First things first: the sandwiches are to DIE for! Soups and Mac n cheeses are just okay. My 2 stars is for lack of customer service. I had 2 gift cards to this establishment and one was for $50. However, they placed an experation date on them and refused to allow me to use them. You received your value for this giftcard but youre stiffing me on my end because I was unable to dine in the timeframe you had set? Its my fault for not noticing (or thinking to even look for) an expiration but its your fault for being so greedy that youd risk losing my permanent business instead of making me 2 pieces of bread with cheese. Im very disappointed in Angie and her decision here. Especially after I bent over backwards to help her when she was in a bind. This is very disappointing and I wont be coming back.

Awful awful awful wait times. I went in and ordered the turkey bacon avocado which was actually pretty decent. However my issue with this place is the wait time. I went in on a Tuesday in the middle of the afternoon around 4 when it was slow, no one in front of me which was nice however how in the world does it take an hour to make a grilled cheese sandwich that I could do at home in 15 minutes? These wait times are worse than chubbys wait times down the road but chubbys is burgers that should have a little wait time, also chubbys is packed and busy and I waited less time for my food than here. I dont think I will be back unless they get that nonsense fixed.

Me and my husband had our wedding dinner here & they went over & above to make our day special! We eloped & planned our wedding in about a week & Angie still worked with our limited time frame (but dont be like us....Im sure this stressed her out! Although she never acted that way). I didnt have time bring in decorations but she went out of her way to make it look nice. The prices were incredible and so was the food! We eat here quite often & would recommend it to anybody. But if you want great food at your wedding, give Cravings a try. You wont be disappointed.

Cute atmospheric niche restaurant in a central part of town. I ordered a salad, and was offered a water while I waited which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I did not realize that this was because I would have to wait 25 minutes for my salad to be brought out. The owner took my order, and cited me 10 to 15 minutes. I saw people who ordered cooked items served before I was. I felt this was a bit unreasonable. Price comparisons to others in the area for a salad like the Ultimate Protien I ordered made this a bit pricey for what was had, but not by too much.

Such a cute little place! They have a variety of unique and delicious sandwich options. I love the sandwich with chicken and pesto, and the tomato basil soup. They seem to change up their sandwich options as well. They are reasonably priced, have good quality bread (important for gourmet grilled cheese which is kind of their specialty), and for dessert I love getting the Dr. Pepper float! We always eat outside and get a nice view of the valley with little distractions. Awesome place to hang out with friends or enjoy a date with your hubby. Love it!

Grilled cheese can be fancy. Cravings specializes in cheesy sandwiches, but they also have a lot of selections that I would not classify as grilled cheese. The deep fried monte cristo is the best version of the sandwich I have had west of the rocky mountains. I also love the grilled mac and cheese, which is exactly what it sounds like. At Thanksgiving time you can also get a full turkey dinner on a sandwich, including stuffing, potatoes and gravy. Delicious!

I love the sandwiches, but be sure to call ahead if you can because the food takes a long time. Also, the servers have always seemed a bit... grumpy? Standoffish? Disinterested? I personally dont care if the person making my sandwich is hyper enthused about grilled cheese, but it does make me wonder if maybe that has something to do with the slow service. Either way, I would still eat at cravings if they swore and threw things at me. The sandwiches are good.

Great great food - usually. But weve been waiting 32 minutes now for our food, and because they have signs saying their slow, theyre unapologetically slow. Also, no one ordered before us. So thats a half hour wait for one order. Seems a little ridiculous. After almost 40 min, we got our food - and the cheese was STILL unmelted on the sandwiches. If it takes them 40 min to have half cooked sandwiches then they might want to get some better kitchen help.

Weve been here 3 times and my husband has not liked anything he has gotten even though he has tried new things each time and has requested we never go back. I have gotten the TBA every time and it is pretty good but not overly amazing. The wait times are forever- which I can understand waiting 10-15 minutes like the signs say but today we waited a little under 40 minutes for our food which is ridiculous. We probably wont ever be coming back.

I can not recommend this eatery, they have very poor customer service! We asked to have a small dipping soup changed out, as the kind ordered was a mistake! Instead of saying no problem we will take care of that!! The server said "I will find out if I can do that," and never came back! The soup cup was a dollar! It was a lunch, June 29th 2017, and pretty busy, but customer service always comes first!!! Super disappointed!!

This is our favorite place to go for comfort food. The gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches are so good and the tomato basil soup is the best! The specialty drinks and desserts are great as well! The portions are great and we always leave feeling very satisfied and full. There is a new sandwich every month as a special and those are always fun to try out. This is definitely a place you should go if you have a chance!

This review is for the bistro, not the bakery. Thought the prices were a bit too high for grilled cheese sandwiches. They charge an extra $2.00 to have your Monte Cristo deep fried. .....it wouldnt be a Monte Cristo if it wasnt deep fried! So why call it a Monte Cristo if youre going to charge extra to deep fry it?!?! Thought the food was just okay, nothing fantastic and definitely not worth the price you pay.

The food is phenominal, it takes a loooong time to get to you but they are upfront about it. There are multiple signs around the room and on the menu letting you know it takes 10-15 minutes to cook everything to order. If you dont mind the wait, the food definitely makes up for the wait. Cost was resonable for 2 adults and 1 child we got food and drinks for $22. Great place to eat.

This is small town comfort food to the max‼️ Do NOT go here if you have AnxDiety‼️ Everything is super delish & huge ( share with a friend for a lighter meal-kind of⁉️)‼️ The service is slow, dont go when youre in a hurry. Go & Relax, unwind & relax. Its a lil hard to find, but worth it❣️ I cant remember the last time I ordered a Monte Cristo, now I cant remember why I stopped ‼️✨
