My family is addicted to this place! I absolutely love the environment, how clean it always is, as well as the staff that work here. They work hard to give you the food that you want and fast. The only few drawbacks that they have are that if there is a rush, sometimes the staff wont hear your order properly and give you extras on your food that you didnt want. Its rare but has happened a couple of time over the years. Now on to the food: The food is amazing! Not once have I ever ate there and gone "man that sucked." The tortillas, are always fresh and taste like it. They are constantly rotating the food so that there isnt anything stale or cold (unless it is supposed to be) Over all I will keep going here with my family for years to come.

I love Costa Vida! Their sweet pork enchilada is my favorite. However, I hate this particular location. There is one red-headed kid that is fantastic, otherwise the ladies that make the food do not listen to your requests, they just want to move you through quickly. I like to give companies the opportunity to improve their customer service before just finding another company, but when I contacted the owner, he really just did not care. Again, I love Costa Vida, but I will happily drive to Ogden, rather than patron this location. Very sad.

Worst service ever! A girl named Serena was absolutely rude to me and my family. She did not acknowledge us and she got everything wrong. This girl also knows my daughter and has threatened her and her friends several times. She is a horrible representation of your company. Will not return until something is done.

I used to love Costa Vida, but last week they gave me the wrong burrito...How does that happen???? i guess they were busy and pulled the wrong one off the burner.... THEN tonight i got home and literally, the last bite I spotted a long black hair.... Dont think Ill be eating there for a while :( DISAPPOINTED

Costa Vida is AMAZING! Sweet pork burrito, black beans, hot sauce, smothered, with a side of ranch to pour on top... Mmmm. My mouth is watering right now. Sure, its kinda expensive. Smothered and with ranch costs extra and it comes out to like nine bucks. But its definitely worth it. Amen.

This is an above average Costa Vida location, the staff is friendly and clean and the food is fresh and well prepared. Its a little tough getting in and out of this obscure parking lot with all the other businesses there but take it slow and be alert and youll be fine.

Poor poor service every time we go in. The hold up is the cashier. The cashier sits and waits for someone to bag the order rather than doing it themselves. Tip for you.... Go ahead and bag the to go order before we get there. Like every other business!
