The only thing about this place even worth one star is the food. It may sound harsh, but this was an absolute waste of our time. Dont expect any form of customer service. The food took forever to get out with maybe two other occupied tables in the whole restaurant. That was the last we saw of our waitress, Brie. Shes one that left one of the 5 star comments, now I know why their rating is as high as it is. She took our order, brought it out a good while later, and then disappeared. Both of our glasses were empty, and we couldnt get ANY waitresses over to refill them. We waited 10 minutes with empty plates, and finally had to get another waitress to get us out check. Then we waited another 10 minutes trying to get someone to ring us up. My wife finally had to go grab someone from the kitchen. Our waitress, by the way, was sitting down on the other side of the restaurant the whole time. This is the SECOND time this has happened, we had an identical experience a few months back. They will not be getting our business any more. I recommend just driving the little bit further to IHOP on Riverdale Road. Even at full capacity, youll get better service, better food, and wont be waiting an eternity for the waitress who is supposed to be helping you.

12/16 service was OK not great but acceptable. Food was iffy... Hashbrowns were like rubber so we requested they make us new ones, eggs were overcooked. Not the best experience weve ever had here. 12/18 We decided to try again because we had a coupon for buy one get one free breakfast. Worst mistake we could have made. The service was horrible and the food was only of . Every employee seemed to be in a foul mood. Our server, Audrey, brought our food, had to be reminded about 1 order of pancakes and we had to ask again for ketchup. 2 other tables of hers that were near us had issues... 1 table had cold food and the other had ordered before us and she forgot to move their ticket so their food just sat in the window waiting. She dropped off our ticket at same time as she brought the missing pancakes and we never saw her again at our table. She never asked if we needed more drinks ( we did) or if we wanted anything else. Very bad experience and we will not be visiting this location again.

The waitress with too much eye makeup (description) came to my table twice in total during an hour visit. She came once to take my order and a second time to deliver my food. Not once outside of that did she ask how I was doing or how the food was. Then when leaving I tried to use my kids free meal coupons. She told me Im not allowed to use both in the same day. Theyre for individual kids and those coupons stated nothing about one per day. She argued with me about what was plainly printed saying it is wrong. I will never go to this place again and I will most definitely recommend everyone I know to avoid them as well.

My first and last time at this location. My friend and I decided to stop at this Village Inn for a quick bite. I ordered the Ruben and she ordered the BLT. My problem wasnt with the single Hostess/waitress. It was the over-priced small portioned food.To say it was sub-par is an understatement. My Ruben was bland considering the bold flavors it should have and my friends BLT looked like it was child size with only 1 slice of bacon on the whole sandwich. This is the only time I have seen a place be stingy on fries. For what we paid for 2 meals, side salads, and drinks,we could and should have gone elsewhere.

Mediocre..... Waiter was only one working with 6 tables to wait on himself. Needless to say drinks were few and far between. Asked hostess for a refill... Her response was uh-huh. 10 minutes later our waiter came by asking if we need refills. Guess she never told him. Then saw hostess sitting where customers could see her texting on her phone. Manager right there with her. He noticed me looking at her and came over to check on us. Told him the issues and now he decides is a good time to start helping the lone waiter in the restaurant... Will never come back to this location.

Went to have dinner. And not only did the waitress seem to be giving everyone else that extra attention she just kept walking by ne and my date. Then the food came, not only did the waitress apperantly hit the wrong button telling the cooks what to make; my date dinner looked like a half cooked jail breakfast. Then to only make things worse after they remade my order my food came. My fate was already done eating, and yes they still got my order wrong. I had to promptly get the mangers attention. In which he gave me a $5 dollar discount for thier inability.

Whenever my friends and family (and myself) dine a Village Inn, we usually get seated, ordered and served within 20 min. friendly staff, good food, clean, didnt stink, and prompt service. And if youre wondering why all the bad reviews, just think--If you had some good food at a restaurant every time you went out, would you post it on the internet? But then again, if you had a terrible experience, EVERYONE would know. These are not the only people that go there. PLENTY of people go to village inn and like it.

The night shift workers are horrible and so unprofessional. They look unprofessional and act like children. We had to wait forever for anything we needed when there was only 2 other tables in there at 9 o clock at night. It was hard to visit and have a conversation with my friend because all we could hear was the staff laughing and yelling so loud we could hear every word of their innapropriate conversations.

Worst experience ever!!! Ice coffee tasted like water that was brown! Have waited over 20 minutes for 1 waffle. The service here is bad. Never had this bad of service here before. The waitress was extremely rude when I asked to substitute my eggs so decided just to get a waffle. When I asked her to get me a new iced coffee she said I guess if thats what you really want. NEVER coming back here again!!!!

Their food was bland gross and I a hair that wasnt mine in my food. My salad was wilted. The Blt I ordered had 1 slice of bacon on the whole sandwich. The frys were kid size portioned. The white bread I got was kid size. If I wanted to order a kids meal I would go out for fast food instead. I hope this meal doesnt make me sick. If you want a BLT or any food for that matter go some wear else.

The waitress gave us great service. The food was hot and was served pretty quickly. The pie was great! Will definitely be back! The one thing that was a bit frustrating was that free pie Wednesday has a catch. Not all the types of pie are included in their promotion, I wanted the French Silk as it is my favorite however that is not included in their offerings. This seems a bit misleading!.
