Surprisingly good! I usually seek out the top rated sushi restaurant on every work trip I take, so I feel like Ive got some experiences to compare the sushi joints. The food is good and fresh, a wide variety of rolls and sashimi, and solid appetizers. My only complaint is the cost. It rivals even the more expensive sushi restaurants Ive been to in Dallas, Chicago, Seattle, etc. If they dropped the prices by $2-$3 per roll or entree, then Id frequent Red 8 on the weekly. As of now, its an "every other month" kind of place.

We went here for lunch, which was busy. We both ordered a lunch special, the curries. They were good, but the default rice side was ham fried rice, and the potstickers were meat filled, which didnt match the tofu yellow curry I ordered. I wish they would either ask or specify which rice/potstickers on the menu because I just wanted white rice and veggie potstickers. The waitress seemed to busy to flag down and try and get it switched out. :/ That being said, I think I would eat here again.

Very nice place. Seems clean. The staff are nice. Their egg drop soup is the best I have ever had! I actually used to not be able to stand the sight of egg drop soup but this soup blew my mind! They also made a custom roll of sushi I had been wanting for months! Flavor like crazy! My biggest let down with this place is that they are very pricey IMO. $13.00 for a custom roll of sushi is was too expensive. But it must have either been good or Im an idiot because I ordered it twice! haha

Best customer service we have had in years and we eat out a lot! The staff was so friendly to my 18 month old and totally catered to him- which is always helpful when eating out with little kids. The food was so delicious. We ordered way too much food not knowing how big the portion sizes were. We got wontons, walnut shrimp, noodles, and two sushi rolls and everything was so fresh and tasty. We waited maybe 5 minutes for the food to start coming out. Highly recommend this place!!

My significant other and I enjoy this restaurant so much. We eat here as often as we can and weve enjoyed just about everything weve tried. We particularly love and crave their terriyaki dishes and sushi rolls (Executive Suite, New York Roll, and Spider Roll to name a few). Hands down the best Mochi dessert we have ever had. We wish they had more kid-friendly options as they dont even have a kids menu, and it makes it difficult to justify unless we get it take out.

This place is new, so I think they need time to train their staff. Service was mediocre. Food was also mediocre. For the ambiance I guess I expected more. I like the food at the local greasy spoon, Rice King, better, although it isnt as nice an experience. My wife liked this place more than I did, and it is closer than Rice King, so I may be roped into visiting again, despite the higher prices for lower quality (IMO). Ill be pushing for other options though.

I went there a couple days ago and ordered the honey walnut shrimp and executive roll. They were so delicious! I also tried the citrus roll and a couple others that I cant remember the names that were tasty too. I love sushi and I would have to say that my experience there was one of the most memorable I have had. I was close to tears it was that good! Every bite was simply splendid. Needless to say I left the restaurant as a very happy woman.

I ate here for lunch with 4 other friends. We all enjoyed our food. It all came out hot and fast. I had the Tempura combo. It was awesome. Shrimp, sweet potato, onion, zucchini and something else that was real nice. It came with a salad, 4 California roll, 2 pot stickers, and a bowl of rice. So much food. Hella tasty...and only $7.95. The Mongolian beef and General Tsos were both actually a bit spicy, as advertised.

The sushi here is so good. Even our four young kids loved the rolls here! We all ordered different rolls and everyone enjoyed all of them! The staff was friendly, helpful and awesome and got us in and out quick so we could get to a movie on time. The restaurant was clean and well kept with a quiet atmosphere. Defiantly coming back!

The food was fine, wife had the cashew chicken and liked the flavor. My sushi roll (yellow tail) was okay but have had better. They did offer generous portions, of decent food. However, there is a fridge or something that made a humming/squealing that drove me crazy. Staff seemed like it was normal.

Not good food, but they give you a ton. Ive been here a few times (usually for work lunches), always trying something new in hopes of finding something delicious, but Ive yet to succeed. The Japanese is bad, the sushi is bad, the Chinese is bad. Only go here if you value quantity over quality.

Sat for about 25 minutes and saw the waitress once. My wife, 2 kids and I never received refills nor did we even have an offer for desert. Not sure what happened, we were very polite and professional however their service was very sloppy. Wont be coming back.

I had higher hopes. The sushi was good, but overall the place felt like a strip mall joint and we left unimpressed. We ordered a recommended entree and we didnt finish it or even box it up to take it home because it just wasnt great.

Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Had the orchid roll and the walnut shrimp. Both were spectacular. Best walnut shrimp Ive ever had. Reasonably priced. I will definitely be back.
