Ive ordered delivery from this restaurant for several years, but I would starve to death before I spent another penny here! The food was always just so so, but sometimes after working all week I would order from them because I was too tired to cook, never because the food was "delicious", one thing I didnt like was instead of hard chow mien noodles for chow mien, they used broken up fried wonton. My biggest complaint is their delivery guys, one was super creepy and made me cringe when he would look at me, he was totally perverted, yuck! I had on several occasions the delivery guy with glasses, and always looked greasy and grimy was the rudest person Ive ever met! He always had a bad attitude, no matter how nice I was, he was just an assh@le! I was a waitress for many years and consider my self a descent tipper, I never tipped less than $2, but more often than not I would give a $3 or $4 tip. One day I ordered lunch and gave this jerk a $10, which left $1.25 for tip, so I told him to keep it and before I shut the door I realized that I had only given him the $1.25, so I said hang on a sec., I then went to my purse snd grabbed $2 more dollars to give him and when I went back to the door he had thrown the $1.25 on my porch and he was burning rubber backing out of my drive way! I immediately called the restaurant and explained what just happened and he said he was probably mad that I didnt tip enough! I then explained that a tip is a gratuity and that I decide how much Im going to tip not the other way around, he treated me like i got what I deserved, instead of being apologetic like he should have been, and that driver should have been fired as far as Im concerned! And, like I said, Ill never spend another penny in that place Ill start first!

Ordered carry out House Special Mai Fun the first time no problem. Ordered it the second time and I get spicy Singapore noodles. The cashier on the phone claims that the Spicy Singapore noodles is their house special. I went by the menu pictured on their google business profile, but they said that menu is completely inaccurate despite the fact that they seemed to understand what spicy shrimp was when I read it off the same menu. If your menu is inaccurate, change it, you have the ability to do that with your google business listing. Im personally ok with spicy noodles, but theyre too much for my toddler. They were polite on the phone and offered to let us come back and pick up the noodles if we brought the old ones back. While I originally agreed on the phone to do that, I ultimately decided not to. I dont think its good form to ask for food you sold to someone back, that gives people the wrong ideas.

I went to this whole in the wall only because all of the reviews were so great. When I walked in to pick up my order I was disgusted! the place was filthy and smelled very strange. The kitchen was quite visible which would lead one to think they would at least try and appear clean. The cooks looked grungy and the grill was covered in old dried food. I got home, opened the box and it looked okay. I took the first bite(vegetable lo mien) and was a little surprised that it actually tasted like nothing. Well, beside old grease. My BF had the sweet and sour chicken combo dinner. The chicken tasted nothing like chicken and was so breaded that you could hardly tell if there was chicken in it. We tried very hard to Dr. up the flavor and no luck We literally threw away 2 full meals. It was only $13.00 which is cheap, but not worth 1 or 2 bites of food. So disappointed. I will never eat here again!

I am honestly surprised after reading all of the terrible reviews complaining about the pettiest things. I called in for delivery and their menu turned out to be different from what is posted online, which is the only negative thing I can say. The woman I spoke to was really nice, patient, and helped me to re-order based off of their actual menu. She told me that it would take 40-45 minutes but ended up being quicker than that. The delivery guy was super sweet and not "creepy" at all. I ordered the cream cheese wontons, hot and sour soup (which was my favorite), sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and beef with broccoli. All of it was all delicious! My daughter even approved (and she is extremely picky). I definitely recommend Hunan for delivery. Bad reviewers can go and complain elsewhere!

I didnt even want to leave one star, but unfortunely it wont allow me to leave my experience with out it. This is hands down THE WORST Chineese food I have ever tasted. I ordered potstickers, cheese wontons, seasame chicken, and the house noodles. First off, the cheese wontons had just enough cheese to coat the wonton. The wonton wrap used for the potstickers was far too thick. I can get better quality potsticker from Costcos freezer section. The seasame chicken was bland, not spicy as described. The only decent item I ordered were the house noodles, and thats a far stretch! As well as the online menu is not the correct menu to order from. I will never order from Hunan again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Ordered, for delivery, Beef with Spring Onions and Szechuan Chicken. Received Beef with Spring Onions and Stir Fried Chicken. I drove to the restaurant and showed them the stir fried chicken. I said, "does this look like szechuan chicken to you?" She said, "no." Then another gentleman approached and said that, indeed, that was their szechuan chicken, which they make like a stir fried chicken in a brown sauce. I am dissatisfied with my order and my dining experience. Szechuan Chicken consists of deep fried chicken in a sweet, tangy, spicy sauce. Would NOT recommend eating or ordering from Hunan, unless, no matter what you order, you really like stir fried chicken in a brown sauce.

Ive ordered from here multiple times considering theyre one of the few that delivers. The service on the phone is always awful. Today I order delivery & apparently did not tip enough so the man throws the food at me & says "F*** you" then skids away. He then has to come back because I forgot to sign so I sign & say leave my property & he continues to be the RUDEST person Ive ever met. I called the store & they told me I am the disrespectful one because I did not tip enough. I order 2 small items. Sometimes a person cannot tip but that doesnt give ANYONE an excuse to be so rude. I will NEVER order from here again. Ridiculous & I will be contacting the BBB.

Every time Ive eaten here (twice in my life) its been less than stellar... If Im being completely honest: its been awful, barely edible cuisine. My friends would frequently rave about it, so I gave this place a try, but I just dont like it (which is surprising because I am a fan of Chinese food). The actual restaurant has no appeal and looks like a dusty ghost town. The food is sub-par at best, and will most likely congeal into a soggy mess once it arrives at your door. As soon as you ingest the food, it will sit in your stomach like a sack of quarters. And lets not forget the lackluster customer service.. I dont recommend this establishment.
