Taco bell is awesome, but, THIS Taco Bell is terrible, at least during the day time. They passed my order around trying to find out whose order it was because they put the wrong name down on the reciept and no one was responding to the incorrect name when they were calling out the order. When they came around to me, I didnt recognize the order because they got it wrong. After waiting for a while, I went to see what was taking so long, and the incorrect order with the incorrect name ended up being mine. The food was cold, the order was wrong, I waited forever, and to top it all off, the manager came out angry (without me even asking to see her), and implied that this was my fault for not getting my food when they were calling the name out, and told me she wasnt making me a new order. Other customers standing around me clearly sided with me, telling me not to accept the food. I could handle the problem with the food, people make mistakes. But, what brought me to make this review was that stupid manager. If it is lunchtime, dont go to this Taco Bell. Taco time is right next door.

I just wanted to express how appreciative I was today while ordering from this store. I went in for a lunch date with my sister and the cashier, his name was John (and it appeared was also the manager), was so good to us. He was extremely attentive and called us by name, assuring our order was up to par (I wanted extra guacamole on my Cantina Bowl) He specifically sent the dish back into the kitchen because they had missed the memo. Since I own my own business (I clean houses for a living) I am very appreciative of good customer service because I know how difficult it can be at times. It is rare to experience someone as nice and accommodating as John and despite it being a fast food restaurant, I think it was a breath of fresh air to come across someone this good at their job. He deserves a raise.

The only way I will eat Taco Bell is if I can smother it with their mild sauce. We ordered 13 items and pull up to the window. The girl asked if we wanted sauce and we said lots of mild sauce. She then, in a very rude snotty voice, said "well we are running low so Im only giving you a little". THATS NOT MY PROBLEM!!! Dont offer me sauce then dont give it to me. Even still, I ordered 13 items, you HAVE to technically give me 13 packets of sauce.... It would have been completely different if when she offered sauce she kindly said just so you know we are low on sauce, is it ok if I give you a few? I would have understood. The way she said it and how she said it was super rude and I refuse to ever go back to this Taco Bell again if this is how they treat their customers.

I youth (Alex) on the counter walks up to the register and stares at me. Continues to stare. Well I dont want to loose this stare match. A while later I admit defeat and try to place an order. The stare match continues. I ask questions. The answer comes back nachos? Followed by stare off round two. I loose round two. Blond haired youth is still staring at me. Another round of exchanges continues. At round five its over He glares and walks back and talks to some one so he can talk. Some one comes forward and in moments my order is placed. I feel defeated I lost my stare off. Man that Youth kicked my backside. But joking to one side. Talk to your customers answer a question when asked or go get a job digging graves. You are terrible.

Worst taco bell ever, the service is so incredibly crappy at this one. Every time I have come here without fail in the drive through I have been shorted 1 or more items and they have the nerve to hassle me when I try to get a refund or at least just my food. Speaking with friends and coworkers, Ive found that its not just me. The taco bell food here is taco bell food that can be found at any taco bell (my nacho chips almost always seem old), my rating does not reflect the food so much as the hostile attitude and lack of there ability to fill an order. (overall nonprofessional) I would not recommend this taco bell, but rather I would direct you to the on in the university mall food court. there food is superbly fresh.

Not the best Taco Bell in the town. I am vegan and I like to replace beef with beans in my chalupas that I generally order at Taco Bell. I have never been charged extra for replacing beef with beans. Guess what in this Taco Bell they do. Also the amount of beans was so little that I could barely feel the beans even though I paid extra. I had ordered it through drive through and they gave me wrong order and I had to come back to store to get it replaced. The person did not say much other then to replace the order and then I got back home to find almost nothing inside my chalupa. The furniture in the shop is also very old and dirty and not the best place to have food.

Went in three time, first time, waited in drive through for 18 minuets, order was wrong, went in and waited 15 more minuets, just to get made fun of by the employees to my face, dont ask me why I went back, second time, waited 21 minuets, and the order was wrong, didnt go back because I ordered three things off the dollar menu, and they gave me 6 things all costing more than 5 bucks each, I am sorry but its not my fault, last time waited 25 minuets and gave up and went to the place down the street, its called Arbys, more people in line, but i was in and out in under 4 minuets !!! Just dont come here

Worst customer service I have ever seen! I walked into an open lobby to order apparently after the lobby was supposed to be closed. The manager said I would need to go through the drive through normally not a problem but I was pulling a trailer. Not only did she refuse to take my order she told me to go somewhere else and when I asked why, she wouldnt talk and called the cops!! I wasnt trying to cause problems just curious about the policy, this manager obviously has no business working in that position. Im shocked she is the best person Taco Bell could come up with to run a store.

This is probably my favorite Taco Bell! I visit here at least once every month, sometimes way more! I am always greeted warmly in drive-thru and never have to wait in queue for more than a few minutes. Dine-in is great as well. Orders take 5 minutes or less to be expedited and Im always treated well. This Taco Bell has a great location on center street and is just a few miles from the freeway. Its very close to Ridleys and Super Target so I can get a meal right before I shop. Ive been visiting this place for more than a year and never had anything bad to say about it.
