Horrible service, poorly prepared food, and overcrowded with no reservations. Went here yesterday night for my wifes birthday because we had a gift card. Tried to make a reservation and the employee told us, "We dont do reservations on weekends for your convenience." Im fine with not making reservations but why are you trying to make it sound like its for our convenience that youre going to make us wait in a line outside on the lawn for half an hour? So after we finally get a table I tell them its my wifes birthday and the waiter tells me that theyll come out, sing, and give her a complimentary birthday dessert. My wife and I ordered an entree to share making sure that they understood that they needed to bring us extra utensils. The wait was long but understandable considering that it was a busy Saturday night but when they did finally bring out the food it was only for half our party. At first we just thought that they needed to make a second trip for the rest of the food but we had to wait another 15 minutes before our one entree was brought out. The salmon was overcooked, the lobster was rubbery (and mostly cold btw) and there was only one set of utensils for cracking open the crab. We asked the waiter if we could get some extra utensils and some tartar sauce, they said "for sure". 10 minutes pass, no utensils or tartar sauce. A different waiter comes to help us so the other waiter must have gotten off and passed our table to them and we ask him for the other utensils to which we get another "for sure" but after another ten minutes... no utensils... but we were done with our meal anyway having had to share the one set. While we were finishing our food a custodian also decided to come by and sweep under our feet instead of waiting for us to finish first. We get our checks, no birthday cake, and while we headed out, someone had the audacity to say "thanks for coming". Id heard good things about Red Lobster before but I wont ever go back to their Orem location again, gift card or no gift card.

I will preface this by saying Red Lobster is my least favorite seafood restaurant. I have told many people I hate it and the last three times I have been to one the service was sub par and the food terrible. (those visits were multiple locations in the last 2 years) Tonight some family had a party there and so I had to go again. I ordered a beer and coconut shrimp (in this state you have to have food to get a drink or else I would not have ordered food.) I was pleasantly surprised that the shrimp were very good and the Pina Colada was a nice compliment to them. The beer was great and the service was awesome. We had a large party so they gave us multiple waiters and they were all super attentive and helpful. This was a very nice surprise. I would give this location another try if I am in the area and consider other ones based on this experience, the staff here took very good care of us all.

We generally liked our server although its always a little tiresome to get the upsell talk on everything. What was really annoying was waiting an hour for our food after waiting 30 minutes to be seated, so 2 hours total at this place. I hadnt been to a red lobster in maybe 10 years and it will probably be another 10. For the food the price is a little too much IMO (your steak and seafood are about a 6.) And when the restaurant knows theres a bad experience just offer a discount. Desserts and drinks are nice to offer but I know those things are the cheapest items to offer. If your going to offer food as an appeasement, how about a lobster tail or two, Red Lobster? Thankfully we had a gift card there to cover part of it but we shouldve probably used it for Olive Garden bc it was a multi restaurant card.

Took my parents there, and also ate there myself. First off, the lighting sucks, I dont understand why....we could barely see the menu. Secondly, some rat faced little brat kids were sitting next to me and I think they stole my glasses, but nevertheless, they were gone and the wait staff werent helpful in trying to locate them. We all got the shrimp, I think my parents got scampi and the best was the grilled shrimp, though I was saddened that it was only 5 pieces on a skewer. The wait in line was a little long. When I went myself, I had a lot better service and lighting, and enjoyed a healthy serving of Bahama Mama or something lol...sure it was $6 each but it was good.

We always enjoy eating at Red Lobster, but the price can be a little hard to chew. It is the only restaurant that my in-laws have enjoyed in America coming from Armenia, so far. Their perspective is from all home-cooked meals(not sure they have ever been to a restaurant before being in America, even when travelling, though they at one point owned their own restaurant in Russia). I havent had something I would not recommend here, yet. All of the shrimp options are tasty, which is what we choose most often, and the snow crabs and Lobster are pretty top notch. Besides a few sushi restaurants(more so for me), this is our favorite eat out option that is seafood.

Maybe we hit it a bad time (Wednesday 6pm), but our experience was less than ideal. In addition to our waiter, we had 4 others wait on our table. We only saw our original waiter twice, during our initial order, and when we had to ask for a refill on our drinks, which I never received. For our first basket of rolls, we had to ask twice, which when we received them, there were only two. Our second basket of rolls, which required asking again, contained 4 rolls, all of which were over seasoned (way salty). I couldn’t finish one. I ordered the tilapia tacos. The tilapia was very well cooked, but the lettuce on the tacos tasted like cleaner. Very disappointed.

Fantastic! Every single thing was spot on, and our waitress was amazing! We werent out for anything special but she still treated us like it was our birthdays. I had a steak dinner with mouth watering shrimp with potatoes and broccoli. I always get medium rare for stakes and most of the time they come out as medium or even medium well. But it was perfect! Dont get me started on the brownie dessert... I usually hate nuts but they made them like it was a perfect crunchy heaven... I wish I couldve finished the whole thing. Its now my most favorite restaurant. (Believe it or not, Im a picky eater so this is saying a lot.)

Every time I go to Red Lobster I end of up having a DELICIOUS meal. Its slightly more expensive than a lot of chain restaurants, but the quality and variety and taste are also a step up. We had perfectly cooked steak. Two kinds of Tilapia that were amazing. The best parmesan corn-on-the cob Ive ever had. Our molten type cookie with ice cream dessert was devoured by the three of us. And yes, the biscuits are addictive, and piping hot from the oven. Lots of comfortable booths with dimmed, but not too dark, lighting. Its a relaxed yet also slightly classy atmosphere with lots of dark wood.
