I was so excited to see chipotle come to my neighborhood but am now very disappointed. Went to this location and there was no line which I saw as a good sign the staff would have time to make me a good burrito. Unfortunately the staff member who helped me seemed more interested in her conversation with her friends and a little annoyed. This might seem normal for most fast food restaurants however I have always seen chipotle as better than average. However the service is not my real problem with my experience my real problem is that the burrito she prepared me was no bigger than a dollar burrito from Taco Bell and it was served cold. What a disappointment. Everyone knows you go to chipotle for huge burrito with good fresh ingredients. Thats why you pay 10 bucks for it. From what I was served today I would rather have a dollar burrito from Taco Bell probably would have filled me better and at least it would have been warm. I mean tea 10 dollars for this tiny thing is a big Not Worth It. I would advise any chipotle lovers to avoid this location. Major Epic Fail by Chipotle.

i cant believe what I just saw: girl working the register (you know, handling money) comes out from behind the counter, does some cleaning chores, including changing a garbage bag, one of the filthiest objects in a restaurant besides a toilet, no gloves on, goes BACK behind the counter, doesnt wash her hands, HANDLES A CUSTOMERS FOOD that was slided down the assembly line, and hands it to the customer, again, no gloves on put this on yelp before here, because they allow businesses to reply, and I couldnt wait to see this one: "our stock price isnt low enough yet, were waiting til its in the teens so some of us can afford it ourselves." but they didnt bother to reply, they dont have anyone checking one of the most powerful review sites in the world, so now Im writing this

I love Chipotle and normally have no issues with this one during the day. Just dont go in ten minutes before closing. In all of the times Ive gone to Chipotle Ive never had them be so stingy with their serving sizes. I had to ask for triple steak to even get close to approaching what is the normal double steak amount. Yet, they were super willing to charge for three servings when in fact it barely equaled two. The gal working the counter was extremely disengaged and unattentive. I guess this is what one should expect when they are hiring kids still in braces. Chipotles price is reflective of what is supposed to be quality service and food. Today, the service did not live up to their standard.

I dont usually write reviews but I felt humbled after the staff showed me what customer appreciation truly means. I come to this location pretty often (mostly on weekends after working out). The staff is always friendly and attentive. They are awesome. The tables and chairs are always clean. The food is awesome. Just last week I received a free meal (staff said no charge) for just being a loyal customer. Some other fast food places could learn a thing or two about customer appreciation. I will continue to visit this Chipotle restaurant.

I decided to stop in at chipotle with gf she decided she didnt want anything so everything was okay til about half way into my burrito i felt a very hard object thinking maybe it was a chicken bone i pull out a earring, gross. I went in and the manager did what he could but a worker there decided he should come and tell me FUNNY HOW THE NONE OF HIS LINE WORKERS WERE EARING EARRINGS. Why would i put a earring into my mouth for a 6.99 burrito. Moes has my business from now on. Disgusting.

I love this place!! The staff is super friendly & food is almost always fresh. Make sure you leave a tip. Big thanks to Bridgette! UPDATE: They never ask if you have a chiptopia card. I know its my responsibility but dang they work here. Please ask if we have a Chiptopia card!! I would of had like 5 free bowls by now. UPDATE: After I complained about them not asking for Chiptopia cards to corporate they are finally asking. So I changed my star to 5 from 1.

I have always been a huge Chipotle fan. I love the food and what they stand for. This trip though we received extremely small portions especially compared to what Chipotle usually gives. When I asked why, I was told I ordered less than I usually do. This is our first time back in almost 2 months, Im not a regular, so they dont know what I order. Be fully prepared to pay full price for half the portion.

We left chilis across the street since there were several parties waiting to even be greeted by the host. The place was in disarray. We decided to go to Chipotle instead. We had our food and were sitting down faster than it wouldve taken us to be greeted at chilis. The food was typical yummy Chipotle.

So glad Chipotle is now in Layton! The lady thats at the cash register (short young lady) is very friendly and sweet and every time I go in, she compliments me on how pretty my hair bow is our my outfit. She has such positive energy not to mention the awesome food!.

The service is always on point and the food is so bomb BUT they are always out of something, not enough steak,rice, pico or veggies prepped. They just need to be better managed with food prep. Last 3 times I went they were out of one of the above and I was sad :(

First time ever visiting. Food was excellent! Service on the other was horrible. We tried to find a table to eat at and they were all dirty inside and outside. Very disappointed how dirty and rude not sure I will ever return to the Layton location again!!!

The food was amazing as expected from any Chipotle restaurant. Only reason Im giving it a 3/5 is because the tables and chairs were dirty, also the cashier wasnt there, so we had to wait a minute before paying for our food.

Great food. Clean environment. My only complaint is it is so cold in the restaurant and you have to ask the cashier for a knife. Those two things arent worth decreasing their rating in my opinion. Great restaurant!

They seasoned the food just right on my visit- something that makes or breaks Chipotle food. The guacamole was perfectly balanced and the proteins were correctly cooked- not burnt or soggy. Highly recommend!
