This place totally sucks. Zero choice. The only sauce they have is ketchup and their own something? The teenagers at this restaurant have a lot of style and personality. Theyre all out going with big smiles. The food was lukewarm and the fries were really bad. All shrunken like they were there for hours. "Here are your burgers" big smile. The friendly face of young people who dont give a damn what YOU eat. My son took half a bite of the burger and said he wasnt hungry. He ate half a handful of the fries before I got a look at them. They had a huge line that moved fast. People around here love this miserable fair. Twenty bucks for old and cold. What I hate more than crappy food is having to go back an complain. So I didnt and now you get to here it.

I had one bad experience where a young employee refused to give me another burger when the one I first ordered was undercooked. His manager quickly took charge and apologized profusely about her employees behavior, and granted I was taken care of and given a free order of fries! But the fact that I had to bring a manager into it seems a bit ridiculous. If you f*** up on a burger, you better not tell me that theres nothing you can do about it! Aside from that visit, Ive been extremely satisfied. So Ill level it out with 3 stars!

We usually have a great time at this location, but our most recent visit was a little frustrating. The strawberry milkshake machine broke or something and they told us it would be a few minutes and to go park in the handicap spot out front. 10 minutes later my wife ran in to see the status and they gave her a chocolate shake because they werent going to be able to fix the machine. I think someone should have come out after 5 minutes or so to let us know what was going on so we werent taking up a handicap spot for so long

Monday 6/29/2015 4:57 pm only 2 vehicles waited 15mins for food so service was very slow in drive thru. Thursday 7/02/2015 4:49pm Ordered 2 cheese burgers with onion and no onion was on burgers was given 2 tomatoes on each instead of onion. Obviously someone else ordered. Only 2 car in drive thru and waited 12mins. Seems like it was crew changing shift and not paying attention.

As a person with celiacs disease this is one of the few places I can eat out. The staff is always been awesome and the foods good (can get a bit boring when this is the only fast food option around, be nice to expand that secret menu a little) They tend to cook the burgers medium-rare or medium. Meat thats not fully cooked bothers me so I have to ask for it well done.

Anything that is done animal style is really good, I usually do both burger and fries this way. Overall the fries in general arent my favorite, I like fries with more substance such as steak fries. The employees have always been positive, energetic and helpful, which is refreshing in the fast food industry.

There employees are great. There employees always have a smile on there face,nice,polite. And there good dont even get me started on there good. Double Cheese burger so good so so so good,the frys they are the bomb baby. In-N-Out Burger it is out of this world. Keep making great food.

The food is excellent! The portions are good. The service, however, is sketchy. There have been two occasions I have ordered a meal and I wait and they have forgotten my order, then they deny me service but I still get charged. They are friendly about it but I dont get my money back.

Their burgers and fries are very good for the price especially if you like all the fixings on your burgers. Their tomatoes and lettuce are always really fresh. That being said the shakes here are gross; you would be much better going across the street to Chick-fil-A to get a shake.

A classic burger and fries. Theyre nothing too crazy, but they always seems to do the trick. Service is pretty fast and the employees are friendly. Price is pretty comparable to other fast food chains, though the food is certainly better than something like McDonalds or Wendys.

Denton was so enthusiastic and it made us incredibly happy to be in his presence! He was so quick to get everything taken care and very much on top of his job. Impressive and smart individual - see him going incredibly far. Really great employee, and we come here often haha

I have celiacs disease and it makes getting food anywhere hard. luckily in-n-out make a "protein style" which is just a lettuce wrap. I didnt get sick afterwards so there was no cross contamination. the staff is nice, store clean, good experience.

If you hate wait times then dont go here because In N Out makes their burgers by order. Its not like McDonalds where they throw 10 patties down at a time and hope they sell them. The upside is, the food is always fresh and tastes awesome.

Great for people with Celiac Disease! Just ask for your burger "protein style" and let them know its a gluten allergy. Ive never had an issue. The restaurant is clean, and the food always comes hot and fast. Tastes great too!

I love how fast the service is. They are always smiling too. And, they dont freeze their meat, so the burgers taste even better. A very simple menu, but everyone knows their is a secret menu you can order from too.

The burgers are great. Theyre very simple. If you are looking for gourmet, this isnt it. But If you are looking for a fast food burger then come here. The fries are okay and definitely shouldnt be eaten alone.

Very friendly staff, good atmosphere and very clean place. Double-double and regular cheeseburger are almost the same size :) The only difference seems to be only in number of burgers - 2 vs 1.

The only issues Ive had Is that they constantly forget to put my burgers in a bag instead of a box. The bag helps out stay warm longer on the drive home. Other than that they are fantastic!
