We visited this place on the 4th of July. Looked very patriotic, but the service was horrible. It was around 6:30 and they told us they were closing at 7:00 for Independance Day. We were fine with that, but we asked if we would still be taken care of after 7:00. The waitress said, "No Problem!" Finally after 40 minutes of waiting, our food finally arrived. My wifes dish was cold, like it just came from of the fridge. My dish was so far burnt, it was unedilble. To top it off, it wasnt what I ordered. They said they would recook my order and offered to recook my wifes order. My wife was so hungry from the long wait she didnt care if it was hot or cold. Personally, I wanted at least what I ordered. We waited another 40 minutes for them to cook another hamburger. This one was still burnt but was at least was what I ordered. When I finally got my order I had nothing left to drink. I was drinking beer off of the tap. When I asked for a refill at 7:40 pm they said the bar was closed and I couldnt get anything to drink. They really meant anything! I couldnt even get a glass of water. I said, "Thats fine, just get me a to go box and I will set in the parking lot of the Iraqi mart and eat my burger with a beer from my fresh 6 pack." The manager tried to ignor me and said he would not talk to someone being racial. When I tried to talk about being racial he walked away. Obviously, if I was racial I wouldnt support a race that I am against by buying a product from them. When in fact it is an independent store own by Iraqis who are an Arizona family living in Arizona. Therefore, supporting Arizona, instead of a franchise whom might be based out of another country where a CEO of that country is benefitting from my purchase. After finding out I couldnt have anything to drink, I tried to pay for my order. The only thing I had was a $100 bill. As I waited, I started to eat my second burnt burger. I mean, it was burnt! At least they put a very small amount of their Honey BBQ sauce this time. Still it was very hard to eat, especially with no fluid to wash it down with. It took some time but I did manage to eat this dried up, burnt burger before they could bring back my change. When I went to the cash register, they acted like I was going to leave $70 behind as a tip. After another 5 minutes of standing at the cash register they finally gave me change, but then it was $1 higher than what I was suppose to get. After seeing their mistake, I am too honest to take advantage of it, although I was very frustrated I still pointed out their mistake. I gave them their dollar and left $.01 for a tip. Not because of our horrible experience, but because she lied to us to get us to sit down. In the very beginning she said they were closing at 7:00 but we would be taken care of until we left the restaurant. I completely detest those who lie to try to make a sell. Then they said they only had one cook for the night. Excuse me, but we were one of two tables to serve with two waitresses. As I was leaving, I seen another bar and grill in the same parking lot. This place must be new, so I am looking forward to seeing what kind of service they provide. Its called, "The Wake Zone." According to the person my wife and I met, he said their food and service is incredible.

SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT. My family and I LOVE buffalo wild wings. We go to Buffalo Wild Wings pretty often but we usually do not go to this location, we usually go to the location at chandler mall. But at the beginning of this month we were down near this location and we craved some wings so we decided to stop by at this Buffalo Wild Wings. This was one of the worst decisions we have made. I was notified by my banks fraud department the following morning. They said they had cancelled not two, three but four transactions that Buffalo Wild Wings had tried to charge me. One of the transactions was for 100 dollars. We called the GM she had tried to blame this on our end saying that their system was offline and the card was declined (basically saying I have no money) and that their is no possible way this is their fault. First of all I called THEM to let them know MY fraud department notified me. Me being a law abiding citizen I told them I would be more than gladly to pay for it, once everything was resolved by my bank. The GM not being satisfied she decides to harass me with phone calls to go out of MY way and pay them for their mistake. At this point I would just like for general public to be aware of what is being done at this location. Being angry that this happened and had been called practically a Dead Beat to my face I called the other buffalo at Chandler Mall to see if their excuse even made sense. One of the staff members felt my frustration and understood the situation and showed true empathy for it. This person even offered an apology that the other Buffalo was not even willing to do. In my eyes thats how you treat a customer. At that moment I remembered why I usually go to the Buffalo at chandler mall because they always show true quality service. Per this experience I will now go out of my way to go to the Buffalo Wild Wings at chandler fashion, where the experience their is worth every penny.

I will start off by saying I love buffalo wild wings and have almost eaten at every location in Arizona. But the one right around the corner from my house, that I eat at atleast once every two weeks has really alienated my family and I. The worse part is it was by the owner Gayle Schmidt. We went there on a Saturday night not knowing there was a UFC fight going on. We have showed up there on other nights there is a fight and we just tell them we arent here to see the fight we just want to eat and leave and I have never had a problem. This night Gayle Schmidt was standing at the door putting wrist bands on everyone as they came in the door and she refused to let us come in to eat. I just wanted Buffalo wild wings I would have even paid the cover charge, but she said if your not here to see the fight you will just have to come back another night and gave us some crappy free 5 wing coupons for Tuesdays... Right like Im going to come back after being pushed out because I dont like to watch UFC. So I decided Im never going back to her resturants again. She owns the one on Gilbert and Warner also, so I will be eating a hole lot less Buffalo wild wings because all the ones close to me are owned by Gayle Schmidt.
