It’s Taco Bell. You know what you get from a food standpoint. The location on the other hand is pretty poor. At lunch they can’t handle mild lunch crowds. 10 min for fast food? That’s poor. This isn’t a custom order place. It should be at most 5 minutes. The freeze machine was down and the soda machine was down a few flavors. The spiked lemonade was really good though. They need to up their food prep game. Clearly they aren’t efficient in the kitchen. I guess it’s pretty tough opening those bags of shredded lettuce and cheese and nuking the ground beef. The cashier was frazzled as well and ordering seemed to be rocket science. I’ll update this if they step it up. Until then, come at your own risk. If in a rush avoid peak times because they clearly don’t rush.

We generally really like Taco Bell and have found it to be pretty consistent. But, sadly we have forgotten this location was not consistent several times only to be disappointed when we got our food. The final blow was the day last July (2009) that they ran out of lettuce and as we paid we were asked if it was alright. We said yes because we were hungry. Ewwe. We ended up eating at the Hotel. I realize there is always room for redemption. Hopefully they can get it together.

Food and staff are fine, but this is the slowest Taco Bell Ive ever been to. I think I waited 20 minutes once to get my food and there were only about 5 cars in the drive thru. Just go to Del Taco, its a block away...
