As I sit at my kitchen table with my lovely wife staring angrily at the burger that I left a crowded Texas road house restaurant across the parking lot for, I wonder did I really "get it my way?" My order? Simple, Bacon and cheese whopper meal with absolutely no onions because I am extremely allergic to them please... She continues with the order and after my wife completes her order I once again remind her that I cannot have onions on my burger because of my allergies and she promises me that there wont be (even tho its not showing on the menu board) I drive thru pay for our meals and off to the races I go to fill my tummy with my favorite fast food... Fast forward 20 minutes and 2 benadryl later Grrr... Why are there about 12 onions on my burger??? And as I call and call the restaurant i dont get an answer time and time again... How could a simple instruction land me in the hospital angry because someone didnt hit the proper key stroke to let the sandwich guy know... NO ONIONS... And what really pissed me off... The wrapper was marked... No ONIONS. SMH

My husband and I went here tonight and the woman who took our order was incredibly rude. We had to wait for our food, which we didnt care about. We waited and talked and when our food was ready she BANGED on our window making us both jump. We still didnt care and just thought it was funny. My husband thought she forgot to put fry sauce in our bag so he parked and went in and politely asked for some. she looked at him like he was stupid and told him she already put some in the bag instead of just handing him some fry sauce. She finally handed him a couple, but acted like it was a huge thing. It wasnt a big deal but she made it into one. If youre going to work in customer service you should be a little nicer, especially when we gave no reason for an attitude. I understand everyone has a bad day, but theres no reason to be rude.

honestly Im never going back again and I recommend no else eaithr there is this guy Tyler and he is so rude to costumers and Ive gone here several times like tonight where he was treating this gorgeous black girl like crap. I over heard him saying that they dont need her. then said he is clocking her out. With the saddest face this gorgeous girl went out the door. I dont care what the reason was of why he said what he said but no one deserves to be told they arent needed. Besides that Ive been here a lot that girl works her butt off she does a nice job on the lobby she is almost always smiling and very friendly.

I personally work here so I love it! And if you think its slow service then that sucks! Its harder than it looks. Especially all the food you guys order! Give us some slack and be patient. We love our customers and want the best experience for them!

Every time I go to this specific Burger King they me up my order. The worst party is that you cant call them cause they never pick up either. Do not go here unless you wanna risk getting something you dont want.

The management there isnt very nice one employee doesnt change his gloves and in the morning if you go for breakfast one lady there doesnt even where her gloves or washes her hands trust me I worked here
