Vessel Kitchen is a must-try healthy casual spot. The flavors are fresh and vibrant. We stopped in for dinner on a Friday night, a large group including some with nut and seed allergies, and easily found items we could all share. We wound up trying about 10 things and almost all of them were fantastic. Our favorites from the dinner menu: - Hash Hash: The pulled beef is so tender. The horseradish aioli and pickled onions really make the flavor pop. - Beef Flatbread Tacos: These have sesame, so not everyone could try them, but they were a huge hit with everyone who tried them - Spicy Asian Brisket: One of the best salads Ive had. The beef was absolutely perfect and the tomatoes had the perfect amount of tang. - Braised Espresso Beef: Such tender beef. We had it with the extremely addictive mashed potatoes and roasted cauliflower. Great combination. - Avocado Toast: So simple, so, so good. We also tried the Charleston Gold with the pulled chicken, but it didnt stand out among the rest. We were going to stick with water, but they gave us a taste of their freshly brewed kombucha. We bought a couple glasses to go with dinner and wound up going back for more. I think the mix is seasonal, so there will likely be other flavors in the future. The desserts are not made at Vessel, but are very good. We really liked the Cheesecake Mousse and the Coconut Macaroon. The banana bread was also good and does not contain nuts, which was another win for our group. After trying so many different things and having so many great experiences, this is a solid 5-star healthy casual spot Ill return to again and again.

I had an uncannily similar experience to Kim G. I really enjoy the atmosphere, price, ingredients and overall feel of Vessel. I have now eaten there 3 times and while they get so many things right, unfortuantely not one of my meals has ever been "hot" off the line. I dont need it to be scalding, just above room temperature. Vessel Kitchen We are very sorry that your food temperature wasnt up to your standards. But we are honored to have had a highly acclaimed author, especially one that has been dead for 180 years, dining in our restaurant. Peter Porcupine Peter Porcupine Sincerely, there was no intention to have you get upset, as I was merely intending to provide you with helpful feedback, given that others have remarked in a similar fashion. So thank you for engaging with your clientele in insipid, needless comments. If i had a funny last name would you make fun of it ? Do you google all patrons that provide you feedback ? I would spend less time on onomastics (which Im sure youll have to google) and more on how not to be saddled with being #75 out of 194 on trip advisor..beating out the food at Jupiter Bowl would be my #1 priority. https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurants-g57097-Park_City_Utah.html .

Four stars for the first visit, could easily get 5 after I try a few more things. Just opened in the last few days, off to a good start. I went for breakfast, had the "Kitchen Sink" which had 2 eggs cooked to order (and done exactly as ordered), vegetable hash, avocado and some tomatoes and cucumber. Some choices are more traditional and include bacon or beef but overall the trend of the menu is "new healthy" for sure. Overall very enjoyable. Coffee was excellent and served in a very nice large mug. Breakfast items top out at $8.00 with muffins, scones and breads available which I have not tried yet. Lunch and dinner choices include chicken, roast beef, vegetable dishes sandwiches and "vessels" of assorted salads. Well worth the stop for something different.

I went here for brunch on a Sunday. I ordered the French toast which was made with sweet challuh bread, served with a little syrup and berries. It was very delicious! My husband got a sweet potato and beef hash with an eggs on top that was also really good. The food was presented nicely. Ordering at the counter was easy, the staff was friendly, and they brought our food out in a timely matter. I would recommend this place for weekend breakfast if you want something a little quicker than waiting at a sit down restaurant, but still have a quality meal. Prices were a dollar or two too high, but overall not too bad.

I have been to Vessel a few times now, and I still am underwhelmed. The food is good, and I am very happy to have something else to choose from in the Kimbal Junction area. However I feel their prices are to high. Yes, it is Park City and they source locally, however what they charge for a salad and a glass of wine will cost you more than some restaurants on Main Street. I applaud them on the quality and options on the menu, however i cringe at the price tag. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed with your meal, just be prepared for the sticker-shock.

Good alternative to be healthy... Local produce I understand.. Upscale "bus your own with benefits" upscale attitude and clean. Owner present. Accomodated our need to make the otherwise dryish well constructed lemon chicken salad, more "mackn" to our liking.. I really liked the beef tacos - sliced in ft of me from prime lookn steak... Also yummy coconut Auntie Ems local Park City cookies, we got 2 and kept nicely to remember our trip late night back to Holliday...

This is my wife and my favorite restaurant hands down. The quality food and quality service that is priced fairly ( especially for Park City dinning) has yet to disappoint after 5 different dinning experiences. Everyone from the owner to those turning tables have been very kind, and every dish has been very unique, fresh, and delicious. We always leave feeling super satisfied. Please open a salt lake location soon.

Great food. Quick service. Reasonably priced. I love everything Ive tried here. We tend to go for the Market Plate with a choice of meat (rotisserie chicken, pulled chicken, espresso rubbed beef or bavette steak) and two sides (hot or cold). The other menu selections are good too. Ive enjoyed the chicken little sandwich, beef tacos, good and plenty, and ahi tuna salad. Yum. Also great for catering.

I understand the appeal of this restaurant as one with numerous healthy options. However, the food itself was tasteless. I ordered the pulled chicken, corn esquites, and ratatouille and was very underwhelmed at the quality of the food, as I was expecting a lot more from such a highly rated restaurant. As one very influential in this country would say, sad!

Third time we have eaten here and the hot food has barely been warm. The meat and sides taste like 2 day old leftovers. $21.00 for an entree with side and avacodo toast. Not even close to being a good value. Spoke with management and am still waiting for a refund. Staff is stuggling and clueless. Great concept gone bad

This is a cozy restaurant - - a great place to meet up with friends and have healthy delicious food. I really like their vegetarian options (falafel, couscous, cooked veggies, salad, etc) but they also have a selection that would appeal to meat eaters--my friend really enjoyed the beef Naan tacos.

This place is a dream come true! Please support these fine folks so they can stay a long time. I have a number of food sensitivities and this is the only place in town where i can eat almost everything on the menu! Cant eat the red bicycle bread, Darn! But isnt that a great offering? Thank you.
