Chorizo Sopes were tasty. Rice & Beans are almost authentic but beans are too runny, theyre better for a bean-dip! According to my husband, the Chile Relleno was ok but he wasnt impressed. My daughter had the Carne Asada Torta but barely had any meat in it, more bread than anything & served w/french fries... not exactly the best combo for a Mexican dish. The Red & Green Salsas served with the tortilla chips are horrible!! The green salsa was sweet, neither of them had at least a kick of spice nor flavor and both were very water-down, couldnt even scoop any with the chips! As a Mexican myself, this place is semi-authentic. I would go back & try something different from the menu.

Went here on a whim with my husband. We were going to the Deli on San Tan Blvd but they were closed because the owners were on vacation. Pleasantly surprised! Food was delicious, cooked well and ambiance was great. Cute little spot out in the middle of nowhere! Really enjoyed our chicken/beef enchiladas and chimichanga with two margaritas. Will definitely return, servers were great and food/drink was reasonably priced. The only things that were a little off were that a little spider that we saw on our tablecloth and there were cobwebs in the door frame where we were sitting.

Casa de Mina is a very classy place. I loved the ambiance, the friendly servers, and overall its a nice place for a date. But of course what makes any restaurant, a great restaurant is the food, and this place surpassed my expectations. The food was prepared just right, not over cooked, not under cooked, but what impressed me the most was the freshness. I live in Mesa, and I wouldnt normally take such a long drive just for a restaurant, but I just kept on hearing great things about this place. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and I know Im definitely coming back.

Visited here for the first time today for late lunch. Nice, friendly, family atmosphere. They play authentic and traditional Mexican music in the background. I had a grilled steak torta (Mexican sandwich) and a frozen mango Margarita. My boyfriend had a classic Margarita and a chimichanga plate. Both were very tasty. They brought out fresh tortilla chips with three different kinds of salsas to try at the beginning. Spicy red, mild red, and mild green. All were good. I look forward to coming back here for a nice romantic dinner.

I took my daughter and son-in-aw there last night for what was the worst dinner ever! The rib eye steak dinner came with POTATO CHIPS next to the thin and gristly steak! Then a plate with chorizo and melted cheese on the side. It was just plain awful. The waitress had to be hunted down to take our money! This is sad because we have had good food there in the past, but doubt that we will want to go there again now.

the place is nice, and the service is ok, but the taste of the food is horrible, everything taste the same, the lettuce were brown, and the guacamole was black, the salmon very smelly, after this bad experience i order a Flan and no surprise, it was bad the texture, the flavor .... any way I can keep going, but I would just say that the chef need to go back to school. i will not recommend this place

This place belongs in Architectural Digest! What a beautiful location. It makes me want to have a party there. This is the perfect setup for a restaurant and the view from upstairs is breathtaking. The server was honest about what to order and I loved his choices. They have three salsas and we ordered seconds on all of them! Perfect date spot!

This is a nice sit down restaurant that has an open and friendly atmosphere. I think that this is the best Mexican food around. Very authentic and fresh tasting. The wait staff was really attentive and kind. I think that the pricing is very reasonable. In my opinion, Casa de Mina is far better quality food and experience than Serranos.

Mexican food at its best! A fine dining experience in a small town location. Stop in and try the Carne Asada, or any one of their delicious entrees. They have plenty of seating most days and can also handle large groups and parties. Call ahead for reservations for larger parties. You wont be dissapointed.

Food was good. Long wait to be seated, slow and very disorganized staff that does not seem to know how to handle a Friday rush. 1/3 of the tables were empty yet the hostess said she could not seat people since the servers were "overwhelmed". This is when management should step in!

Many say theyve had the best, but this has honestly been my very best experience in Mexican dinning in the Valley. The Carne Asada was prepared flawlessly and with tons of flavor. The service polite and attentive, the decor, warm and welcoming. A must repeat for our family.

Since we discovered this restaurant, it is our favorite. The food is great, the salsa awesome, the atmosphere is the best. No, the best is the people who work there. The past two years, since we discovered Casa De Mina, we go there at least once a week.

This place makes amazing food at a very reasonable price! I went to a subway near by for lunch and it was really bad. I should have gone here first, for a lower price I bought much better food. I highly recommend to try this place first. Trust me..

Nice building, very quaint and comfortable. Salsa came red and green. Red had no flavor, green was sweet, no spice. I ordered sopes. Ate half of 1, left the other. Also no real flavor, served on a hard bisquit type thing. Good service though.

This is not authentic Mexican food. The salsa was terrible, they used American cheese or Velveeta. There was no taste, no spice, no flavor. Its Gringo Mexican food. Terribly disappointing and way overpriced. Ive had better food at Taco Bell!

We love Casa De Mina. We usually go for lunch on Fridays. Usually, the restaurant is a little more quiet during lunch, which is great for meetings. The food never disappoints, and the servers are great!! Keep up the good work, guys!!

Easily missed off the road, but once you find it you will know its a place youll want to come back to. Fresh chips and salsa, varied menu where everyone can find something they like. Im a big fan of their sopes, give them a try!

The chips and salsa was awesome. I got a chimi with half red half green sauce. Green is better. It was very very good. The staff was nice. Everyone kept checking on me. I would come back. And I would recommend this place.

Food was great!!!!! Some of the chips were not fresh (soft/chewy) and the salsa was a bit bland but the entree I had was amazing. Carne asada and shrimp burro chimi style. Will definitely go back to get my Mex fix!
