I have to say, this is the most disappointing store of the franchise. It seems like every time I go to the 4312 Harrison Blvd location, my order is incorrect in some way. Yesterday I stopped by, asked for a #6 with one chicken, one steak, both nacho cheese. Asked for NO tomatoes or sour cream on either of them. Good thing Im not allergic or anything. I didnt think it was too difficult of a request, but when I got home, I had a beef w/ nacho cheese, and a steak with sour cream and tomatoes. I would not have been as upset if the guy on the mic didnt have me repeat everything I ordered twice. Even the screen was correct when I went to the window. The guy at the drive-thru was obviously new and still learning. That is fine. I understand that. But even if the cook was new, its not hard to read off the screen what to put on the flatbread. I also didnt get any napkins either. This should be automatic to put them in the bag. Now all of this wouldnt be an issue if this was a one time occurrence, but every time I go to their establishment, I feel like writing this review. It has gotten to become an expectation to get a messed up order. I will be going out of my way to a different store next time, or just not eat Taco Bell. Its sad that I have to go out of my way because one store cant get their orders right.

It was completely ridiculous. We waited for an hour in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of us. The main floor only had 3 people sitting in it. Do not come here unless you just want to kill time because thats all youre going to do. And oh by the way I left out the best part some of our food was still cold. The only reason why Im writing this one star is because I cant go any lower than that. They need to get their head out of their asses and do the job that is set before them. Whoever runs that Taco Bell needs to be fired because that is no way to run any sort of fast food chain. It makes me not want to eat Taco Bell anymore.

The quality of the food here is typical of any other Taco Bell Ive been to. The service is noticeably worse. Im not sure whats wrong with this particular Taco Bell, but its consistently one of the worst Ive been to in terms of quality of service. The drive-thru is okay, but more than once Ive waited longer than 15 minutes for food after placing an order. Theyre apologetic, and once offered free food, but they are still the slowest fast food place in Ogden. Also, regardless of in-store or drive-thru, they frequently get my order wrong, with missing or incorrect items. At this point, I have to check before leaving.

Today was except for Steve the manager he kept messing up orders and throwing food away. I was waiting for an hour and there was only three people waiting with me!!!!!! This Steve guy need a to be fired there was a guy there he was in high school it was only his second day and he was terrified then the manager Steve ditched the new guy on his own when he was supposed to be clocked out and he ditched him because his car got report cause he doesnt know how to get his priorities straight and pay his car bill!!!! FIRE HIM NOW!!!!STEVE SUCKS

On numerous occasions I go after 9, its a 50/50 chance that they are actually open. "What does that mean", you ask well I went to Taco Bell which is supposed to close at 12:00am.I left at 9:18pm on a Tuesday and couldnt get served. Something else I truly dislike is the fact that they seem to run out of beef on a regular basis and have no remorse for it whatsoever. That doesnt mean give me free stuff, but rather letting me know ahead of time instead of me sitting waiting for a response for 20 min.

Last night I went through the drive thru... And was told they didnt have X large drinks anymore, that the Chalupas I wanted werent available because they were frozen and the Cinnabons were also not available. No apologizes at all about the inconvenience. Then when I got to the window and handed me my drink they tipped it and it dumped all over my arm and car door. This is not the first time weve had a bad experience here. I rather drive to another city to get Taco Bell.

Thought I would give it another try after the remodeling; hoping it would be better. Big mistake! No meat in my Chalupa and missing half the ingredients in my 7 layer burrito. I open to the burrito up to find the food lined up to get a single bite of sour cream, a single bite guacamole, single bite of rice, and a single bite of beans. I had to mix them together so I could get a little of everything with each bite. But no tomatoes cheese or lettuce. So hangry... grrrr.

I go to this Taco bell every Saturday for an AM crunchwrap, country sausage. Last week and this week I arrived at 10:15am and they were already out of sausage. Makes me wonder if they are just being lazy and didnt want to cook any more since breakfast is almost over. Today she said "Breakfast is over" it was 10:15am, I am pretty sure breakfast goes till 11:00am on Saturdays. Screw this Taco Bell, I am not going there anymore and I dont think anyone else should.

I did not like the onions in the bean and cheese burrito. We asked for no avacado on the chicken burrito, but the drive the drive thru person said "theres no avacado on the chicken burrito". Then we got it and there was avacado in the chicken burrito. I miss the old rice too:( the last time we had it it was really good but I dont know what changed! The customer service was good though. good day.

I just dont understand why they keep this place open until midnight if you dont get what you want ( power bowl and a meximelt) the girl at the drive thru said that none of the options I wanted where available at the time (it was 10 pm),the employees looked like they where having some fun in the kitchen you could hear screaming and laughing... worst service ever

I go to this Taco Bell quite frequently and I am very pleased with the management of this place, which I really cant say that about many fast food restaurants. These guys are always fast and efficient and I have never had anything wrong with an order that I have had to go back for. All of the staff is very friendly and helps you feel welcome upon ordering.

This tacobell closes an hour before theyre supposed to. The man working didnt even bother to say anything. I Google the hours and it said clearly that the drive thru doesnt close until 1Am so why was the drive thru tonight closed at 12? Makes no sense. Not even worth the drive.. had to settle with Burger King instead. Smh. Tacobell on the fall.
