Dont ever go here after 11:00PM, you get very nasty looks from all the Ihop personnel. You see, they close at midnight and my party of 20 people walked through the doors and were greeted with a "Hi, we close in about an hour", and ugly looks from the servers. We were trying to decide if we really wanted to stay and eat there. We decided to go ahead and eat there. We were seated and given menus, a couple of members of our party were late and were outside the front door trying to get in, but they locked the doors, it wasnt until we explained to our server that they were with us that they let them in. Come on guys, if you close at 12:00, why are you locking the doors at 11:30!!!??? We had all finished up around 12:15 because they were dropping all kinds of hints that we were holding them up. So we told them that we would like our checks and we would leave. I told the server that we wanted separate checks. He turned around towards the computer and threw a tantrum and was saying in a mocking voice "We want separate checks... well if you wanted separate checks, why didnt you TELL ME THAT BEFORE!!?" He didnt know that I had heard him, so I said "because you didnt ask..." he turned around and was embarrassed. He said "Oh, its no problem" and smiled. ATTENTION IHOP CORPORATE: If you close at 12:00, your employees MIGHT have to stay til 12:30... If you tell them that, they wont be so rude to your customers...

I have no idea why anybody would give this place anything above a one star. Maybe you just got luck of the draw with service, but wow. I wanted somewhere reasonably quick but sit-down to meet with someone before work. There werent very many customers, so I assumed an hour would be more than enough time. I waited fifteen minutes to get a table (again, this place was dead for a Sunday). I think I finally did get a table because I kept peeking over the partition at five or six employees who were talking in a circle and one of them just got annoyed. Once seated for 15-20 minutes, I realized nobody was coming back to take my order. I walked back to the kitchen area and ordered my food from the first employee I could find. No idea why I hadnt already walked out and found drive-thru for breakfast. After waiting for twenty minutes, I asked them to cancel my order. I was rudely informed that I couldnt cancel because my food had been made. I asked why it wasnt delivered to the table and got a blank stare. After waiting another ten minutes for them to put it in a to go box and bring it out, I was late for work and in a bad mood. Never got to try the food because it was cold when I went on break four hours later. Fire the whole staff and start over. Better yet, just go somewhere else. Sorry for the long, long rant. Some of the worst service Ive seen. Ever.

Im here now been sitting for 20 minutes waiting my glass has been empty for about 5 minutes. I dont know about you but i like my cup full. I have no idea who the manager is here bit they need to get there self on the floor im and assitstant manager i always run on floor at my movie theater. I always help my staff and run every area as needed always check on guest. I feel like everytime i fome here ia dis organized. I came and sat last time with my famiky for 45 minutes didnt even get drinks so we left. It every time we come here is a beyond bad experiance this place needs help. They need more motivation and a good lead it starts with your manager happy manager happy staff good manager good staff. Like we love the 56 ihop. So i know its just this store tgat sucks so bad. The servers are everywhere they just stand there behind the wall like they can be doing something else. Cleaning check on there guest re filling my empty glass. Corprate office please help this ihope fire someone come in here and retrain do something. Look at these review every time. Like something needs done. This is one of your worste ihops.

went to this location at exactly 11:00pm and the doors were LOCKED! On the door it says it closes at MIDNIGHT 7days a week. I stood outside and called in to see why the doors are locked, some ASHLEY chick answered "Hello this is Ashley how may I help I help you?" I said "HELLO?" Then she keeps repeating "hello" and not letting me talk and I KNOW she heard me because she was LAUGHING then said "HELLOOOOOOOO?" Giggles then hang up on me. She walked back into the kitchen and DIDNT put the phone back l. I called back FOUR TIMES (while standing outside the front doors) and the phone was busy the whole time and no one was even using the phone (I know this because I was staring at the phone) anyways... I now HATE this place and will not go here EVER AGAIN I dont care if I have to drive to the one on 5600 W and 3100 S by Walmart. Ashley just because you cant hear people on the phone doesnt mean they cant hear you so you need to still be professional.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! We love IHOP so We went there as a family and today around 5pm- 6pm. My husband, myself and two kids. We thought that it would be a great experience since it wasnt busy. There was only 3 tables being used in one section including ourselves. To make a long story short there were two waitresses and our waitress didnt greet us, she dropped menus than asked for drinks, got our drinks wrong and never asked us for refills. Only came to our table if we went to go look for her. Our plates were every where and she never bothered to pick them up and than shows up to drop the check and than leaves to text on her phone and doesnt come back to ask for anything. My husband asked for a manager and they said none were available so we left our number and hope to have someone call us. Because we ate there and there was no manager we had to pay. When our families ask which location to go to we will be sure to direct them else where!!!

It was just me and my kids that went to eat there had bad service but we stayed and finished I paid over $50 just for me and 3 kids Ok I had no problem with paging it.. I waited for 10 mins for them to bring my check waited for her to come back so I can pay for it then when I did she told I was suppose to put %20 for tip.. seriously I had to wait 10 min to get my drink order had to wave someone down waited another 10 mins to get our drinks awhile other tables that came in after us got theres and meals ordered.. the whole time I had to save them down and she had the nerve to ask me no beg me for money %20 for tip is a lot for bad service she is even lucky I left her $1 tip.. I will never be going there again.. its just best to go some place else..
