I went there with my fiance last night, and we ordered chicken fries. I got my bag and there were none in there. We asked the lady at the drive thru, and she said we never ordered any. I did order them, and she said "Okay". They werent on the receipt. My fiance was very distraught and I dont know if he will ever recover from this. Seeing as we werent charged for them, I really didnt care. However, we were the only ones in the drive thru the woman kept walking away from us when we were trying to talk to her and shutting the window. Didnt even ask us if wed like a new order, just said "No, you didnt order any" , and then shut the window and walked away. My fiance began crying, after having a hard day at work, all he wanted were some chicken fries and they forgot them. He had night terrors all night, and I had to get the VCR out and play him "Chicken Run" until he fell asleep. We drove past that Burger King today and he started bawling because of the mean lady and his forgotten chicken fries, so now I have to avoid that road. It may take years before we ever visit another Burger King establishment.

I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and a small fry. There were no customers ahead of me inside, and a couple of cars outside. After a considerable wait I received my food and sat down. I ate the fries and then tried a burger, and it was cold. Not warm, not lukewarm -- cold. I took them to the counter and told the young lady at the counter that they were cold. She told me they would make them again, and in a couple of minutes they brought me the new burgers. I took a bite, and they were a tiny bit warmer than the first ones, but still cold. I took them to the counter and asked if I could have some hot burgers. In another couple of minutes I was brought the third set of burgers. They felt cold to the touch, but the patties were just warm enough to partially melt the cheese. It was a long wait for food that still wasnt hot after three tries. I wont waste any more time there.

Generally, Burger King is one of my preferred fast food restaurants. I think their food tastes great when you can get it (though its not the healthiest thing, but what fast food is?). I am a little dissatisfied with this particular location though. They are a 24-hour burger king and as a result, I was told they turn off their boilers in the morning for maintenance or something. The result is that you cannot buy lunch items (even whoppers) during breakfast hours. I am an early-bird and like to buy my lunches long before the breakfast window ends. In the past, Ive gotten lunch items from Burger Kings without any problem. Whopper items are even displayed on their breakfast menu alongside the other breakfast items. However, this particular site doesnt allow me to buy those items despite their presence on the menu. I find that frustrating.

I work a late shift and this is the only burgerking open when I get off. for about the last 3 months straight I have run into an issue with the employees on the late shift putting their mopping cones out to block the drive way and refusing service. After complaining about this to an employee last night i returned to night to have the employees tell me that all of their machines are broken and they can not serve me. I can always tell when this is going to happen because the employees are always gathered in the dinning area watching youtube on their phones. I hope they remedy this as I have celiacs disease and am unable to eat anything at the Mcdonalds next door.

Dirty employee/manager! Manager yells at customers and was very unprofessional!! Worst service ever! Sitting at drive thru window waiting for our order. The girl filling the bags touching the food was very dirty & inappropriately dressed in a dirty shirt and very short shorts. I asked to speak to the manager, the dirty employee came to the window & identified herself as "Tiny" the manager. She immediately started yelling at me. I asked for a refund because of her & her behavior I did not trust the food. She told me Id have to talk the "boss" tomorrow. This was so unprofessional she needs to fired! This is not how you treat customers.

25 minutes to receive my food after the only other person went up to complain as well. The staff was confused and the manager was even worse. I get that mistakes happen but to be so rude and tell the other customer he was lying about not receiving his food, is poor customer service. To make it worse, an employee tried to give me another employees coffee after I explained I didnt receive mine yet. Drive thru was always quick but after dealing with such rude individuals, Id rather lick a bums butt then go back there again.

Horrible customer service. The girl who wears a ton of make up with brown hair is RUDE! they got my order wrong and I let them know and she told me it was my order without even looking. I got home and it was wrong. The burger was cold, drink size wrong. I payed 2 more dollars than I had to because the order was wrong. Ive worked in customer service for 10 years and Ive never been treated so poorly. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This Burger King is the best one around. No others are like it. You should visit the one in Clearfield, Utah. Its brand new. The staff are great and work really hard to please their customers and they do it well. Their food always taste delicious, hot, and quick service on my way to work. Ive tried others in SLC, and Ogden and their food quality is not the same and personnel do not have good customer service.

Food is usually good. There coffee could be better. And when their breakfast menu offers a "lunch" item. They shouldnt tell you its unavailable until lunch time. If thats how it is then maybe they need to update their menu to JUST breakfast until a certain time. And the staff needs a better attitude. Crappy service. Dont waste your time.

I love this store, out of all the burger kings I have eaten at, this one is the best by far! I dont see why people are complaining about the customer service, Ive never had a problem with this store. Great customer service! Great employees who care! If youre craving a whopper drive a few more minutes and eat here!!!

Service was horrible. My order was made wrong. The manager was a complete jerk when I went back and had my order fixed. The prep station was trashed there was food all over the floor. The dining area was a messy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND EAT THERE. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!!!!!!!!

Clean, convenient Burger King. Easy to get to but sometimes difficult to leave if youre heading to the freeway. I love the chicken club with tomato & bacon. Every time I visit, Im greeted with a smile and treated with respect. Thank you Jenifer! Thank you Dallin!

I always love going to Burger King because I like there burgers and fries which are inexpensive. There were some lot of flies though in the Utah restaurant and our order took a very long time. Other places are always fly free. They still had good food though.
