I love coming here! It is a great environment and everyone is so friendly! The employees really do care about their customers! There are many regular customers that go here just because they feel loved by the employees and Brew Monkey has the best coffee. The employees always have a smile on their face. It isnt any usual coffee shop where everything is loud and you can barely hear. Its really laid back, calm, and comfortable. There are customers that come in and see me and give me a hug. It Is a loving and safe environment. I really do Love the Brew Monkey! If something isnt right, they do their best to fix it! You guys are awesome!

A friend recommend I go here, but I wont ever go here and have told everyone I know not to go here due to the owners lack of responsibility for her employees. I had a coworker take her family there and the employee sprayed chemical cleaning spray in her one year olds face. My coworker took her son to the ER and now the owner is refusing to pay for the medical bill due to him not crying. Ive work at many places and Ive never seen an owner have this much disregard for her customers. Seriously no heart at all. I have a one year old myself and Im not willing to take the chance that something serious will happen to her.

This place has crazy low prices on their coffee, the coffee is great as well. I ordered their large coffee, the thing was clown sized large! If your looking for a small coffee they didnt have them. I was also impressed with with the fact that they use coffee ice cubes as well so while you are drinking your clown sized bucket of joy it doesnt water down your drink. Try some of their food items too, everything seemed to be really fresh. If you work in the area and are not buying your lunch here every day you are crazy.

I went to school in Magna and heard different things about Brew Monkey and have considered trying it before until recently a friend of mine had a terrible experience with her son the last time she was there. I am disappointed that the owner would not do something to make it right with this customer. I will now never go to Brew Monkey and I will never give a good review for this place. Its a shame that this company cant do the right thing.

Ive been a customer of Brew Monkey for some time now. Ive never had a problem but a friend of mine just encountered an issue with her one year old son, and I cannot believe the disrespect from the owner. She is not taking responsibility for the actions of her employee, & to me that says a lot, because a customer is the most important thing to a business & she is not willing to take care of them. This company is not worth my business.

Ive only had a great experience every time Ive been to the Brew Monkey. The drinks and food have been very good and the employees have always been very polite and caring. Its pretty sad that some low life white trash have nothing better to do with their pathetic lives than to put down the business and owner to try to ruin this great local business. I love the frozen milky way made with white chocolate! Holy moly! They are little, but mighty! Kinda pricey but worth it! Their soups are amazing and the hot ham and cheese croissant are to die for! (Yes, I know just a little dramatic). If youre in a time crunch you can call ahead! Make sure you get a punch card! Especially on Sundays where you get double punches!

Always slow!!! I just spent 25 minutes waiting and I KNOW you gave my drinks to the WRONG CAR because Im pretty sure you gave me their drink order! When I asked the girl what she was handing me she said "I dont know". I dont know what Im drinking now but it isnt a white choclate Milky Way. I love supporting local business, but you need to atleast try!

Brew monkey is a great place I feel awful that people are trying to sabotage business with hateful comments, due to one man profiling employees, and Jamie putting her foot down and not allowing that what so ever! They still offer the great food, great drink and great customer service!

I hate to do this...but Ive tried this place 3 times now. Different items every time and they all were subpar. Im not a super coffee shop snob, but I understand basic quality. For the price not worth it at this time. And the wait time for drinks is unacceptable.

Great little local coffee shop that has a massive and diverse menu offering great coffee drinks, breakfast and lunch options, fast and free WiFi, and a friendly staff. Call ahead to order then pick up at their drive up window. Great spot for anyone of all ages!
