OMG! Two hours before closing Memorial Day 2017 I went through the drive thru for a quick dinner. I was in town for the weekend events as a Gold Star Mother, staying in a nearby hotel. I returned to my hotel and found there were no condiments in my bag. The Manager on duty that night needs to go work with plants and cacti, something that doesnt require people skills. The kitchen fixed my special order but the Manager packed the bag. I called 6 times before anyone answered the phone when they finally did I explained the problem and told them Id like my order remade but correctly this time. He told me dont bother coming back, hes Not remaking my order just because he forgot something. I went back anyway and asked again. Unfortunately it turned ugly when he told me he was busy, go sit. WTH?? I was told to talk to the General Manager the next day, I asked him to call the GM. After 20 minutes of his refusal, a call to the GM straightened things out. He told the kitchen to remake my order. It was already a stressful weekend and this did upset me. After I got back to my room I found the food in my bag all sloppy, the burger was oozing sauce, onion rings everywhere, and enough condiments to open a small store thrown on top of my open food. How very unsanitary. I go to Bozeman often and will Never go back there. What a sucky experience

Consistently the worse burger king i have ever eaten at. over the last 3 years i have given this bk about 15 chances. one of my first visits was in 2010 the food was cold and when I called to ask why my food was white (from the grease getting cold) they told me their warmer was broke and they couldnt do anything about it. Over the next few years the food quality was always poor with about 50% of my orders getting made wrong. with the most recent i ordered only an icee at the drive through and they managed to get that wrong, insisting that i ordered two whoppers. One thing that really turns me off about this particular location is everything in it always looks dirty, from the employees to the dining room to all the trash on the floor in the food prep area. I get that it is a probably not the best paying job but at least shower, was your clothes and look presentable for work. I really hate it too that the employees touch their faces, rub their eyes, ect then start making peoples food. If you really want BK drive to Belgrade where at least the food tastes more like bk should and less like crap.

What a dump! This place is disgusting. Not sure when it was last cleaned. My kids went to play in the play area and came back and said they didnt want to play because they didnt want to take off their shoes. We told them to play with them on. Their shoes were literally black on the bottom. No to mention the overall cleanliness of the place. No thank you Burger King - all the other reviews online say enough about the this Bozeman establishment.

Decent food, decent price. What you would expect. My last couple of visits here have yielded sticky tables with visible dried on grime, even when the restaraunt is slow enough that there are crowns laid out on them in preparation. The condiment station was also quite goopy. On the plus side, the fry portions are very generous and the BK app coupons make feeding a large crowd very affordable.

This place is a true hit or miss. The food is usually ok. Today all their restaurant side soda machines were down. Nobody seemed to have a clue on how to turn them back on. The people that worked there didnt seem to care to fill them from their drive thru side. Individual experiences will vary based on what time and day you go in.

Personally I have not gone to the B. K. Drive through But(I live near the area) Ive noticed it seems to be closed by 10:00pm. I have seen Many cars try it. The hilarious part is they back out. Uh, its CLOSED. I certain they wouldnt mind if you just went forward through rather than backing up. (Some of you are not so great at it.)

I went in for breakfast this morning with my kids and we went into the play place. It was disgusting. I dont think they cleaned it at all. I sat down and stick to the chair. I wad wearing a black and white dress that now has an orange stain on the back. Worse yet I cane go home to change and I have church tonight!

I usually really like Burger King, but I came through earlier today, and the lady in the drive through (who hands you your food and takes money!) had her hand down her bra and was checking her phone. That is so unsanitary, and I hope she doesnt do that in front of any other customers.

This place is a joke. Its usually about every day I come here for cookies and a milkshake Oreo extra Oreo whipped cream. Every time. I usually get 1 chocolate chip and the rest there assorted and no extra oreo... just pay attention all I ask...

The place was absolutly discusting, fly parts from the ceiling landed on my food, and when I told the manager, he said sorry about my luck and have a nice day, I will never eat here again, now I know why the place was empty.

Have it your way. Great service too. One promotion they should consider is $1 large drinks. I dont stop many times & go to McDonalds is to get cheaper drink with meal even though I prefer burger King. Sure Im not alone

Lobby here is disgustingly dirty. Not sure I have been in a more unclean place. Service has also taken a dive. Very long waits the last two visits. Probably not again until there is new management

Worst thing Ive EVER had. Yeah its pretty cheap but they mess up the order, itll take half an hour and omg sick from one bite of their chicken sandwich. They lost a customer for life.
