to have a cold Turkey and found that only half of the order had been fulfilled. I had to go all the way back down to the Bakery only to be told that they would have to inspect the entire order and then didnt have the final ingredients left to fill the order. $150 down the drain. Will never do it again!

I tend to only come to Harmons when I need something from the deli or need something quick. I dont do my entire grocery shopping trip there because its much more expensive than other stores. I should also note that this location feels dated compared to other surrounding Harmons locations. They do seem to be moving things around so maybe they will update it a bit with options from the newer stores (Like the tubes of flour, candy, seeds, etc that you can get at other locations). Still, their meat and deli department keeps me coming back.

I love all Harmons locations. The entity that is Harmons falls on my favorite companies list. As a matter of fact, I tell my wife that if I were to ever lose my job, I would go work for Harmons at any level and just work my way up. In any case, this is probably one of the cleaner locations, and upon entering, I would make a b line to the bakery section and dip some baguette samples into the olive oil samples they always have out. There really isnt a better way to begin a grocery shopping experience.

Harmons has some of the best staff Ive seen in a grocery store. Very friendly and helpful. This store has a wide variety of products that keep the shopping interesting, plus all the stuff you would expect. Maybe my expectations for a in-store bakery are just low, but I think their bakery is surprisingly good. Prices seem comparable to other stores - maybe a bit more expensive over all, but the good service and selection make up for that, in my opinion. This is where I usually shop.

I used to shop here often, but it seems like their bakery and deli cant produce quality items. Ive purchased garlic bread which they used a sesame bread for, another time I got a club sandwich with too much guacamole smeared all over it and other random/gross items tossed in the bag. Ill stick to locations or other shops that the employees and the company care about making quality food instead of quantity.

Dont shop here hungry! We went in for this incredible bread they make in the bakery and walked out with something else from the deli, some great fruit, and some samples. My wife said "I love this place" 3 or 4 times, haha, who does that? We dont go often as its out of our way. The prices are a bit higher for the stuff we buy but the bread... good grief, I dont know how they do it. I am hooked.
