Dont think Ill go back. :/ first, three of my friends and I went in and its real small, similar to a little "betos" or "filibertos" type place, except you sit down and they wait on you. Well..... We ordered drinks and all of us got the pupusas platters. The first three bites were great, tasted like enchiladas sorta, up until I saw I thick wiry black hair baked in with the cheese. Oh boy. They said theyd remake it for me. We waited awhile (25-30 minutes) and never got a refill on our drinks. Not even after they brought back my new plate which I had to immediately pack up to take home because it had taken almost an hour at this point and I was going to be late to a function ( I believe they make everything as its ordered, which is probably why it takes so long, which I wouldnt mind at all if service was a little better... And if there were no hair LOL) Ok so we leave, I put my food in the fridge to eat later because I was late now. This morning I heated it all up, it looked delicious and smelled amazing! I ate each bite carefully inspecting haha :) no hair in my pupusas thank God. BUT...... And Im not even kidding you here...... I was eating my refried black beans and I found not one, not two, but THREE new hairs in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Short dark colored hairs. My hair is pretty long, two of my friends with me were blonde, my other friend had long black hair..... This could not have been any of ours. The papusas were good, but Im scarred by this hairy situation and I cant bring myself to return. :(

We had dinner here yesterday and we were the only ones dining in. The inside is nicely decorated with Salvadorian decor and plenty of plants. We ordered the tamarind drink because this is the only place that makes it DELICIOUS. The pupusas are so full of flavor and they are made when ordered. You can definitely hear the ladies in the back making all the handmade tortillas. I usually get the two combo plate which comes with two pupusas with your choice of the filling and two sides. (Rice, black beans, sour cream, and cheese) I love the pork and cheese and the chicken with cheese, ugh yum. The black beans are also very flavorful with some sour cream on top! Yum. Our waitress was friendly and checked up on us a couple of times. They have a variety of plates on the menu and also offer large orders of pupusas. Prices are reasonable and the food is great!

Ive been coming here for years and the service is not very good but the food made up for it. The problem is that Ive made a point to know I wasnt just making it up...this woman dont answer the phone after nine....out of the last six times I had to drive Everytime to place order because they would not answer and after a while they just pick up and hung it up...I sat in line and watched them do this as I called...when I confronted the woman she got an attitude and said well we are busy and cant grow hands to help...yet there is 5 working this tiny spot...she said well I want to go home and if we take calls than it slows us down....there was 2 people there when she said this....very unprofessional,wouldnt expect more but a little education would be nice....to each their own....but after 10 yrs if coming here....they lost a customer.

Very busy and clearly a popular place but to be honest although the reception was very friendly and welcoming, the service was really slow and getting a cup of tea proved difficult! (why?) this place reminds me of Pupusa joints in SF. small, not a great atmosphere, but who cares about that when the food is 11 out of 10. just like mom use to make, except she didnt put jalapeño in her pupusas, now, wish she wouldve. they have so many choices, shrimp, steak, vegetarian, its awesome.

I had never ate pupusas, so came to this place just to try them and they did not disappoint. Kind of a hole in the wall type of joint but that doesnt bother me. Hopefully you know a little Spanish because they know very little English. Somehow together I managed to order some food.

The food here is really good, but you must go in and order in person, and if your calling in your order or taking out food, you have to check it before you leave. They often mess up to go orders. If you order in and stay to eat youll be fine. Otherwise, as I said, really good food.

Ya no es ugual!... i been coming here since it open...and the pupusas taste different. . The curtido use to be a lil spicy n delish.. and didnt taste like anything iy use to be... I asked for the ensalada drink.. n no fruit was in it. .

My husband & I have been going here for a while, we LOVE this place. My mom was Guatamalan so this is like home cooking for me. You cant go wrong with any thing off the menu. Go for breakfast & try a real central american breakfast ❤.

The first time i whent was ok but the second time i didnt like the service and the place was very dirty and the girls was dirty and i didnt like the attitude the bathroom was also dirty im not recommended my pupusas was burned.
