TOP ADVISE: All the resorts have great restaurants, with breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are so many other GREAT restaurants in Park City, DO NOT waste your time and money HERE! Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant!! If I could rate it at ZERO, I would! It was that bad! First, the restaurant was not full, it had hardly any guests. We were sat in the far end of the dining area, maybe because we had kids. We had 4 adults, and 4 kids. Our table was square, but we needed more seating. They added a ROUND table next to the square! Leaving a huge gap between the tables. When we moved the round table and put a square, the hostess was not pleased! And remarked she had noticed we had moved the tables. We just stated that we didnt want our dinners falling through the gaps. She kept staring at us. Our children kept fairly quiet, but ANY noise she would shoot glares our way! When our dinners finally arrived they seemed good! They looked yummy, and nicely garnished. We ordered three halibut, and one chicken. The kids received a turkey sandwich, spaghetti, and fish and chips. The fish was over cooked and dry. the vegetables were marinated in what seemed to be a white wine, but were horribly under cooked. The combination of the white wine, and undercooked vegetables tasted like they were moldy. The chicken was the Monteray chicken surf and turf had too much pineapple flavor, and the chicken was over cooked. The kids meals were great in size, but not good in taste or quality. NOT FAMILY/ KID FRIENDLY! The turkey was a huge sandwich, but the bread was so dry it fell apart!! The turkey in the sandwich was dry, and lined with thick skin. You would take one bite and all the turkey would come out. You couldnt bite through the turkey! The kids also had the spaghetti, and fish and chips. The spaghetti was HUGE! NO child could eat all of it. Why pay $7.00 for something your child could only eat 1/2 or 1/3 of, what a waste. The fish and chips was the only good thing at the table! Our waiter was rarely in site, and very illusive. When we finally got the chance to complain, he just shuffled around, and said he needed to check something in the kitchen. He then motioned for the hostess to follow him to the kitchen, which she did. He never mentioned the sandwich again. Not even an apology, or an attempt to make things better- like maybe an offer to get something my kids could eat!! He avoided us! He finally gave us our check, that included the $7.00 for the sandwich, without even mentioning awful turkey sandwich! Because we were a party over 6, and had asked for our checks to be divided, they add a 20% tip. We had to tip our server a mandatory $10, and our friends tipped $13. We paid our server $23 to have the worst experience eating out! What a joke! We went to the local Arbys and purchased our kids another meal they could actually eat! We eat often in Park City, and would highly recommend eating at Main Street Pizza and Noodle, Wasatch Brew Pub, Grappa Italian Restaurant! All the resorts have great restaurants, with breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are so many other GREAT restaurants in Park City, DO NOT waste your time and money HERE!

Came here for breakfast today Jan. 9th The staff is completely rude have been sitting here for over 30 mins and still have yet to even get offered a refill on my coffee. The roof on the right side that has the sky light section is dripping rain on a table near us which is splashing a few other guests. When the guy beside us mentioned it the waitress said yeah it does that every year. Well hello maybe thats a sign for you to FIX your roof. Still waiting for food if I dont see it with in the next 20 mins Im leaving. ****UPDATE*** We did receive our food and here is the breakdown. Mind you I was a chef for many years so I may be very specific about my review. Service at first was very RUDE the lady at front desk horrible. Server was decent at first but she did come over and apologize to us for the lack of service apparently the power was out this morning so they opened 1 hour later and the people who were already seated had placed their orders. So she did have a ton of work to do. Since she came over and apologized and explained the situation Ive bumper my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star review. Wife ordered the Bennie which is Eggs Benedict "their take on it" YES the eggs were Fried NOT poached. The hollandaise sauce was bland but they did serve a lemon wedge with it which brought out the flavor. The fried potatoes were slightly hard under cooked but I can accept that due to the fact their steamer may have been without power. I ordered the Belgian waffle it was large in size and had a great flavor it was not your typical pancake batter turned into a waffle. All in all Id score the food 4 out of 5 the service 2.5 out of 5 so thats why I gave a 3 . I hope this helps anyone in park city give it a try. I think if I was scrambling to get stuff up and running I may have a bit of an attitude as well.

We got the wrong order so why 5 stars? Well read on and see how things worked out in the end. My wife and I were here on our 40th anniversary and it was real crowed so did not feel like complaining. Our waitress took our order but did not write any thing down. I have seen them do that and usually am impressed with the way they remember things. Anyway I ordered an omelet with added cheese bacon tomatoes and mushrooms. My wife ordered a turkey burger protein style with cheese and no bun. She ended up with a bun and no cheese and my omelet had spinach no bacon or cheese. So I ended up giving her only a dollar tip. Maybe thats weird but it was the principle of the thing. I took the time to write on the back of the receipt the reason for the tip and I explained it in a very nice way, even said sorry. When I get back home to California and look over my bank account I find that the restaurant had added 10.00 to my charge, What!! Called them up and explained to the manager what happened and he said he would look into it. Jeff the owner called me back to get the details so he could determine what went wrong. I must say he was very determined to find out how this happened. I could not find my receipt so was not sure how he would fix the problem but he did. I have no idea if it was on purpose or just a mistake but Jeff decided he would pay for our breakfast and gave us full credit. So yes they deserve 5 stars for tremendous customer support. Next time I am in Park City UT I will be happy to come in again. Should I have talked to the waitress at the time? Probably, but like I said they were extra busy since it was during the time of the Sundanese Film Festival so decided not to. Thanks Jeff that is the way to do business.
