If I could give a negative star I would. I have never been to Wingers before, even though I have known of its existence for years. I was talked into giving it a try with some family for their $5.99 breakfast deal (I think that is what it was) but the server/service was horrible. After we ordered took 45 mins to get our food, which everyones hashbrowns was cold. I had cold hashbrowns and hot pancakes, but no syrup. After waiting 15 mins, I ate my pancakes plain before they got cold. My sister in-law found a platter around the corner with syrup on it, but it was too late for me. I say only go to Wingers if you want cold food that is missing important parts to it, pancakes without syrup is like a burger without the meat. Also cold food isnt very good when its brought to you cold. I likely will never give this trashy place another chance, they had their chance they blew it. I hope they go out of business, and Ill spread word of mouth on my experience to anyone who will listen, via online or in person. Good riddens if this place goes under, maybe a place with better service will replace it.

This place has gone downhill in the last couple of years. My husband and I used to love coming here. The service was good, the food was good, and it had a nice atmosphere. Not anymore. The sticky fingers used to be completely breaded and delicious. Even though I lamented the changed recipe, I could deal with marginally crispy fingers. Except that, every time I ordered them, they were tiny and cold. It just didnt look appetizing. Shortly thereafter, they stopped leaving the sauces out. I guess the only issue there is that I have to ask the waitress/waitor for them. It wouldnt be an issue except that the staff has been getting less and less competent. My best experiences with waiters and waitresses were at this establishment. Where are those people? They just dont care here anymore. They still get a lot of business, so they probably dont care, but we go to the location in Provo. They leave the sauces out, their sticky fingers are substantial and hot when they reach the table, and the staff is at least alive, you know? My advice? Go to the provo mall location. Its just better in every way.

I hadnt been to a Wingers in many years. The addition of beer and a claim they make a good burger brought me back. It was a good beer. We ordered onion rings because they are out of date on their understanding of Utah State liquor laws. They said they couldnt give us a beer without ordering first. That was an aberration of the law that only lasted two weeks last year. The rings had good flavor, but while the outside was crispy, there was too much chew in the batter. They asked how I wanted the burger. I said medium rate. It came medium. At least there was a good char. The seasoning was good. The bun was good. It tasted like beef ... thats very good. Its supposed to be a "thick Baseball Burger" according to the menu. Oops. You can see the pictures. Its not. So, Im conflicted. Its better than any other casual dining burger around town, but its still not as good as they claim. My wife got the ribs. The beans are pretty good. The slaw innocuous. The ribs dried out with a sauce she like. Overall. Not bad. Not amazing. Just OK.

When we walked in, we were wondering why it was so empty compared to the Orem location we usually go to. We waited in confusion for a few minutes as we watched a group of employees talking. Finally one of them came to acknowledge us. We ordered, but had to ask again for extra sauce after the food came. Our waitress didnt really check up on us, which was apparent by my water glass that was empty in the first 5 minutes and never filled. To top it off, one of us bit down hard on zip lock bag zipper in the salad. Really?? So we flag down a manager. As we explain what happened, the manager giggled, and gave a clearly insincere apology. She said, "we dont use those here, so i dont know how that happened." Not in a nice way though, in a blaming type of way. She walked away before we even finished talking. Definitely not going here ever again. Rosita should be fired.

The food is always good. Sticky fingers, hamburgers, wings. The service is what makes this place less then 5 stars. When you walk in and there is no host or hostess to greet you and you have to wait several minutes for them them to realize that you are even there and they are shooting the breeze in the back but in full view of everyone that really doesnt start things off the right way. The place looks like they would rather spend money on TVs everywhere rather then have you take notice that there is no real decore or anything that makes you want to feel at home or that this place even resembles a diner. I get my sticky finger fix about once or twice a year but the Lowsey service as well as the lack of ethstetics make this place less then desirable for more then that.

My husband and I drove 30 minutes to get there, walked in and wasnt greeted by anyone. We stood there alone with no one behind us or in line because it wasnt even busy.. Then after several waitresses walked by never acknowledging us, we started to have an annoyed look on our face and someone in the back finally came out and asked if we had been helped. When we said no she went to "look for a table" .. when she came back a few minutes later she literally sat us two feet away from where we already were, right next to the door in a dirty booth. We sat at the booth and waited for another 5-10 minutes while nobody again came to greet us or get us drinks. We finally just walked out, but Im sure nobody noticed since they seemed to not know we were there the entire time anyways.

Wingers was our absolute hands-down favorite place through the 90s until they began to make changes to the restaurant and the food about 5 years ago. The addition of multiple tvs is a major plus, but the other atmospheric changes from a diner-like environment to a "roadhouse" is a down grade. The food has also been downgraded, particularly the sticky fingers which used to be robust meaty breaded breasts and have been lowered to smaller fingers which are less meaty and more bready. Several favorite items have also been taken off of the menu. The service is as good as it ever was, but the deterioration of the food and the restaurant atmosphere have caused Wingers to make a dramatic fall from first place on our family favorites list.

Everything about this restaurant is mediocre at best. My wife and I ordered the Sticky Finger Dinner and the meatloaf, thinking that if it is on the menu and marked with their "House Special" brand, it must be amazing. The wings were ok, not horrible but not something I would ever go to order again. The meatloaf was absolutely disgusting. For $10, they give you overcooked vegetables, instant mashed potatoes and meatloaf that after one bite, I wouldnt even think about taking another. The service was ok, not the best but not terrible either. I was extremely disappointed and will never be returning.
