If this was just a question of value, In-N-Out would get an easy 5 star rating by itself. That is not the only thing that makes it worth a trip though. The food has a unique and awesome flavor and service is always great. They can be pretty busy at peak hours but only because the food is so darn good. Seriously if somehow youve never had In-N-Out, stop in and change that as soon as possible.

This location gets 5 stars for me as they are open late, always quick, have never messed up my order and have a wonderful staff. I lived in the area for over a year and all the other fast food places are hard to deal with in some form or another. In-N-Out is not even my favorite or the closest, but, their consistency is what made this my go to fast food spot in the area.

When arrived here from Charlotte, Nc about 3 weeks ago I notice and heard about In n Out burger was so good and fresh food . WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOOD WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL . Hamburger bun was bigger then two patties put together THE ONLY FRESH ITEM WAS HOT FRIES , I GUESS. MY FIRST TIME and last time. Bank on that........

I am not big on burgers but i was really hungry and stop to eat at In-N-Out. I was pleasantly surprised when i unwrapped the Cheeseburger. Everything was the size of the bun. The meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato. It was nice and fresh looking and pretty. Didnt taste bad either. The fries were cold though. But overall a good experience.

We arrived at the Gilbert Market Street location, the drive thru line was long but moved quickly and efficiently. We were politely and professionally served our In-N-Out burgers by the lovely Ms. Haleigh Plewe at the drive up window. Her good humor, food presentation and smile made us want to frequent this eating establishment again

Been there 5 times in the past year; only got the order right twice and one time when someone in the car wanted to add fries after ordering we were told it would take 10 minutes to get them... Horrible service, accuracy is almost non-existent and customer service reps are rude when you tell them they read the order back incorrectly.

I take the family here all the time on Friday nights. We eat well and the kids love it! Id say the prices are a bit high but the service is good, food is great, and the environment is nice. It makes for a nice little family night. I recommend getting double cheeseburgers instead of singles if you want to be full. :)

The past several times Ive been here, the hamburger buns have been dry, and I ended up getting the leftover dried out fries. Not cool! The service is great though, they work quickly to get through the long lines and make sure you get your food in a timely manner. I just really wish theyd fix the buns and fries...

I have a severe gluten allergy and I asked for a gluten free protein style sandwich I watch the manager touch my sandwich not change his gloves or nothing I dont understand how they can say its a gluten free protein style and they have another Grill and they dont take into consideration

I love their menu (despite their secret menu). It is very simple and easy. I enjoy getting a half strawberry, half chocolate shake. It reminds me of chocolate covered strawberries. YUM! The staff is very friendly and the service is fairly quick. Their French fries are also delicious!

Fast, friendly service! The food always tastes good and great quality. The employees were nice and able to answer our questions. The fries are gluten free and you can order the burgers with lettuce instead of the bun which is a plus! Will definitely return!

In-N-Out Burger has burgers that make my mouth water when I think of them. I get this weird but good sensation when I eat their McNuggets. I have to go every day or else my stomach growls at me like a lion. I recommend going here if you want to be addicted!

Great food. Great service. Clean establishment. I applaud the company for posting calories. There ought to be treadmills and exercise bikes to burn off the calories while eating this delicious but unhealthy fare.

Out of all the in and outs I have every ate at, all I can say is job well done. Simple,cheap,clean! Oh did I mention clean! You can tell they spend a lot of extra focus on being the best.

Simple menu, long waits but always worth it. Much fresher ingredients then other restaurants. Since they do not close when the sun goes down like everyone else, we eat here often.

This place is VERY loud. The staff will randomly start shouting sometimes. As for the food, it tops most fast food burger joints. They tend to go a little too heavy on the sauce.
