Everyone is accurate is saying that service here is awful. The employees are rude and act like ordering food is a burden on them. They also just yell whatever food is ready and refuse to remember who may have ordered what. Even if theres only one other person in there. The bagels in Utah/Park City are well below the quality of the east coast, as youd expect. But, the bagels at Wasatch are even further below the already low standard Utah has set. They microwave almost all of their hot food such as chicken, eggs, etc. Burgers and fried chicken are probably the best thing going here but are good at best. The owner is what truly ruins the experience for me. He is definitely creepy. Hard to describe but the other reviews that mention it are spot on. The counter argument to the Groupon review posted here is taped up next to the register re-stating his uncourteous argument and says "Groupon will be happy to refund your money". I also ordered a small coffee and got charged for a medium. Upon saying something, he said "oh most customers dont really mind". Dont mind or dont notice? To make matters worse, I was eating at Tarahumara in Midway and overheard a server telling a customer of new ownership. Sure enough, 10 minutes later, I see the same owner wandering around and uncomfortably placing his hands on customers as he addresses them. Guess Im done going there which is a bummer as it is (or likely, was) some of the best Mexican food in the state.

Best burgers in Park City! After they opened the grill and started serving burgers, the burger joint next door went out of business! I recommend the garlic burger with bacon and avocado! Have them make it without ketchup or mustard and add their incredible fry sauce instead! Amazing!! Pair that with cheese fries and youre set! Also, I love that they serve breakfast any time. If Im not in the mood for their burgers, the breakfast burrito is another one of my favorites, but add bacon and sausage to make it the ultimate home run! Ive never had a problem with the service, but its not a waitress/waiter environment. You go up, order your food and go pay. Theyre always prompt to get my order and theyve always been spot on with my funky requests, which is all I can ask for!

I was referred to these guys by a local Park City Magazine so I checked out their website. The prices on the website were pretty affordable so I decided to try it out. When I went in the store, the prices for each item was about $3.00 more per item than what it said on the website. I ended up spending alot more on my simple fast food dinner than I hoped. It also says that they serve Root Beer Floats on their website but when I went in store, they told me that they have never served them. Dont trust anything on their website! Not only are they a scam & overly priced, but it also took them about 25 minutes to make my hamburgers & fries. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone!

The best burgers in Park City. The best fries in Park City. And of course the best bagels in Park City. The owner is very friendly and will make anything however you want. They have beer and wine but I think the best reason to come is for their burgers. Get it with garlic (which is on the menu) and with the fried onions (which is not on the menu, and they dont have it all the time but when they do its awesome). The bagels are made true to New York style -- boiled then baked-- which gives it the right texture.

i have been visiting wasatch for years, during trips from san diego. i love the atmosphere (except for the t.v. they added last year) and i love the bagels. my kids really enjoy the hot chocolate. it has big, roomy tables, little couches from ikea (we have one at home in san diego), and counters. it feels like a very local place to me, which is nice. if you are looking for a sit-down, restaurant-style breakfast, this is not the place for you. but it is a great place for a casual, quick bagel and coffee.

This has always been my favorite bagel shop in Park City. I worked here at what was Big City Bagels in high school so I have been coming here for its entire existence. It has gone way down hill in the past few years. I have delt with the subpar food and mistake after mistake for the final time. Too many times I have come home ready to enjoy my food to be completely disappointed by my order being incorrect. I would highly suggest staying away from the once great establishment and get your breakfast elsewhere.

I had an excellent burger and fries here. Their entire restaurant is really interesting and enjoyable to take in. Its well appointed and very cool. The food is exceptional, and the price is basically a steal. I spent $11 for what I would call a 5 star burger with bacon, avacado, extra cheese, tons of fries and a coke. This wasnt a tiny fast food burger, it was a full size, bring an empty stomach hard to fully fit in your mouth burger that was cooked perfect, and made with real flavor and quality in mind.

For a girls weekend away we purchased groupons for Wasatch bagel. When we tried to use them we were informed that the fine print that states "Limit 1 per person" really means "1 per person in here at a time" since they have no way of knowing if you are with someone else who has already used one. Then the owner called me stupid because I questioned him on it. Guess I wont be back.

Sometimes when you walk into a place and there are bitchy people you are sad and then never want to return, but then the garlic burger is kind of good so you think, okay, maybe in a pinch Ill come back, like if theres nothing else open late at night, but nope. I hate them all. They should undergo non-fatal yet troubling plane crashes, every one of them.

If you want just a quick bagel than youll be alright.. otherwise I would avoid eating here. Its a relaxing place inside and the employees were fairly nice but not attentive at all. And the food is reheated and tastes made the day before. Went here one morning as a last resort for breakfast and thats about all it was good for. A last resort.

WOW 3 times I have had lunch here and the food is GREAT... I work at the St Regis and the chef could learn a few tricks from these guys.... The burger is the best in Park City hands down... Also had the hot dog 4star.. You can not beat the prices for the product you get.... I will be back most likely tomorrow...

I ate here for lunch and dinner on separate days. Lunch was a very good sandwich and breakfast was fast bagel sandwich and basic pancakes and eggs. For the money the food was really good and really fast, Its the sort of place where you order at the counter and then get called back up when your food is ready.

Disrespect at its finest. The staff and owner were extremely rude, short and acted insulted that we were ordering food. I dont reward that kind of treatment, so I didnt tip, and it got even worse. No sense in being in the food service industry if you hate your customers. Horrible experience. Bland food too.
