Been there a few times before, but wont be going back. This kid working behind the counter was wearing a filthy shirt. He prepaired my bowls to go and on BOTH times he pulled the lids out of the sleeve to cover my icecream but not before watching him both times WIPE THE INSIDE OF MY LIDS ON HIS SHIRT!! When I asked him why he was wiping the insides of my lids on his filthy shirt, he denied ever doing that.. So in his own way called me a liar... I refused to take the tainted items and he went to get me another bowl... He had to have picked the smallest half sized bowl they had on the rack to start over... I told him forget it and walked out. Management needs to address this. No way in hell that Im gonna give my wife and kid food that someone wiped their sweat on... Horrible service that time and it was enough to cease my business.

I have been coming here for months and always get a sweet cream chocolate chip shake. Never had any issue. Went in last night for the same thing and the kid was rude and said they dont make them that way. When i told him I had been doing it for months they said they dont put chocolate chips in the blender. What kind of place has a weak blender that cant even handle mini chocolate chips??? This place is the crusher of dreams and I will never go back. They also cant seem to keep staff and are constantly changing workers. That doesnt make their business look good.

I got a cake from here recently. The ice cream and toppings were good, but the cake they used to coat the bottom was questionable. I asked for a yellow cake bottom and what I got was mostly not yellow...try brown. It was like they had to scrape the bottom of the baking pan because they didnt want to bake another cake... um... lazy? I wont be ordering a cake from Marble Slab again... Ill drive to DQ.

Im never coming here again. Had a Groupon and they wouldnt accept it since they are a franchise. They could at least offer some kind of discount for people who do that. I know this place is expensive and we only come every so often because were not the Rockefellers. Now Im never coming back. $18 for ice cream for 2 adults & 2 kids (7 & 3). Braums will do just fine for me thank you.

Ice cream tasted delicious, as I would expect from Marble Slab. However the last two times I have been there, all of the ice cream in the cooler looked slightly melted on top and they were very soft. Raises concerns in any mind about the product being stored adequately.

I went into marble slab recently and the place was packed! Customer service was great and the two guys helping everyone made the line go by much faster than I expected. Great service, friendly people, always a good snack.

The ice cream is great as always, however I have never in my life been in such a discussing eatery. The health department should seriously look at this place! I will not be going back that Im certain about!

Ice cream was good alittle expensive and the interior needs some redding chairs had tears and holes in them and not much seating
